Nah the provider(s) and net pages would be nothing modern- old school Usenet before World Wide Web. A sort of simpler version that blends how it works with how we interact with pages now into a system. Maybe with government run service provider(s).

To better reflect the state of tech, and keep up with the fact that our electronics store clearly shows we have quite the selection (I know the tech is more modern than it should be, I’m big on imagination like the rest of you!) we should be able to buy and set up laptops or desktop computers. An in character precursor to forums that people can post on, message each other, and exchange information anonymously underground. Maybe give people the ability to make a front page or homepage for their own info board. Nothing you post can be used to 100% tie to your identity or be used to incriminate you as people could make fake profiles of each other and at this point in time, law enforcement does not have a heavy tech department or the right to violate the privacy of citizens by investigating or confiscating their machines like post-9/11. Metagaming and OOC in IC would of course not be allowed, it will be fully in character. Let me know how retarded I am or if this is a decent idea, pimps.

At the end of the day, stricter punishments and fairer more patient warnings for less serious rules. No OOC in IC including ads/rumors leading to bans but not on first offense. Warm, warm, gag, then bam. And it has to be real OOC not just a player trying to refer to the meta game with in character terms like Skygods or Simulation, if you catch my drift.

If you’re using drugs, process them and use them. if you’re selling them, process and sell them. if you’re in a faction with drugs in racket, you can’t sell your own drug once broken down to NPCs. you have to trade for other faction drugs and then process and sell those. this is a shorthand breakdown and I’d urge you to read what Dutchxcat said and follow his links if you really need more info. Disrespecting administration of a game you’re begging to be let back into is probably the smartest thing you can do to prove you’re acting in good faith.

They are extremely busy and have to queue up/prioritize taking care of this stuff. They also have to look into and investigate every case because these decisions are not small. Be patient.
