+1 As long as it’s like Graal or RuneScape or whatever and a character limit is imposed on what pops up overhead, with the rest of the text showing in the box. Short enough text will appear overhead but long text gets cut off with ellipsis and the whole message goes to the chat box like normal. /me will show up as just regular text and anything typed and said regularly shows up with quotations. Could be nice, but could get cluttered along with descriptions and everything else. At least consider it and see a proof of concept? I know other RP servers do this and it apparently works well on Gmod.

+1 I use the media player for Television in character and it makes it such a headache with the media player issues to stay immersed. I wanna just throw something on and know I/others can watch it. Current player being fixed is half decent but the experience could be way better. I wanna watch Unsolved Mysteries without the headache.

Nah the provider(s) and net pages would be nothing modern- old school Usenet before World Wide Web. A sort of simpler version that blends how it works with how we interact with pages now into a system. Maybe with government run service provider(s).

At the end of the day, stricter punishments and fairer more patient warnings for less serious rules. No OOC in IC including ads/rumors leading to bans but not on first offense. If you’re using drugs, process them and use them. if you’re selling them, process and sell them. if you’re in a faction with drugs in racket, you can’t sell your own drug once broken down to NPCs. you have to trade for other faction drugs and then process and sell those. this is a shorthand breakdown and I’d urge you to read what Dutchxcat said and follow his links if you really need more info.
