Some known minge was in Little Italy, mic spamming, driving like a retard and being an overall fucking sperg. I had acted how he was acting and flung his car away because he was making Little Italy look like gook town. Unfortunately for me I acted in a unacceptable manor which I will fully admit but I would like the reviewing team to take my time and punishments into consideration, I've been playing for 2 years and have had my props for that entire time and wasn't a problem. It was just me being a moron in response to another moron, I value to the time it takes to make sure the server is not infested with cretins such as Asian Runt (somebody that also had their flags removed btw). What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So basically, I was hanging around Infront of hardware atm and a situation ensued where a bunch of people we're punching the sole cop that was Ons car and he was just going frantic and shooting his taser around trying to tase me as well, At the time I had a couple illegal items on me so I was quick to try and get of it the dude wouldn't let up so I tried shooting him and failed, He was stuck in the crowd of people so I put my gun away and started to run through the crowd mind this was about 30 seconds of me trying to maneuver around people and get into the clothing store to make my escape route. At this point Im no longer even an active threat my gun was away, and I was simply in the back of the clothing store seeing if he was chasing me and I just got blown away through the wall. Since I believed, the scene was going to continue regardless so I went back to where I was since a glitch really caused my death I was legit in no line of sight of anyone at the time of my death, As I came back Owen Davis puts me in cuffs and we went from there, I went through with a lawyer ended up sitting there for 30+mins arguing my case which ultimately ended up in me just signing a felony plea deal witch I really did not want to happen. But I did anyway and I waited my 20-minute timer and wasn't pked until like almost 2 hours from the situation. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: What they called "providing information to another faction" was simply me taking a ooc clip relating to a Genovese associate acting out about one of Todaro's members. The only time a clip is considered IC is when it is filmed with a camera or CCTV, which neither of those were true. The clip was simply shared for the sole purpose of context, how the fuck can you get killed for taking a clip for someone? I did not go up to any member of Todaro IC and provide them information myself, simply was passed through word of mouth after I spoke with both the Todaro associate and the Genovese associate to ensure everyone was good as that is quite literally part of being in my position, which it turned out they had not been and it turned into a beef. The clips were taken during the the speak with both Todaro and Genovese associates, something that the Todaro associate would have knowledge of because they were there in the room... The Genovese associate has had previous issues within the faction, especially related to paying dues, yet I'm the one with my brains on the pavement. As a member of command is it not considered the norm to take clips of these situations? The fact the clips were shared around had nothing to do with me, practically meaning I was killed for OOC reasoning. All I did was take the clip and use it for context, not go up to Todaro command in game and provide them a camera with footage or even speak to them IC about what had happened. Pretty much meaning they fabricated a scenario in which I had done such a thing just to kill me. The only interaction I had with Todaro about the situation was with the Todaro associate during the speak to see what was going on and to clear the air. You can also see in these DM's with DopeasRoe, him quite literally saying he cant use what he was being shown ic cause he knew that it was OOC after the clips got out, which contradicts the reason I was PK'd does it not? This is all over a stupid drama relating to two associates and me taking clips. The fact that I was killed for clips says what it says. No solid evidence on any wrong doings, all just metagame bullshit.

Your faction then contracted out the hit to Kosher Nostra. There was a variety of reasons on these PK orders: causing internal harm, bringing drama to the family, lying to command over and over again, telling people of a false coup and making people leave the family. Hello, admin who decided to pk your char here- In the clip I was provided it appears you shot n killed a white shirt then shot at an officer and missed, After missing you began to run away to which the officer responded by shooting at you and ultimately killed you. From the time you shot at the cop to the point you where at the back door of the store it was 5 seconds. I don't think that's long enough to consider you no longer a threat to try and to do a simple arrest. Regarding continuing rp and still being PKed, Owen Davis wasn't the officer to have killed you, and regardless of ticket wait times and VCWP having to be reviewed, there's chances of your char not being PKed until hours after the situation. I recall the last time you appealed it was also an apology but I was generally unconvinced then. Especially given you have 16 bans total including a previous perma before this one. A story of get banned, wait, apologize, repeat. I appreciate and understand that you were "younger" when you made these mistakes but I think another symptom of youth is the inability to really comprehend (or care) about consequences, or long term consequences. "I was young im changed now" doesnt automatically erase your past. You aren't owed a fresh start by virtue of aging. Everyone ages. I would not be comfortable with allowing you back on the server for the 17th time without you actually putting up something to lose, or having a real world consequence. Hello, I am the administrator who handled your Permanent Kill. As outlined in the PK Guidelines, civilians that are not associated with criminal organizations may be killed by an organization as a result of them collaborating with a government agency to take down that specific organization. In regards to the PK request, I was provided a video of you admitting to the organization's Don and Underboss that you had, in fact, written a witness statement in regards to a mugging incident they were involved in that would implicate them legally. This would fall under that same category of collaboration with a government agency. Additionally, you mention in your appeal that there was metagame involved, and that you only stated that you had written a witness statement because he had been discussing something in the Local Out-of-Character chat. This would unfortunately not fall under the metagame category as all communication in game, outside of the LOOC chat, is considered in-character (see Metagaming Rule #10). If there is any additional proof to justify your claims of metagame in regards to your PK, I would be more than willing to review it. Good luck on your appeal.
