Side point: What if you made it slightly less lazy and slightly more engaging.
Perhaps by having the normal 5 min processing time changed to like 7min but also introducing ability to play little mini games on the processor (mixing, cutting, sorting, adding chemicals, cleaning etc whatever)
- with limits for each processor and a variety of games with different difficulties/time limits would be key.
if completed properly and quickly, this can speed up the completion time or if failed add slightly more time for processing completion by the same amount above?
(time lost > time gained to balance the increased base processing time)
completely optional to do, risky yet potentially rewarding and encouraged - i can try do and post the maths later for an example i thought of
