Our Serbian friend from the Supreme Team got us into his crew and he was out that night we didn't believe what our 3rd friend that got banned too said to us about the conflict we messaged him on his discord and he didn't respond because he wasn't home, when he came back on he got told that we got banned because of the 3rd guy Mare that lied the Supreme guy from Serbia teached us everything what to do and what not to do if he was there that night this wouldn't have happened because Mare lied about us being in a conflict and we are so sorry once again this will never happen again you have our word we miss this server a lot and we want to come back with something new and actually bring a normal positive roleplay to the server.

PD used to have more liberty, it's true, but the PD-Crim interactions in general were different. PD mains were very few back in the day, so most people playing PD understood what playing crim was like. Most didn't throw the book at everyone they ever arrested. A lot would act with what is fair rather than make arrests every time one came across their screen (a main example of this being white shirts minging and being killed after being told to leave places, although an arrestable offence, there was a time when basically no cop would arrest you for doing it). The issue I think we face now when thinking about how to balance PD is that people have stopped looking at it as a "side faction" to make sure the streets are not just pure chaos and have actual risk, and instead look at it as a side to pick, which, for balancing purposes, becomes a much more difficult thing for PD HC to do. The plain clothes detective rule isn't a "big deal" by itself, but I believe it reflects the change in mentality of many PD mains who now use PD as a tool purely to go after anyone they can and care less about the general health of the server and how they are affecting the equilibrium.

Hey, So to clear things up for you, a cop pulling out a firearm is not initiating violence, for police to start the confrontation they must shoot first. Which was not the case here, you shot at the cop first and died meaning your char got pked. There is nothing to overturn here so the pk will remain in place. I would recommend referring to the pk guidelines to brush up on that part a little bit more. Have a good one

There is a way to take cartel RP where the barbarity exists, but behind closed doors. Just because we're not stringing up bodies every day in some elaborate set up doesn't mean we're not a cartel, or that the violence isn't there. You're just misrepresenting what im saying. Most of what you're saying is merely speculation. We plan on committing violent acts, and all of our hits will reflect that. All i said was that it will be more hidden (more implying there will be some acts of public violence).

First of all, the characters weren't mugging chars. Did we mug on these chars? Yes. But we were genuinely making connections and making money running meth on supreme team. They were good side characters. If the character has to be main then I was misinformed by long time players on this server and that's my fault. I was told our characters had to have value to mug. "In your POV clip, all 3 of you approach at different angles, 1 is already on the scene and the other 2 (you and the old man) approach after with guns on safety. There's no communication between you guys, one guy initiates and you two just join in from across the street which already looks very suspicious in my eyes. In the 3rd clip there's a 4th guy that is just on the scene for some reason who appears to be on lookout? Not sure what he's looking for but okay. In the 5th clip there's a 5th guy who jumps down from the train tracks but there's still no radio communication. Then the 4th guy follows the 5th guy into the sewers after the shootout. 5 people involved in 1 mugging with each person appearing from a different area." How we set the mug up, we were stalking this dude because we had IC problems with him. Anything to do with the mug, we were deafened in discord. We knew what to do. We had people waiting on every side of him and were waiting for him to move. I wish I would've clipped it longer but didn't know I would need it. He was sitting on the railing for a while and that's when we made the plan to surround him. There were two dudes on lookout for precautions, one was on the tracks and the other was behind the dude who shot us. There was no communication to them OOC, they knew what was going down. We made the plan IC that whichever direction the guy starts walking, that's who will initiate the mug. The guy on the tracks and the other guy made their own choices to be there. I didn't even know he was on the tracks until after the fact. All we planned was to surround him and when he moves we're mugging. So when he started walking towards the guy, me and the other dude popped out to join because that was what we planned to do. I was waiting on the street across from townhouse 3. The guy who initiated mug was waiting by hula stash. The victim was sitting on the railing in front of the vendor across from rockefeller. Everyone had eyes on him, so when he moved we knew it was go time. Also, you can hear my boy un-deafen at the end of his death clip. Everyone on this server is in a discord call, if that's considered meta then might as well ban VCs in Faction discords. We may have asked where at and saying that stuff but that shouldn't be considered meta if we're not doing anything with that information right? Like we're not using discord as a radio channel for IC stuff, we are just talking about the bullshit rdm that happened to us after the original scenario. We made sure to not act on any communication in the discord. We were trying very hard not to meta. But, when something unexpected like a mass rdm happens while we're un-deafened, it's hard to remember to deafen right away, especially when there's no RP involved. You can't use that clip as proof of meta during the mug or any RP scenario, especially when there's proof of being deafened during the actual RP. imo I think it would be fine, just would forfeit/restrict PKs from them if theyre plain clothes. Such as a det plain clothes shooting someone however many feet away so they cant see their badge/blue name (which already kind of how it was before)

With the way things are in the server, you cannot be totally neutral, hence why i'm saying that people won't trust you for that. There's factions that are currently using a retainer system, trust me man it's not unique. The whole "working security for 20 minutes" nowadays is literally just shitpost slander dawg, almost nobody does this anymore cause it's in the interest for factions to make the experience interesting for the new guys. The "slow-burn" rp you're referencing is just how things are in the majority. There is a minority of cases where somebody will get a higher position due to external circumstances but that's a rare occurrence. You can't not have "slow-burn" rp for the pure fact that you gotta trust the person before giving him a bigger cut of the pie so that's literally just how most factions operate. That being said, props for taking all this in and being involved with it. The majority of the server(besides the retarded trolls) are aching for some diversity. It's just gotta be thought out and done the right way or else it's just gonna be another faction that disappears after 3 months.
