The claim levied against me is RDMING twice on dead hours for no reason what so ever, however, this is false as I was collecting clips to prove they were committing mass rule breaks as I will prove below, a lot of people are aware of the group I am talking about. Alas, I have changed my ways from Alting to trying to combat it, I got 2 Aimbotters sacked and I'm shooting for a third, I argue heavily that this ban is dog water, it was done by Velocity who has zero context for anything that has happened on those days and everybody can clearly see that my actions were justified.

Prison yard - go hang out with other prisoners, no handcuffs, entire prison area is a safezone aka you can't be attacked Grinding - Bashing rocks and/or factory work while waiting in prison, no access to ATM and no prison stash just grind after grinding like 100k in whatever way the masterful minds of the server want you to, you can pay for a lawyer and go to appeals court if you're serving a life sentence and it'll pay everyone regardless of the outcome police have no access to prison yard or grinding area, there's no ic reason to be going in there

What does this suggestion add / change / etc : You can't punch for 2 hours, and you can't sit down for 4 ( alt + e). I think a logical change is that you cannot DRIVE with untill you reach 3 hours of playtime. Has this been suggested before : Shi I dunno At least 2 positives of this suggestion : - Less minges stealing cars upon starting the server and ramming it into a crowd of 30 people. - Less work for staff, having to refund / comp dozens of people going through the painful process of being hit by cars for no reason. 2 negatives for this suggestion : Really only one - a new player who WANTS to rp cant drive and larp for 3 hours. But to be fair.. you take away their ability to punch for 2 and alt + e for 4. I think this is more than fair. It was just propaganda, and the turkish admin put me in a sit, and i literally explained i got paid to drop the propaganda. Then the admin let me go. And That was it lol. I have no LTARPS. The turkish admin put me in the sit asking why i dropped them. And he said okay and let me go. I told the admin the propaganda was fake. and he said "Oh it's psychological okay, I'll let you go." My only other ban was for meta game, for being in a discord that wasnt approved. I've never LTARP'd in my life. And if its for the character that was dropping the documents. I only had the 1 admin sit and he let me go........... because i literally explained the propaganda was fake. And that's the only interaction i've had. And check the logs. I only dropped them on one character........ And I never sent a link out. Why would I send a link to a document i printed out in game?

I was the one who told you that "I pulled some strings" so that you wouldn't think you got lucky and do some dumb ass shit like that again, what you did was moronic and could have very well led to two deaths, it was reckless and retarded. You were killed because of doing things like that, any faction would have just smoked you out the gate but there was a long debate of what we should do about it. We also told you several times to not do deals over rumour as that exact thing could happen, yet it was ignored and you barely avoided a PK, don't act as if we just left you out to dry.

this update on the drugs and oil just isn't good, it barely goes up and when it does its good, mostly when i see it its down. Also Oil shouldn't go down much due to the fact its a great way for people to start and get their money, and when its down they aren't getting much. another thing I'd like to add is there is people (such as myself who are employed) and try to hop on to sell our product and we miss when its up in price, its just dumb overall.

It has an equal chance to go up as it does to go down and currently changes randomly every 2 to 4 hours. I'll be adjusting the fluctuating as it continues (such as shrinking the variations) but it just means you're getting unlucky as you check. Either way it's still all profit.

A few days ago, you accepted what you thought was a drug deal from a stranger you met off the street. You met up with them on a property that is forbidden to use for illegal activities, in what I presume was our company car. The guy turned out to be an undercover cop. You then pulled a gun in an attempt to shoot him. You died. Somehow, you weren’t pk’d. You almost sacrificed yourself and other lives within our faction. Personally I think you’re fixating so much on what I said to you over discord, that you’re completely forgetting the fact that you nearly ruined our completely clean slate just 2 days ago. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. After reviewing the clip and discussing it with other UA members, I am reversing this ban. The situation had reasonable RP behind it, as he witnessed someone fleeing from the scene of a dead body, and an average officer could reasonably view that person as a suspect in the moment. We have seen Riggs and other officers unload into vehicles in the past, but in this situation Riggs actually showed some restraint, which is surprising and worth noting. The clip also shows he did not damage the individual, which is important context. That said, the escalation still was not perfect. PD should be attempting to arrest suspects when possible, not firing unless there is a clear active threat. Riggs is still on thin ice moving forward, and any similar situation may result in much harsher punishment. The ban will be lifted from your account shortly. If it was deemed an invalid ban, it will also be removed from your record.

Hello! I'm the supporting admin who gathered the clips and logs after you LTARP'd. I passed everything over to Lunar because I would have been conflicted handling the ban myself. At the end of the day, whether or not the officer knew your identity beforehand doesn't change the outcome. You were visibly carrying a shotgun on your back in public, so any officer would have stopped you for that. Once you began evading, the apartment breach and chase would have also been justified. Regarding the name reveal power gaming claim. The mutual introduction mechanic requires the recipient to actively accept via F2. You had full control over whether to accept or decline. In the future, if you're around in a public area or possibly around people you don’t want to share your name with, it’s best to move to a private location before doing any introductions. I don’t condone any actual misconduct with the introduction system if it occurred, but the core situation (armed suspect evading) was handled within the rules. You’ve acknowledged that LTARP was wrong and that you denied roleplay to others, that’s why the ban in my opinion should stay in place.

Personally i think it'd be nice to have certain clothes alter your permanent description with values such as If Fat = True / False Could make it so the Fat Clothing makes you appear as a certain weight, as for rp purposes this could be done with literal pillows n shit but it'd add to rp for certain scenarios, and obviously it'd just be a slight value tweak to certain clothings etc. If Glasses = True / False Could hide your Eye colour depending on the types, like sunglasses etc. If Mask = True / False Should hide the option to "Take a closer look" As mentioned prior by oykot On that note i fully agree with the concept of having "Short, Average, Tall" Builds as mentioned by Calink, as it would create not only a more immersive environment but more roleplay for police / detectives, should citizens go about reporting crimes etc. through RP. Since it'd bring about the act of questioning and identifying individual through factors, allowing for a more in depth experience overall

I think restricting Pks / Mugging to Char Playtime would be very nice. However I disagree with the idea of it being your main character only, as I and other people like to have characters in different factions and contribute to more than one roleplay at a time. If I'm promoting good RP I don't see why I'd have to break character when given orders to say 'This isn't my main character'(s) etc, even if it's in terms of ooc messaging, as it immediately kills the roleplay in that scenario I mean, imagine. There's an intern minging and you go to someone to give them orders, you roleplay it out. Follow all the rules and all the guidelines, only to learn that they infact, can't do anything for you. Because their main character is elsewhere, it immediately ruins all that roleplay leading up to the scenario However. Being forced to have 1 Week or 2 in Char Playtime would be nice in my opinion, to limit the ZIPS Who have no RP Backstory / RP in the server. If this were implemented of course.

Hello, Pking Admin Here You were indeed PK’d for your involvement during a hit. From the clips I have reviewed, you attempted to kill an individual during an active PK situation, which led to them confirming with staff whether they could also kill you. As you mentioned, you were then assassinated from rooftop to rooftop. The rules relevant to this situation are as follows, directly copied from the PK Guidelines, which form the basis of my decision. Being killed while trying to PK someone If you are attempting to PK someone, you are also considered PK active during the hit. This means that if you are attempting to kill, or have just killed, the victim but are then killed yourself, you are also subject to a PK. Therefore, you should not be reckless when carrying out these serious actions. This includes being killed by a third party acting in defense of the victim, or by a police officer attempting to apprehend you shortly after the hit takes place. As the hitman, your objective is to carry out the hit and escape the area, remaining hidden for the next 15 minutes. You may not disconnect until this minimum timer has expired, and doing so to avoid death will result in a PK for LTAP. During the hit, you, Arturo Bonnano, opened fire on the individual who had killed your ally. This satisfied the criteria for acting in defence of a victim. After failing to kill him, you were then killed by the same individual due to your participation in the PK.

Right now, staff often need to PM players with messages like /pm "You're no longer PK Active." /pm "You're PK Active for 15 minutes as you're involved in a PK." /pm "Blah blah blah, staff stuff, blah blah blah." We already have the /it command, which can make roleplay experiences much more memorable when used correctly. /it The wind brushes past your hair. You're awfully close to the edge. /it One more step and all your problems would be over. /it You feel your heartbeat begin to slow as the adrenaline leaves your system. The only issue with /it is that it affects everyone within a certain radius, which means it can't be used for sensitive information that should only be seen by one person. If possible we could have something like a PM and a /it Without the Staff name attached, even if it's a command locked to a Certain rank i think it'd just be better overall for RP situations /pit STEAMID "Example, Example" It would work exactly like /it, but the message would only be visible to a single player via SteamID. Hello, I’m the admin who banned you. As I’ve mentioned MANY times already, which you still do not seem to understand, you were banned based on a player report accusing you of RDM on two separate occasions. In the clips that were PROVIDED to me by the TM, which you also added to your appeal, you killed the player for ABSOLUTELY no reason and with ZERO interaction TWICE, which is why the ban was issued. As I’ve AGAIN mentioned multiple times both in the UA ticket you opened AND in our DMs, I already recommended a reversal of the punishment if the players you interacted with are banned or proven to have been cheating.
