I restricted you from creating characters because you were disrupting, abusing and showing you had no regard for characters and roleplay back then. Whilst its been a while i do not mind giving you another chance but you are on very thin ice.

This is an idea I’ve had for a while, and I just remembered it because it might be more useful now due to the fairly recent change with NPCs spawning “rare” guns and attachments. It could also give some purpose to a very overlooked item. Currently, the Sewer and Barge NPCs are static, they don’t move at all. With the Barge NPC, this is fairly reasonable, as you want to ensure the map has the best chance of being used and explored. However, with my idea, it could expand the exploration aspect a bit further. My suggestion is to have the Sewer NPC move around every restart. Obviously, he would still have a few regular spots, such as his current location by the fire pit in the sewer. But placing him in a random alleyway somewhere on the map would fit well with how black market dealers should operate. This NPC has been sitting in the same spot for 2 years since I started playing. This idea is inspired by Perp. Whenever their black market NPC moves, players receive a message on their phone. Why not put the pager to use in a similar way? You could add a notification sound, and the black market NPC would page every player with his location at each restart, repeating every time. This would help prevent the need for Sewer NPC characters, and, if you feel strongly about it, the same could be applied to the Barge NPC/chars as well.

I thought about doing this with other NPCs like drug buyers ultimately the 'novelty' wears off very quick. Especially for players who know the map, people would just have the preset positions memorized and have to run about every day checking which location the NPC is at. Even when sending a notif it sort of defeats the purpose of the teleporting to begin with. Every potential teleport position is limited to public areas that cant be owned or built on. Also with the map updates and other conflicting NPC positions having to re-edit the teleport positions is administratively annoying. When you say sewer NPC characters do you mean people that park a character in a spot then load it to check the NPC? Could always block that with code or make it more annoying. Like 10 seconds of no NPC access to prevent this and other little abuses. (God forbid theres a cooldown between actually switching characters too) Tl;dr doable but it's a hassle and does little to enhance RP imo

Hello, PKing admin here! To clarify, you were PKed for LTARP during a raid. Based on the evidence provided, the TM can be seen entering his room at the Imperial. As soon as he enters, you can briefly be seen in the room before immediately switching characters. I had already considered the possibility that you may have logged out during a planned deal, so I asked the TM whether any deal was taking place that day. He confirmed that there was not. In your appeal, you also admit that after taking product from the processor, you switched characters. Regardless of your intent, once you become involved in an active roleplay situation and then switch characters to avoid that interaction, that falls under LTARP. I also found it incredibly hard to believe that you accidently pressed "Collect" on the processor, clicked E on the shipment and clicked "Take" 10 times on Cocaine. Additionally, after switching characters, you continued switching back and forth, eventually leaving the room, selling the Cocaine to a vendor, and purchasing additional products from other vendors, which further supports that this was not simply an accidental pickup followed by switching characters. There isn't any proof of "PK hunting" or "Mass Mugging", at this point they are just buzz words used because they know they can't ban you for being "generally disliked and complained about"

hi so what exactly did he rulebreak? because last I checked mass mugging is mugging right after mugging someone before the timer runs out as you can see in this image And also who hunts for pks besides cops? if you're not valuing your life and not following orders from the people who put you in fear rp, you should be pk'd if killed. I know if I was caught in a mugging zone without my gun on safety I would for sure comply as I value my characters life, to me that's not PK hunting, that's just logic.

Hi banning admin here. I was asked to weigh in on, and then enact your ban during a conversation with at least 6 other staff members, including staff higher ranking than myself. Looking through your logs, it is blatantly apparent to me, as well as the other staff, that you don't intend to roleplay. In your previous appeal, you said: "If I get unbanned, I plan to roleplay and add to the servers experience instead of take away from it. If I come back to the server I won't be mugging at all, shouting at people for no reason, or breaking any rules." So far you have spent most of your time mugging, outside of that AFK'ing at your property, and making negative and cringeworthy Underground Advertisement endlessly. It's worth noting that hiring a few people and ordering oil is not what constitutes roleplay. Your provided evidence of roleplay is also pretty sub-par. You have been known to mug various people who blatantly have nothing of value on their person, which to my eye is likely PK hunting. You make the core of your character, down to his nickname, about mugging. You post a large number of rumours per session gloating about your muggings, and announcing plans for your next muggings. All of this adds up, as well as your previous bans and reputation - to show that you are just a mugging character, who can provide little to no valuable roleplay to the server. The testimony of a small handful of Takahashi players that you "have been helpful in the 1 week you were there" is not doing much to disprove that, either. PK hunting, most failmugs (which you have done at least one) and NITRP are all bannable offenses. Referencing Canadian's judgement on your perma ban appeal: "If you are banned again it will be extended to permanent once more." Thus I extended your ban to permanent. TL;DR - I was asked to ban you if I believed your actions constituted a ban, I did, as did numerous other staff. You had a 1 strike, you're out policy laid out to you when you were unperma'd. Good luck on the appeal.

Anyways like Hans said HC and I had been talking to Hans trying to encourage him to do more than just mugging and he became one of our top recruiters and most active members filling in the gaps left by less active members. Not saying bro was perfect I did have to talk to him alot about his mugging habits but he genuinely made an effort to recruit order oil and contribute to deals and pay his kickups. Obviously the ultimate decision comes down to upper staff but imo I think its a stretch to say its a mugging char based off of what I saw from bro and our sale records and training logs. Overall sure his rp wasnt 10/10 but he did genuinely make an effort to make sure he was abiding by server rules and for the most part faction rules as well people are upset bc they got mugged and lost their shit which I get but idk to be crashing out and tweaking bc you were in a red zone without a gun out is kinda silly imo so idk overall he was making a solid effort so its a +1 from me

+1 I know a lot of people have not met Hans in game but as someone who did not know him before his original perm ban I can say that Hans is one of the most active taka mains I have seen. Yes he mugs a lot but the ban makes absolute no sense, mugging char would imply all he does is mug on that char and provides no RP. However this dude is one of the best hirers I have seen and one of the best role-players in taka. Every time I have seen him in game he will be running the garrison. unban this guy he does not deserve this.

+1 In short, I've known this guy for maybe 1-2 weeks and he's been truthfully one of the most helpful guys on this server. He's helped me with several logistical things, including some technical things on the server that has greatly improved my roleplay. In spite of any apparent wrongdoing, his positives for the server greatly out-weight his negatives. Good luck!

+1 Hans and I have been climbing the ranks together in taka, our numbers have been dropping over the past weeks/months and he's been bringing the numbers up by hiring a shit ton, I've seen him grind shipments, sell guns, even did lawyer rp a few times.

Another Bug along With this one if you put an attachment on it that it the old bug says it has on it before you've put the new attachment on ones it is on you cant take that attachment of the gun.
