What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I feel as if though my PK was unjust, The clip I was provided in the admin sit you can see the muggers are 3rd person peeking to mug individuals, They did not give me enough time to react to the situation, They also didn’t seem to initiate the mugging properly, and I had my gun out by the time they approached me. I think given them 3rd person peeking, talking about the mugging rules during and also given the “dead wop” flyers after the ordeal just feels as if though the mugging was in poor faith. It would be pretty cool if when a char was pked a screen would appear / menu would be able to be opened to show that chars stats. Like if after it shows your name with the dates you were able to see your actions and such. In my eyes these would include Pks done by you, overall kills, deaths, time played on that char and just a random little title for your stats. By title I mean if someone had an absurdly negative k/d it would be like Hospitals number one patient or if alot of time played it would be no-life. I could see there being issues with past events and stats being loaded since the amount of time and how old log wipes are handled. Overall could just be a cool little thing for people to brag and show off.

Hi there, PKing admin here. After slowing down the clip provided to 0.25x, it is evident that during the time of the mugging you did in fact have your weapon out. Therefore invalidating this PK, for the following reason shown below: FearRP rule 9: If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then fearrp does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R). Due to the clip being extremely low resolution combined with the running animation making it difficult to see your weapon, this was a mistake on my part. +1, Playtime is a bit low, but I think if he knows the rules well and he understands the gamemode, let him in. We need more dedicated staff members right now.

As I highlighted in my application, my first time playing Diverge was 8 months ago. Prior to the last two weeks-ish, I had really only played in about 45 minute spurts of running around attempting to figure out how exactly to get into a faction and how the roleplay on the server should go. The reason I've been able to get into the server now is because I've had several friends (who are Diverge veterans) introduce me to a lot of people and really show me the ropes of the server and how the roleplay goes. Again, it plays into how I am very new. On the days I can be on Diverge, I would be able to spend upwards of 8 hours a day moderating and roleplaying. On day's I'm unable to be on Diverge, I would be completely cut off. I would approximate that there are (around) 2 days every week I am unable to be on due to IRL commitments as I am still in school and I do (surprisingly) have some sort of a life outside of Diverge. +1 Interacted with a few members of this faction over the years (as-well as recently) and they are a mature and motivated group. From what I've seen they have a good understanding of what it takes to create good roleplay, internally and externally. Faction application isn't perfect, but none of them are. Could do with being reformatted and some more detail in certain areas. But I do like how the application gives a solid timeline with dates included, as well as it being well thought-out with referenced links. Overall, solid application. Would like to see how a British faction would do in today's New York. Fox has set the bar high. - Dong

Make a pvp server so everyone can constantly fight each-other like its COD. Bad ass you can select maps like, Legrande, PD, Little Israel, Little Italy, Little Colombia and many more badass maps. You could also make some badass Skins that everyone can pay for like notorious characters like Jake Grant, Jake Grant Detective, Jake Grant Mayor, Commissioner Jake Grant. Flamingo (Make him a bit chubby), Romullus. Add some bad ass gun skins that you could work towards with progression!!!!!!!!! Finally add some cool as Vehicles like the iconic Helicopter and the massive insurgency car!!! Also add anti cheat
