Hi there, As we discussed during the sit, you being a bystander during the situation and being detained / arrested was not RDA and could have been played out IC. If you felt this arrest was unjust then you should have let the RP play out as you most likely would have been released. But as you stated you retaliated by opening fire, which then ultimately led to you dying and the character being PKd. If you notice or feel like cops are randomly arresting people during your session of playing, your first point of call should be making a staff ticket, not using it as leverage when it may benefit you in a situation involving staff. By doing this it eliminates the problem before it turns into a bigger issue. In regard to the similar situation you reference, every situation is contextual. The officer saying "@ VCWP pk" in chat was clearly them trying to create a staff ticket, and the other officer saying "clip that" is irrelevant and does not invalidate the PK. In my eyes neither of these acts where an exaggerated or malicious break of character, nor did it affect the RP situation. Best of luck with this appeal!

Whilst you may have had previous altercations with the ticket maker, you did not follow the killing nor escalation rules when killing him. In the clip provided, the ticket maker had their back turned whilst interacting with an NPC in the clip shown, to which you shot him in the back with no further interaction. In regard to the MRDM, you had killed a total of 8 people in two separate incidents on the 24th confirmed via logs, both in quick succession. Coupled with the fact you also killed 4 people the day prior, again in quick succession to which you had received a note for. It is highly unlikely any player should be killing a total of 12 people, in 3 separate incidents, with probable cause to do so. We believe this ban to be justified. Although your intentions may not have been malicious in the situation that led to your blacklist, you ultimately still abused your flags here. With dupes such as car bombs and spike strips, you always need to ask staff for approval to use them otherwise it may be seen as abuse of your flags. Unfortunately, due to you having a record of three notes, all related to prop abuse. Coupled with the fact you wasn't blacklisted that long ago, this appeal will be denied. This does not mean this blacklist is permenant, but we would like to see an improvement in both playtime and quality of roleplay, before this blacklisted is lifted. After speaking to the banning administrator, and reviewing the evidence provided. It is clear you are a new player, having less than two days playtime. You have clearly made an honest mistake but also broken multiple rules here, your attitude shows that you are also able to take accountability for your mistakes which is an important factor, with it being your first ban and zero notes prior to this incident. After reviewing the above, I can confirm a support ticket was made explaining they had on-going technical issues, prior to this ban being given. KonradKoconout has been nothing but respectful throughout the process of the support ticket and filing this appeal, he is also willing to continue the RP once back on the character. I want to make it clear that Gr1mmy has followed the correct process in waiting 10 minutes for the reconnection before taking action, but this will appeal will be accepted on the basis that a support ticket was made prior to the ban being issued, willingness to continue the roleplay scene and a respectful attitude throughout. - Dong

After reviewing the above, it is evident that not only do you have NITRP, but you also have no respect for others around you. Even if you disagree with the banning admins opinion, being disrespectful isn't an appropriate way to handle the situation. Your comments on the appeal are also not appropriate. I understand you are new to GMOD, but before playing any game it is standard to go through a tutorial (Guide) and / or to understand the rules before getting started.
