After talking with Physko about the above, it was explained to you prior that yes, it is ok in certain circumstances. But there was a slight misunderstanding on when you are able to do so. Those circumstances being if it was pre-approved by staff but also combined with being spawned in prior to using it in an RP scenario. Spawning in a jet ski out of nowhere is fail RP, but I'm sure you are fully understanding of that fact. You have had a previous note for throwing cars into the sky, which is most likely why Yugi rightfully handed you a blacklist here.

So, I think the point Monaclu is trying to re-iterate here, is the fact you were told to stop and you continued. Whilst what you did necessarily isn't the end of the world in your view, that is entirely your opinion. To some members of the community this is a big deal and you should respect that. Driving around with a boulder on your car isn't necessarily realistic nor is it accurate roleplay. In regard to you talking about an explicit rule, whilst there isn't a specific rule for this situation this is a clear misuse of your pet flags. Please re-read prop rules 3, 5, 7 and 9. This blacklist is not permeant and will be appealable in future, but at this current time we believe this to be justified.

How dare you use the name in vain

Hi there, As we discussed during the sit, you being a bystander during the situation and being detained / arrested was not RDA and could have been played out IC. If you felt this arrest was unjust then you should have let the RP play out as you most likely would have been released. But as you stated you retaliated by opening fire, which then ultimately led to you dying and the character being PKd. If you notice or feel like cops are randomly arresting people during your session of playing, your first point of call should be making a staff ticket, not using it as leverage when it may benefit you in a situation involving staff. By doing this it eliminates the problem before it turns into a bigger issue. In regard to the similar situation you reference, every situation is contextual. The officer saying "@ VCWP pk" in chat was clearly them trying to create a staff ticket, and the other officer saying "clip that" is irrelevant and does not invalidate the PK. In my eyes neither of these acts where an exaggerated or malicious break of character, nor did it affect the RP situation. Best of luck with this appeal!

Whilst you may have had previous altercations with the ticket maker, you did not follow the killing nor escalation rules when killing him. In the clip provided, the ticket maker had their back turned whilst interacting with an NPC in the clip shown, to which you shot him in the back with no further interaction. In regard to the MRDM, you had killed a total of 8 people in two separate incidents on the 24th confirmed via logs, both in quick succession. Coupled with the fact you also killed 4 people the day prior, again in quick succession to which you had received a note for. It is highly unlikely any player should be killing a total of 12 people, in 3 separate incidents, with probable cause to do so. We believe this ban to be justified. During the remainder of your ban which is approximately one day, I highly suggest you read over the killing rules using the link below, to ensure that a similar ban does not occur moving forward.

Although your intentions may not have been malicious in the situation that led to your blacklist, you ultimately still abused your flags here. With dupes such as car bombs and spike strips, you always need to ask staff for approval to use them otherwise it may be seen as abuse of your flags. Unfortunately, due to you having a record of three notes, all related to prop abuse. Coupled with the fact you wasn't blacklisted that long ago, this appeal will be denied. This does not mean this blacklist is permenant, but we would like to see an improvement in both playtime and quality of roleplay, before this blacklisted is lifted. If this blacklist is lifted in future, I want to remind yourself and anyone reading this. Being a donator gives you access to the Sandbox Build Server, here you are able to mess around with props and test ideas you have regarding dupes and props.
