Me and my buddies were using the stash, and more then just me got or attempted to be mug/stalked. I have clips of the same people attempting to mug others right after I was mugged, at that same stash. To my knowledge right outside of a stash is a no mugging zone, as I was still right in front of the stash. You'll see in the clip, the first one, the car goes by me, sees me at the stash, stops around the corner and waits for me to get in my car. Basically camped the stash spot, once they saw me at it and jumped on there opportunity the second I got in my car right in front of the stash. The last two clips were provided right after my situation at the exact same stash. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: It was late at night, and after returning from being AFK, I found several individuals around me and had my vehicle stolen. That is simply background context. After returning again, I noticed I was being followed. To keep this concise, I believe there are two clear reasons why this incident qualifies as a false PK. First, the attempted mugging violated server rules regarding location. The rules clearly state: “You may not mug in a public place. You may, however, pull a weapon on someone and bring them to a secluded area to rob them. This can only be done when no one else is around.” In this situation, the individuals attempted to mug me in the street, which is a public area. We were also not in a red zone. At no point was I moved to a secluded location before demands were made. This alone makes the mugging invalid under the rules. Second, there was no clear or valid mugging initiation. According to the mugging rules, initiation includes actions such as holding someone at gunpoint with the intent to rob them, demanding cash or items, or making it clear through actions or statements that a mugging is occurring. In the video evidence, the only demand made was for me to get out of the vehicle. No demand for cash, items, or any indication of a mugging was made. As a result, I was not even certain that a mugging was taking place. Because the mugging was attempted in a public area and lacked proper initiation, it does not meet the requirements outlined in the server rules. I think it's dumb that shooting the trunk of a car, away from the engine block can "blow up" a car. I feel like it would've been better if maybe you actually shot the person instead of shooting the trunk to kill someone. That's my only opinion on this.

Whilst this server can be fun, it is very toxic and i think that a break would be beneficial for you, particularly when you're not as stable as normal. Shit happens, you got caught. It is what it is. But right now i think you should take care of yourself. I'd +1 to reduce ban length from perma to between 4 months - 1 year so he can have a good break, recover and learn from this. You're a good kid imo. But, @Medinator@Medinator is right. God knows how long hacks were used and for what, so some time is needed to serve regardless.

Also maybe you should think “hmm maybe they aren’t camping stashes because they just killed me there and probably are making a PK ticket and my body is obviously going to drop on my dead body” the reason why those decavs were pressed in the parking lot is probably because there was going to be a body spawning there and in the second clip you can clearly see your body being burned in the decavs pov right where you died in funky monkeys clip also in the second clip posted by funky monkey he is actively trying to cut your body up after he killed a cop he went back to cutting your body so idk how it’s stash camping if he’s actively trying to cut your body and it makes sense to why he wouldn’t want decavs there when he’s cutting up a bonanno’s dead body.
