Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am an adult and I have worked in management within the hospitality industry for nearly 4 years and am very experienced in being a mediator of conflicts and issues. I am confident my reputation is good overall What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: There is a huge amount of things I could pull from, obviously conflict can be fun, but I have always enjoyed the dinners, meetings and community events the most! I like taking my friends and family to a new restaurant to RP, try some new food and say Marone like 20,000 times. I think the best moments are always found within small interactions between you, and some Unknown guy on the street, where you just remember for a second that everyone around you is an actual person. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I was off-duty, I would be happy to make a staff ticket myself, or encourage the involved parties to do so. This would then ideally lead to an active staff member handling the ticket, and I would be available to provide a clip or support if necessary. If there were no other staff active, or it was a particularly busy time, I would encourage the involved parties to make a ticket and then claim it in an official capacity, rather than skipping over that initial step. If there is a preferred protocol for this, I would be happy to learn it, too You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would communicate to the staff member that the abuse is becoming frequent and that despite it being somewhat "lowkey" it is likely to cause them or me an issue in the future, and may be effecting the wellbeing of players or other staff, and so they need to fix up their behaviour. If they showed no ability to express remorse or understanding of what they were doing wrong, and made no promise to stop doing these minor infractions, then I would speak with a separate higher ranked staff member to inform them of the ongoing problems, and leave it in their hands. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would say this constitutes a possible bias, as one might feel like they can let their friend off easy, due to their anecdotal past experiences with them. In this circumstance, I would not be involving myself with the ticket, unless necessary. The ticket needs to run its course through the proper due process, without the personal opinion of a staff member. If there is proof of the RDM and/or minging, the correct punishments or warnings need to be issued. Whilst I know I would have no gripe with issuing proper consequences to members of my faction(s) it is also preferable for the sake of preventing bias accusations, that someone else handles the ticket. If there is no other option, or I am required to take the ticket I would do my most to ensure 1. a fair and due process and 2. the parties involved leave free from concerns of bias. Does it constitute possible bias?: Honestly Depends if my friend was actually doing something, ie a clip was sent of them doing exactly what the ticket was made about, If so then Bias is not needed since they have to follow the rules same as I do, friend or not.

It would be a pretty good addition to RP to make a notepad which you could draw as a physical item in your inv. This could be used for restaurant RP where you write out tickets and give them to the kitchen, or for jotting down phone numbers, taking messages for people, or leaving physical notes for people to read. It would just be a lot more convenient and immersive than making a google doc, printing it out, and then handing it to someone. The way I envision it working is a bit like the stolen checks only its reusable for a certain amount of notes. You would right click on the notepad, start new note. On the new note you would just write on a blank paper, or a sheet of lined paper, the writing system being like the stolen checks. Using left click to write and right click to erase. Then you would click a button to tear off the note, then giving yourself the note as an item to give/do with as you please. The only problem I see there being is a huge increase of items in the server from people making a bunch of notes. So, maybe to counter that you could also add a recycling bin where old notes and old printed out things could go too. Or just add a lighter and let us burn shit. /notepad would not work for this because you cannot physically hand it to someone

when i make custom headmodels, for male at least, i use male 09 as a base making sure the eye and nose level are even so at least glasses fit without distorting the face, hats are a different story seeing as thats when head shape and hair come into play. if we were to edit all models to be able to use a larger majority of glasses, hats and have necks fit suits, it would require us putting the model into blender, attaching it onto a skeleton with both glasses and hat bones, fixing eye level, fixing headshape to the best we can without distorting it, slim the neck down to fit similarly to male 09, add flex controllers to stop infinite eye rotation, and then compile everything too, not to mention if i were the one doing this then i'd also go and do the same for all female models. while the list seems short through text, the process is much more time consuming than you might think with the amount of headmodels there are accessible not including custom models. while yes, it could be possible to do, it brings the question of who currently in the modelling team would be willing to do it and has the time to do it all. take everything i say with a grain of salt im still new to modelling and im still learning, if im wrong about anything anzati can correct me

+/- Hm, not a bad application but could be a lot better. Your example of unique RP is seriously lacking. 'Going out to get food', like every other faction on the server. That section is perfect for telling us how your faction is different from others and it just falls totally flat on its's face. I want to hear about stuff like bike races, bike showcases and that kind of stuff, not 'oh we're going to go get food as a group'. I also hate that you're making this application to immediately bum boy the SOS. I understand that people have their allies but it seems weird to just immediately ally with the only other biker group in the server, rather than open it up to some competition with each other.
