  2. Hi, i deemed the orders given valid as you had the means to pay dues and didnt. I will say in the future the the people who created the PK ticket make sure to include all of your reasons to avoid confusion like this. When you have access to a factions drug racket you are a liability and locked in to your responsibilities (Kickups), and failure to pay them can result in your death.

  3. Equipable briefcases with a balanced amount of extra storage space, visible when equipped. This not only gives extra inventory space, but also offers roleplay opportunities and unique player interactions (Briefcase filled with money, guns, drugs, contracts, documents, limbs, etc). Can be placed in crates, lockers, cars, dropped, etc. Purchasable at hardware store or at barge? Will take up perhaps 8 slots of inventory space while offering 10-16 slots? Maybe brief/suitcases of different sizes?

  4. Missions A set of civilian and criminal missions that (Separate NPCs): Civilian Missions: Designed for new players, these missions introduce key locations (Clothing Store, Hardware Store, Oil NPC, Ghetto, ect.) with low-stake tasks that help with map navigation and basic mechanics and minimal rewards. Criminal Missions: High Risk, repeatable missions with cooldowns that are locked to members in criminal factions, offering cash, clothing items, or cheap weapons. These can be an alternative source for making money instead of drug production, but earn less money. Cooldowns: All missions could have a 24 hour cooldown, or longer depending on the mission type and rewards. These missions can take inspiration from early 2000s games such as GTA: Vice City and Simpsons: Hit n Run - simple missions that can increase immersion and give players new experiences within the server and give more methods of making money outside of drug production and selling (just not as much), along with being able to obtain cheap weapons. Some Basic Civilian Mission Ideas (Mission NPC located at City Hall): 1. Introduction Part 1 Talking to the NPC will direct plays to key locations around the map, for example: Checkpoint 1: Visit the Clothing Store Checkpoint 2: Visit the Electronics Store Checkpoint 3: Visit the Hardware Store Checkpoint 4: Visit Town Hall Checkpoint 5: Visit the Expensive Clothing Store Checkpoint 6: Visit the Police Department Completing this mission will reward players with $1500 cash (which they can use towards the next mission). 2. Introduction Part 2 Talking to the NPC will direct plays to City Hall to purchase an ATM with a checkpoint at the reception desk and then after purchasing an ATM account using the rewards from the last mission, it will put a checkpoint to the ATM in townhall for new players to get familiar with. Completing this mission will reward players with $500 cash (leaving them with $1000 for clothes / food). After these 2 missions, new players should be more familiar with the key locations around the map, and will have an ATM account along with $1,000 in cash before they start their criminal life. This can be helpful for factions hiring, as they can have white shirts complete these tasks instead of repeatedly showing new players themself. Some Basic Criminal Mission Ideas (Mission NPC located at they alley in Chinatown or behind apartments next to Nightclub): 1. Car Heist Talking to the NPC will direct you to a specific location on the map where a sports car has spawned (randomised between multiple set locations), once you get into the car you will have to drive it to a checkpoint before a timer ends, with the checkpoint being indicated as a "chop shop". Failing the mission (not delivering it to the checkpoint in time) will enable the cooldown on the mission and no rewards will be received. Completing the mission will reward players with $5000 cash. 2. Gun Run Talking to an NPC will direct you to a delivery van (a truckload of illegal firearms that need to be delivered to several locations). The cops get wind of the shipment, triggering a chase. The police will receive a notification matching the vans description and will be advised to chase and ram the vehicle. If the van makes it to all the locations/checkpoints before the timer runs out the person will be rewarded with $1,000 + a pistol with a removed serial number (weapon that fell out of the crate during the pursuit) and a cooldown on the mission will be added. If the van does not make it to all locations/checkpoints before the timer runs out the person will receive no reward and a cooldown on the mission will be added. 3. Steal the Package Talking to an NPC will direct you to the parking lot in tunnels, a handful of armed NPCs will spawn and you will be directed to kill the NPCs and take the package they're protecting and deliver it to another location. Dying to the NPCs will trigger a cooldown on the mission and you will receive no rewards. Killing the NPCs and successfully delivering the package to the location will reward the players with $2,500. 5. Currently stashes have quite a long timer delaying users from entering them after combat. Unfortunately, this includes damage taken in a car crash, an event that usually wouldn't even prevent a user from switching chars. If this is intended/can't be fixed, whatever, but it's really annoying and would be great if it didn't happen anymore.

  6. There was a misunderstanding we did not know that he was removed from the faction due to an unwhitelist ticket. That does change things, overall the situation in our eyes was he asked to retire, which we interpreted as retire and stay in faction which I stated above we never gave him permission to leave, we then see him on civilian whitelist and thought that he had just clicked F1 Leave Faction which was a risk in our eyes and we do not allow people to leave after they are involved criminally. This is a mistake on our part in terms of the person just unwhitelisting someone like that without letting us know and we are very sorry for the confusion and hassle this has caused. We will take into account the wording of orders and reasonings to make sure there are no confusions in the future and this does not happen again.

  8. Here is a video clip provided of a mugging segment where your voice is heard https://streamable.com/zbgio7 As stated in the above replies you were identified then stalked to the Trattoria, here's an image that was taken by one of the people tailing you Here is the log which includes the date and time you committed the mugging: Here are all your chardesc logs, these logs indicate the date and time of when you changed your character description As you can see on the date of the mugging 6/04 you did not change your description at all, but had changed it a few times the day prior (6/03)

  9. Would be even funnier if you needed to pay a significant amount of in game money to enter and in return your gains are boosted in there.

  12. +1, But imo it should be a pk'able offense if someone makes a character with the name Gambino, Colombo, Lucchese, etc. and bad mouths/impersonates themselves in that faction. Most citizen chars that I see with the last name "Gambino" or "Colombo" are just there to minge and create a mockery of the faction. Also creates an element of RP for factions to headhunt unaffiliated civvies. (most of these -1s are people that do it lmfao)

  14. Now that Police make actual consistent money we can introduce pricing variations based on this, to actually put thought and cost behind the gear you take at, it's very much a time in time out system. It also just makes more sense that the higher rank a cop is the better gear he/she can use and afford, as they receive better pay. It just generally balances the server out more. The only valid argument against it is that weapons are wasted during trainings, which is a fair complaint, but the LTs can simply acquire/request a training budget from their PD HC board, 10 to 20k for a single training with a dozen or more officers is doable. That being said balance is achieved via trial and error. PD prices over the last week have changed as follows: 1st change: Slight increase (no one noticed) 2nd change: Larger increase (This was noticed) 3rd change: Slight decrease (This was not noticed) 4th change: Another decrease (Hasn't been pushed yet) Also going to increase the weekly pay cap from 70k to 100k It's about finding a good middle ground, and I think that with the 4th change it's been found. More PD and criminal balancing updates (unrelated to lockers) to come.

  15. I'm not sure why this isn't a thing but just doing a (for example) /itar to speak Italian through radio so everyone and their Mother can't hear what anyone has said on your radio channel. I would assume this wouldn't be too hard to implement.

  16. Sorry but I am still not understanding the logic here. Especially since you were ok with him leaving then seemingly changed your mind. If drug handling was the issue where was the instance or proof of him being 'caught with narcotics' ? He joined the Cassanos on 5/15 and then paid kickups of 25k on 5/18. Then on 5/20 he indicated he wanted to leave which was permitted. On 5/23 a ticket was made by a Cassano to have him un-whitelisted. Then on 5/31 dons orders were issued for him when: 1. He did not physically leave the faction on his own accord (unwl ticket was made) 2. Was up to date on kick ups (25k for 5 days on WL) 3. Was not actively snitching or working against the faction. Why the sudden change 8 days later?

  19. Want to point out as well that the orders were given on 5/31 well within the two week time frame if you left the day you messaged me on discord or any date after that. Again I think CobraKai summed up everything pretty well based off of what I also stated. Like I said originally above this is all up to the admins discretion and I’m sure they will come to whatever conclusion best fits the server rules.

  21. As Adam mentioned, it was a thing a one point. You'd get a very small portion of the money that the NPC has made over a span of time.

  22. Hello banning admin here, thanks for taking my advice and trying to work things out here with me. To start, multiple reports came in for MRDM, I wasnt exactly sure what to think, but upon reviewing this clip here. I was questionable what exactly was going on. When I pulled you, you explained you were there for the target, got him and died. Clips provided of you indeed dying; you guessing who the target is, and killing all people sitting. I would like to note, because of this, they gained a point randomly guessing, and then proceeding to kill someone immediately off rip because he spawned near him. If the first point is invalid so should the 2nd. I believe this to be an MRDM.

  23. Toast has mentioned some pretty valid points, I haven't met a single person that has had anything good to say about you. Some people have given you chances and help you better yourself. Time and time again you show no attempts to change and to actually heed the advice given to you. I've told you on multiple accounts people do not like you overly confrontational attitude that then leads to explosive arguments because you either don't agree or are being called out. It all starts with you saying "yeah I hear you I'll try my best to work on that", then later down the line whether that be hours days weeks later I hear about another piece of drama you've buried yourself into. I don't believe that this community is a good fit for you. And I also don't think that your attitude is or has changed. You are to quick to act on your emotions, per example would be when I banned you for power gaming, you attempted to have a suspect you arrested jump into the hole in the sewers just because he was mingey instead of making a staff report, after being told that you cannot do that you then walked him to the catwalk and told him to jump in the water like that was any different. You clearly have no control over you emotions and are fast to act on your anger. -1 I do not believe you coming back would do any justice to the server

  24. Colombo literally means Orphan, for starters. It is a surname granted to Orphans in Italy. Gambino, according to ancestry and other ancestry websites cite over 41,000 people with the name. Bonanno, according to ancestry and other ancestry websites citer over 36,000 people with the name. Just sayin. -1
