Hello, I'm not entirely sure where your confusion comes from, but in the clip provided you quite clearly draw your weapon and try to run behind cover after being ordered to cease movement and turn around. There is many nuances to cop PK's but this is not a nuanced situation. You attempted to fight, and he was quicker to the draw.

There has been a lot of confusion here, but its a simple explanation for your case specifically. The one who initially put out FearRP commands was faced away from you and barking them to another individual, making them irrelevant especially when you equipped your firearm. The other assailant then took his firearm out but did not give orders to you until a second after your own was equipped, deeming his one word attempt useless. As for the long discussions and accusations about fail mugging thrown out this entire thread, they will be looked into further.

The assailant placing you under FearRP most certainly did not have his gun on safety. The clip we were provided with to solidify your death very clearly shows them off safety and giving you orders, in which you completely ignore them and start to drive off. Another thing, you making yourself unable to hear other players is not an excuse, and has nothing to do with us.

Retiring your character means its retired. Hopping on it and doing whatever you were doing is against retirement. We killed you because you kept playing the char to do whatever you were doing, which is not retirement. We have been explicit in the fact that retirement means ur done with the character until u unretire, and im sorry you misconstrued that.

Hello, Unfortunately i bear bad news as what you did is a fail mug and by our rules pkable. This will not be reversed, an admin witnessed it and took action, which is completely within their rights. The action of tying someone up is what makes something a mugging, and you did it in the middle of a street and not in a red zone. I suggest reading our rulebook before you start a new character to avoid situations like this one in the future.

Hello, This is going to be brief as you admitted yourself in this very thread you did what you got killed for, but this will be denied as you were caught attempting to collect incriminating evidence on made men of a crime organization, and promptly killed to rid the chance of it being used against them.
