dms are ooc which we are allowed to lie to you in there is nothing against the rules saying we can’t lie in order to give you a false sense of security or to get you in the city. this was bait to try to get you ingame to be killed. the second we made a new form we took all of your access. false sense of security. They are, you never asked to retire in character you were lied to on an ooc level for a false sense of security for your eventual hit. You retired in one of the hardest points in our history and every enforcer has been given your hit upon promotion to the rank. Frankly, your just a guy who’s been scared to get on for months and now when you finally got wacked your crying ooc. You can’t just not hop on for 9 months then blame ooc issues cause we took your roles when you joined colombo discord.

it’s why your roles weren’t taken immediately because your not supposed to know there were orders on you that’s like the whole thing with doing hits you were already retired when this went on you still had your roles cause in character you were still around (eclipse is a good example) we hadn’t killed you yet. We’re not gonna remove your roles before we kill you cause that would be too obvious. We only took your roles because of the upcoming conflict and fear you may leak information to the other side. Regarding giving your f3 it was not the next day you were extremely inactive back then (retired through discord dms) Falcon and I only got your name when we weren’t able to carry out the orders yet due to Patch not being online and you disconnecting soon after giving us your name so in all it made your hit a very delicate matter and we finally got you thanks to the trunk update which forced you to get on your character. Yes you were pulled into the back to have a conversation about it which you disconnected in the middle of rp. Why would we call you to a sit down if the last chance of roleplay we had with you ended in you disconnecting from the game. You may think it was a joke and at most disrespect but you blatantly ignored the rp situation and failed to listen to the commands of the underboss in character which led to your untimely demise. You became a burden to this family of ours and no longer trusted within our outfit I know your trying to make it seem like it’s all ooc bullshit but you KNEW you were gonna die and instead of contacting staff abt it being “ooc” you just never hopped on and now when you finally got wacked you blame ooc issues when it’s your actions in character that got you killed.

this is not in character fyi also another huge note if we are going to pk someone we don’t make it very obvious especially regarding discord communication so please take that into account. Myself and falcon who were enforcers at the time had you pulled into a room where the underboss demanded you gave us your name when you disconnected from the server (LTARP not disrespect) that is the night we had orders placed on you. keep in mind this is only when we took your discord roles you gotta understand how it looks from a faction point of view when one of your “retired” guys you have orders on joining an enemy faction discord during escalation 5 we removed your discord roles to make sure you would not leak our radio.

also forgot to mention this discord dms are ooc so everything you posted has no relevance to this pk you can’t use an ooc medium of communication to avoid ic ramifications

i don’t know the exact time the orders were given so take my 6 months comment with a grain of salt and constantly refusing orders from your superiors is still grounds for a PK.

hey I was involved in the pk just an fyi the admin stick doesn't just work on who you're looking at it's also who is targeted on your admin stick so even if he wasnt looking directly at you he could have freezed you. It's like a target tool you don't have to be looking at the guy. Also, you weren't killed when your shit was frozen.
