  2. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.
  3. Hi You have previously somewhat appealed this case via a Commissioner Ticket, in which Dong, who is both PD commissioner and a Seasoned Administrator, denied your request to overturn the blacklist. A few other things worth noting: Hoovis is correct that you would require staff approval for any and all force pleas, this is to prevent powergaming, and is generally handled quite quickly and efficiently by the staff team. Hoovis is however not completely right about the 30 minutes thing - the requirement to undergo the force plea process is a player who will not comply nor interact with the arrest/cells rp Regardless, a staff member must be involved in every force plea. Furthermore, it is commonplace to recieve a blacklist *and* a ban - Just as it is common to recieve a PK and a ban for, say, mugging character. It is not one or the other. In terms of your latest response, you can make a staff report via the forums, too, if you feel necessary. With the opinions of other members of staff, and the decision made by Dong in mind, we will be denying this appeal, and the ban and blacklist will remain.
  4. thats exactly why im giving this suggestion a Massive +1
  5. +1 I love grinding and hate roleplay
  6. That would add another risk cell pks
  7. As a person who is in jail all the time I would like too +1 this even though I would get no visits. +1
  8. Today
  9. I didn't refuse, I agreed to the punishment from the beginning. I said that wasn't what it was. And we didn't have a conversation - you belittled me the whole conversation and I also have part of it recorded. All I said was that I followed instructions, and I said that you could have released him, it was only a 5-minute punishment, but you preferred to choose an excessive and excessive punishment, for a person who has no problematic past either as an actor or as a police officer who, by the way, was on duty for two days and received an order to arrest that person. I agreed to the punishment, and I also have that recorded, and in any case you preferred to give me a ban and a blacklist for nothing. Even when I consulted with people in high positions in the police, and also in the team (I will not mention names at all) they said that these were excessive punishments for a person with no history. -And I will emphasize again, I agreed to do retraining - and I simply stated that this was the instruction I received and that I was probi only 2 days and followed the instructions. And seconds later I already received a ban
  10. We've deteriorated as a community down to making suggestion reviews in our suggestions.
  11. Hello, I am the administrator that banned you. First off, your ban was adjusted to 2 days, which is what I originally intended it to be, not 5. Second, there is no rule preventing you from being banned and blacklisted from PD for the same incident. It is a common occurrence. As far as the reason for your ban, you arrested an individual for grand theft auto and brought him to the PD cells. After he was in the holding cells for 15 minutes, you jailed him for 5 minutes. During the 15 minutes he was in the holding cells leading up to him being jailed, you did not: -Properly offer and have the suspect accept a plea deal -Attempt to bring the suspect to trial through the court system -Call staff to report the suspect as uncooperative The suspect reported this, and I brought you to the sit. I explained the relevant rules, that you should have done one of the three things I listed, that they can be in cells up to 30 minutes before an autoplea (which still has to be approved by staff) and initially was considering a retraining and note as punishment, but in the sit you completely refused to admit any wrongdoing and argued with me about the rules. You also said you refuse to do any retraining because you sentencing the suspect was completely justified. It was not justified, it was blatant powergame. From my own determination and the recommendation of a senior staff member, I issued the ban. I also blacklisted you from PD due to this incident and your general refusal to follow the rules of PD. I would also like to note that this blacklist was upheld by the commissioner upon appeal.
  12. You are introducing "repetitive micromanagement" and more "babysitting involved". As is, you put the product in and all you have to do is take it out when it's done, which happens to be after 5 minutes. You seems stuck on this "5 bricks for the time of 4, maybe a little bit more cost for balancing purposes" idea. 5 bricks of shit gives you 50 shits, your player only has 40 slots in his inventory. Now imagine how ball achingly tedious it would be to have this one shipment with 50 shits in it(assuming you can only "extract" the processor when it's fully done like the one we currently have) which is already 10 shits more than you can carry, and also have to worry about having fuel around for the thing (which you're suggesting should be oil barrels, great, now i gotta also go through that ordeal of getting oil shipments in the mean time to feed my processor baby) and having tools to repair it around in case it breaks. So you're still making multiple trips to whatever needs tending to. You haven't fixed anything, there's no quality of life, you've just optimized 1 thing by adding 3 other things to worry about. Oh and let's not mention the potential loss if anything happens with the server, your computer, or your internet conection. Imagine losing 50 shit baggies all at once because your internet went out and hasn't come back until after the server restarted. You used to be a king, with your little shipment and processor timers, every little move optimized down to the milisecond. Now you are crying in the bathroom floor of motel room 9 with your dick in your hand because you grabbed oil barrels instead of repair kits as you were going to sell your full inventory of shits cause there's 16 more waiting for you in the shipment before you can do anything else.
  13. Let me translate for him what he meant to say "Yeah a very real possible thing that could happen in real life I don't want that because obviously everybody who visits a criminal is a criminal" Anyway this is a pretty good idea and would add to rp +1
  14. God forbid RP happen on the RP server.
  15. The issue is they’re in a jail and not prison. That and as a security concern I’d rather not have a mobster be visited by his fellow mobsters (especially if it’s a Don who can then issue orders from jail directly to his guys). Get out on bail or try to expedite your trial, prison RP isn’t really a thing and we don’t have a visitation space.
  16. When a person selects to take it to court hes isolated from Roleplay for months end. Allowing visitations between them and their faction, relatives and friends who may be to visit them to keep roleplay going on would be nice instead of forgetting the character for months end.
  17. Posted in wrong category remove please.
  18. thats literally what i suggested but denied.
  19. +/- however if the processor included a buyable VIP only feature which further improved the processor and made it purple id support this suggestion Further more i believe there should be a new legal faction called "Gun Dealers" which allows members to buy shipments of 10 of any weapon in every racket and every member is required to use the father grigori model from HL2
  20. Kids a chump... but he seems like a nice chump from the conversations we've had. I wouldn't be opposed to having him back in the streets of South Side
  21. can we add bbl replacement surgery but only for women
