What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The reasons why I should be unpked on this char. Reason 1. The last hit I went on was on 10/13/26 Yugi can confirm this. then the last one was on the 8th. No where in any time was I told "Hey don't do pks anymore as consig" the current don never seem to have a problem with this at all until now? which is 7 days after the hits took place. I was never taxed or warned about doing hits. The last time I spoke to the current don about doing hits was when he was asking who I was pking and never said anything about stop doing pks or have someone else do it. this is the last hit I was fully apart of. You could argue about a pk that happen on the 14th that I didn't have to much involvement in however 2 enforcers had to kill an AFK player in the middle of Sarge's Arms and i dipped out as fast as possible. The involvement in that pk was me giving out the orders and putting curtains up in the doorway of sarges. also ironic they contract a consig to kill their consig who told them about the coup i was "plotting". Reason 2. Another reason why I was told was that I got pked was because the current don was being shizo about me trying to coup him when I never talked about couping him and no one else was listed on the coup list but me? I had no intent to coup and for the past week I barely been on diverge due to being busy with irl work and playing other games. the UB, SB, Capo, HE were all loyal to the current don and at the time I was so where could I have coup if I wanted to? from what I been told the only reason why I was pked was due to the current Colombo don thinking I'm going to coup him and the reasons listed on the orders were a loophole to kill me and have valid orders cause they didn't have proof of something that wasn't going to happen. It states in the pk guildlines that you must give warning to people. You can't just simply kill someone for mucking up one time. (yes i did more than one hit) but i was never warned not to or wasn't told to stop therefore the orders above should be denied due to never was talked to about breaking that rule. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

A. This screenshot is definitely Diverge Networks talk. B. @Byte can explain it better but you're not supposed to make a faction discord until after it is accepted. When making a faction if you want a discord presence you are supposed to find a faction that will take you in and let you have a section in their discord. NGL this kinda fucked you guys over...

You have to make one for them to join once faction is accepted you used to have to put the link into the application I’m also pretty sure it asks if you have already made the discord,UNLESS I am thinking about the old faction format either way we just talk in there not anything IC when every channel is OOC and nothing is used it is common knowledge the server exists.

what happened to the faction crew shit canadian and pendred asked us about months ago is that still in the works cause that was supposed to be a way to have small time beefs during these luls without fear of an all out war instead it would be small time beefs between crews of other factions

What ai retard maybe read two of the posts and look closely at the sentences formed and compare it to actual ingame logic instead of being a illiterate retard and using a random ass ai checker website.
