The checks aren't meant to be crazy profit or anything to begin with, generally the concept was to allow some early intro to crime for new players. Say you hire a new guy into your criminal faction and don't want him instantly processing your racket drug or buying weapons you task him on Check's first to get a sense for crime, criminality and law enforcement evasion. That's the short and sweet of it.

I believe you had a further conversation with Monaclu, if not you can message him again. This ban has expired.

The PK was administered on January 16th of this year, meaning it is past the one week rule that is stated on the appeals page. That being said, I was able to view the PK log and see the clip; in the clip you and another individual are being talked to by a Detective who then draws his tazer and commands you to stay still as he attempts to arrest you both. Instead of complying both of you draw melee weapons and attack the officer who is nearly killed, another Officer close by open fires and kills you both. This satisfies the rule regarding starting violent confrontations with police and being killed. Even if you appealed this PK within the proper time frame it would still be deemed valid. Dude why doesn't the small faction automatically win the competition and get the best racket what the hell? What do you think a reset accomplishes in that scenario? The larger faction works and re-acquires their wealth quicker and then beats the smaller faction...again... You note supreme team as a smaller faction that 'struggles' yet fail to realize they actually did well during the last comp and... promoted. Critical thinking.

The last time you were permanently banned it was for Mass RDM + 3 ban evasion attempts. In your appeal you claimed to want to actually RP and not act like a child, that appeal was accepted and afterwards you ended up being banned 5 more times for an assortment of RDMs and even a Ddos threat, you then attempted to ban evade (again). You were already given your second chance (and 4 more after that frankly) so in this instance your word doesn't really mean much.
