DNA is basically useless except when it makes an entire case and people make support tickets to try and get the DNA taken off them to be deleted/voided because surely the collection of it was invalid. There is a chance of the attacker's blood being dropped during a pk but most people just ignore blood (unless that bit of the script is broken, but its not been reported, probably because no one collects blood) Body part matching? Could do.

Negative incentive for pk reasons or encourages pk targeting. Administrative issues / annoyance if a pk appeal is reversed or accepted, retaining or returning items etc. Creates more issues than it solves and doesn't really add much to the server as a feature, no point.
