Chalk outlines disappear after map change. The idea of using government characters to clean up crime scenes will simply be abused to metagame / powergame. Having an alternate character you can use to clean up a crime scene you or your faction caused. I periodically go around and clean up left over blood stains, but they need to have been there for a bit.

I handled a similar ticket regarding this earlier. A faction was attempting to roleplay run their business next door and have a meeting in their backroom. A cassette player was placed intentionally against the corner wall of your property to maximize audio overlap and placed on the loudest possible setting with the direct intention of annoying them and disrupting their roleplay while you were outside their shop looking in. Considering that your property was empty of any person or placed dupe I deduced that there was no active or valid roleplay occurring that warranted the music continuing at that volume and deleted the cassette player. If you are intentionally engaging with an aspect of the server in bad faith to negatively impact someone's gameplay for no reason that is considered minging / NITRP, you are not providing any roleplay benefit and the sole purpose of your actions are to annoy another group of players, regardless if you claim that it is for valid RP reasons. In these instance staff members have told you to stop and when that happens you must abide by their demands I understand you may have been under the assumption this was acceptable from Dong but he simply gave you $1,000 to comp you for losing $100 when he deleted your hifi which he assumed was the issue you had with it, though he should have informed you that intentionally using music boxes to annoy or disrupt players is not permitted and can be viewed as NITRP. While I believe that Sexaphone was justified in his ban, though the length could have been shorter, In this instance I will remove the ban as it's reasonable to believe you were given incorrect information by a staff member, but going forward do not misuse music players to disrupt other players roleplay and if a staff member instructs you to stop doing something, even if another told you it's ok, comply until you can get the opinion of a staff member with a higher rank. Will mitigate this issue from a mechanical perspective in the future to prevent it from being a further issue.

If I recall correctly, Mass RDM'ed, disconnected in the sit, basically didn't care, then posted a video of the Mass RDM bragging about it in one of the discords, so the clear lack of remorse / intentional MRDM led to a perma. What's different?
