I do agree that the situation was chaotic and hard to hear, as well as the possibility the other individual fired first, but seeing as the officer's mic is not included in the clip (the clip used to pk you) there's no way to hear full context. It's not something I would just leave on 24/7 it has caused some messy situations, but as for future events, or conflicts. Easily can be re purposed and used. Alongside other coming systems for more fun stuff. We've learned a lot so far.

Pretty simple, you assisted in an item transfer when the individual moved items/guns from one distinct Character to his other, using you as the middle man. Generally the middle man receives a lesser punishment than the person actually benefitting from the transfer.

Staff can administrate a PK as a punishment if the rulebreak meets the requirement, such as a mass mugging character, minge character, throwaway character, item transfer, dying during a failmug etc. It's generally left to the discretion of the handling administrator, however in this instance I agree with your assessment; so I will accept this appeal on the basis that you did not die while committing this mugging nor are you a mugging character or alt character. I will not be reversing the PK of any alt characters who were pk'ed alongside you. I will be applying a ban as part of the punishment for fail mug. I will amend the mugging rules to better reflect staff purview for punishment. Because of the incident we were able to identify the bug with the restraints turning into cuffs and will be fixing it soon. It means once banned you attempted to join the server on a different steam account and the system caught it.
