You were a very recent " former staff btw". You should've known better, you've been given so many chances and you never grabbed the chances whenever you were given a chance. Most of the people wanted you gone, but Pendred gave you chances and you kept lying that this shit would not happen again, You gave us your word and didn't follow up your promises. Right away after you got removed from the staff team you already received a ban and notes,whenever I saw you on you were just RDM baiting and breaking other types of rules, with the icing on the cake you doxxing someone. The worst part is that you got doxxed yourself and you know how that feels and how that is. Why did you do this to another person in this community whilst you're clearly aware of how fucked up it could be! Whilst I have to admit, you were contributing some good quality RP. You both gained acces to the PD by abusing the sit function in order to bait a situation aswell, whenever the cop tried to taze one of you when you stood up, they immediately sat down, very cop baity. When you both realised he switched to his staff character you guys fled and abused out of PD like how you got in, logs provide enough evidence that you guys have tried to get in pd by abusing the sit function, not just that, you have 3 days of playtime and already received 2 bans. I suggest you to start taking this serious and please try not to disrupt others and their RP. I understand you two were just trying to have fun, but there are clearly no 'off hours' that grants you to break rules. 3 days is more than justified to me. Sorry for the late reply, Whilst you paid this random person to kill someone, you did not have a valid reason to do so, Even that you do not have control over the fact what this user is going to do and such. I do not think you should've encouraged a person to perform a hit without valid reason. I have to agree the user who rdmmed should and will be punished, but to me this punishment is more than fair due to your prior punishments. Hello, I restricted your character due to you having a prior note for making a character and the first thing you did before was mug and I explained to you not to do it over discord. I have zero intend and I was not on your ass at all, I was overseeing a PK from Cassanos which they had on your character they killed, I wanted to be sure both parties were not metagaming or anything that would've voided your PK. I continued to help others by doing my staff duties. I scrolled through the logs and the first thing I saw was your newest character received a gun from your friend who also helped you escape these hitmen from Cassano on your previous character. (Which obviously you do not know this user, you're a whiteshirt, you do not have any knowledge of this man at all on this character) I load some querys within logs and do not see any IC communication or cash transfer for this mac-11. Which raised my concern, the first thing I did was teleport to you and I see you point your weapon on a man in the sewers with 2 dudes, one of them the friend who gave you a the gun and helped you escape those hitman from cassano previously. You received the Mac-11 within 3 minutes of creating this character. I can understand you feel like im targeting you due to the previous encounter which I already apologised to you and towards the team for making a mistake for that ban. I have no bias against anyone, I always give my 100% in order to get these outcomes a best as I can. I made a mistake which I take full accountability for, however if you still disagree with the way how I handle things, or still have the impression I do not treat you fairly you can file in a staff report here.

You "attacked the wrong person" and then attempted to rdm the guy with the hammer and got you killed, even if there was a clip to prove it was not rdm due to some what reason, you still broke NLR and you returned to the scene with your bike within 2 minutes to intentionally run them over and you were laughing about it! Don't think you should be unbanned and consider yourself lucky that it was only a 3d ban you received 3 notes in a span of 5 days. Hello Banning Admin here, I Banned you because of a clip provided here click this on this clip whilst it clearly seemed like your buddy was blocking him and you were punching the vehicle constanlty trying to bait out a reaction. Before he ran you and some others over (he also got pushed a bit by the purple vehicle), then you steal his vehicle and drive off a bit and get out again. You punch him and then try to tell the cop he is chasing you after you punched him. To me this looks very mingey, He got his pistol and tried to shoot the guy with the purple vehicle and got killed, To me this whole situation could have been avoided, if this user is breaking the rules please do not fight fire with fire, I checked damage logs and I couldnt find any log of him starting the situation and since you did not have a clip nor your buddy it's very difficult to side with a story that cannot be backed up yk? I originally banned you for only 5 days for the RDM and the LTAP but your ban got extended due to one previous metagame PO, this is the clip what got your ban extended here obviously you are firstly breaking character by trying to mention someone icly with a discord name which is petty to punish for but it's still breaking rp, this user tries to walk away after you say 'get the fuck out of here' whilst you were literally following him and punching around him, you mention the discord name a few times and then whilst he is typing you punch him for no reason, he radios in that you're being a problem and you read out his name which you obviously do not have.

I was the one who orginally permanently banned which got your ban lifed since you dmmed Yummeko on discord about starting a new faction and it got rightfully overruled by BoomRoasted cause it was more a discussion than a advertisement therefore i apologised towards you aswell, but not even a moment later you messaged an individual whose privacy will remain blurred and you did try to poach them to a different community cause you asked them to join your faction, because this user is still affiliated with diverge it led to your permanent ban.

I do not think it's time yet for you due to some incidents happening like notes in the psst which you clearly ignored if staff tried to correct your behaviour. (For example you threw a whole tantrum just because you kept playing as "Rizano" lastname whenever we changed it) You'd be saying ight and straight up give the middle finger to us. Hello, I was the one who set you active for the reason "Becoming a burden and leaving after taking our oath" I couldn't confirm in logs that you ever left the faction however you were still on their whitelist when I wanted to set you active. When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being PK'ed as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. See below. I was given the proof of Orders with time and date, and the person who ordered your death was authorized to do so. to add i was not aware of all the other stuff provided so i'll let the seniors+ handle that.

You had 11 bans within 5 months, they were all related to either NITRP, LTARP, Mugging Character and RDM / VDM. Hello, It's good to hear that you're taking your responsibility from the actions that lead to this ban, but to me it shows you have not learned a single bit from your other previous Past Offenses. The situation is baity to me, you ask someone you don't know icly for an unrealistic and absurd amount of cash ($17,000). They tell you to go away and you attack them because they're asking you to go away because they do not want to give you the cash, you would've probably done the same. Anyways, you run away after attacking and spam your crouch button and apologise for to the ticket maker and he goes inside to heal himself and you just start a new confrontation by giving him the final blow with a shovel for something that you fled for yourself. I understand you're trying to have some fun but do not do this by ruining other players roleplay. Just because the outcome "didnt get affected" doesnt give you the right to do it at the first place. You're in a roleplaying scenario, you can clearly see the cop chasing you because he wants to arrest you. There is something that happend before the clip that made the cop believe you're a suspect of something thats against the law. The intend is there to hinder the police in a unfair way by spawning in a prop and just because it is late at night doesnt mean you can disrupt others and their RP because you feel like '"oh its late at night lemme just minge" you had a prior note given by adam for propflying.
