You only have a total playtime of 8 days and 5 hours, with that you received 15 other bans apart from this current one, all related to NITRP. Simply to me, if you are under the influence your actions still have consequences, I believe you need to face them and get serious about this. Hello Gent, As shown on the clip provided by Smeckles, you can see the situation between your friend and the clip maker being over, the friend aimed a pistol at first, which the clip maker retaliated by aiming back and he realised it was probably an accident, hence why he did not retaliate to this active threat after he holstered his pistol, you asked if he pointed a gun to your friend and them blicked them down. The clip maker was no longer an active threat towards your friend, I think this was just an excuse for you so you could kill him. You're well aware with the rules and you have previous RDM PO's. Hello I was the admin who PK'd you since you showed absolute no regard of your life whatsoever when you were placed under FearRP. clip here. I did some further investigation after I thought this was a targeted mugging and the evidence showed this wasn't a 'targeted mug.' additionaly, during the investigation I specifically told you not to go back to the people in Little Israel, and the first thing you do after you were returned is steal another clothing item, which is not against the rules specifically that you cannot steal items, however it clearly showed you were just there to minge and ruin others from their RP. Hence why you were more killed for Staff Punishment than being killed under FearRP, Since you technically cannot be Permanently Killed for 'not putting your hands up'

After reviewing the provided evidence and checking the logs, Just because you're growing 'plenty' of weed or order 'plenty' of oil barrels doesn't immediately place you as a legitimate character, especially that you admitted you were also mugging for an income. There is no 'daily mug limit or any weekly limit' to not be considered a mugging character. Asking for this makes things more suspicious than it already is, I'm not saying that you asked around; but anyone could basically grind up to a few thousands or even beg for some money so they can acquire a weapon so they can mug for expensive suits. I've checked some clips from the victims and you were waiting somewhere near a shipment spawnpoint by accident could be understandable, but waiting at multiple occasions for people to walk around the corner you are camping at, because they are collecting their shipment, even if you wait a minute after they collected their shipment, still makes it camping. (I.E. If you enter the ghetto and see someone put them under fearrp without knowing they had a shipment there it isn't camping, but since you were waiting around the shipment boxes third person peeking aswell, which is also against the rules) I also want to specify whenever you mug someone do not spam chat with your x amount of warnings, give people the time to comply after your first demand of 'DO NOT MOVE' instead of spamming it 3 times before killing them, especially since you do not use the mic, give people the time to react. Putting someone under FearRP is a serious matter, as it can put both their and your own character at risk of being Permanently Killed. Since you show no regard for your characters life at all, Jennay banned you and to be fair normally the character would be permanently killed automatically aswell depending on the severity. You mugged 10 players in a span of 6 days, all of whom were on your secondary character. 0 mug attempts on your main. Consider yourself lucky ngl, I would've pk'd your character aswell
