Hi! I was the one who originally gathered the evidence and was one who send it to adam who banned you. (I think) You were intentionally transferring items over to your other characters with storage lockers and you didnt do it by a bit. You transferred over 7 suits and kept doing this with full intent. Don't forget that you sold bought a spaced suit with character 1 and then switched to your second character and took it on there. Currently I do not believe you are sorry because were caught. Hello Lion, Firstly If you would be sorry, why would you use AI to write your apology? I can tell you clearly didn't care at all. You both were moving around near the casino waiting to strike on this dude. You both didnt use any form of IC communication at all. You were using the Altoviti VC to communicate, even whilst streaming it, funny thing is we clearly have in our discord that every thing has to be done IC. Which you both clearly didn't do, at recruitment we make it clear to familiarize yourself with the diverge rules and use the proper IC communications. There is a video of you both sharing your screen over 30 minutes and getting eachothers wereabouts. According to the banning administrator you put 3 people under FearRP which made them feel like you two were mugging characters. In the span of the character being created until your character pk you have put 3 people under FearRP with the intent to mug, not risking your main character which is against the rules. If you are on Google Chrome you can even use CTRL + F9 to find specific rules. - You may not have a character for the express purpose of mugging/raiding as a means to avoid consequences on your main character. This doesn't mean just because you purchased a weapon or ordered a few oil shipments or someone gave you cash that you're considered a legitmate character. You was participating in their illegal business which made it valid to set you active + You left their family at the 24th of March which isnt within the two week range. Realistically cops are always at least two steps ahead with everyhing no fairplay needed. Thats the risk you take as a criminal (shit should stay as is like canadian said would ruin the cop faction)

Hello, Like James already said this is powergame and it looks very fishy with your Gambino character. You're trying to force a certain outcome from the rp which is clearly against the rules. Fake 911 calls could lead up to a felony or even worse people losing their character. If you go to the rule tab on our forums and click server rules, under general rules at General Rule 8: Do not bait Police to shoot/arrest you. Do not make 911 bait calls and powergame rule 1: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, I believe this ban is justified and one day is good enough for you to reflect on the action and to check out the powergame / cop baiting rules. Hello, Random Death Match as you clearly know with your time being on diverge means: Killing Players without valid reason. As you're aware yourself aswell is that the server doesnt have a "get out of jail free card" (otherwise known as off hours) by "allowing" you to break a rule without getting punished. In the clip provided, you walk up, shoot her in the head and laugh about the whole scenario and then leave the server. 7 Days is very lenient for someone like you who keeps trying to loophole by trying to break certain rules and ruin other players their RP. True! You get the RP from the actual drugdeals, crewdeals and such, the risk of being caught. I would see the whole server sit there AFK printing their money in properties and have no RP interactions and most of the things get less of a risk, just like how people play on DarkRP. Would definetly kill the server.

Hello, whilst Bullets is the originally banning administrator here, however I was the one who extended it. I double checked some logs and I found a whole item transfer operation between you and some of your buddies, thats why I extended it to a month. I previously warned you and your friend Rizo verbally because you both had an incident that was very close of being considered item transfer and made you clear that it's very serious which you and Rizo even agreed upon you would never do this. You clearly did not take my advice and willingly participated with some others to transfer items over to other characters by abusing bank accounts. Just because you spend some money on a suit or on the server doesnt give you immunity to break the rules without getting punished for it.
