Back when I was first starting the server out we had to do /mes for cutting bodies up... but how did we dispose of them? We had this cool little prop called the trash bag. I think it would be cool if we could stuff body parts or a corpse inside a garbage bag sorta like the body bag. NO CONS AT ALL, I MISS DUMPING BAGS IN AT THE DOCKS

Fun RP heavy way to let people park their cars for longer WITHOUT destroying the server with lag :D TLDR: Parking meter system like the one NYC has IRL you get a pass, use it on your car, it takes more time to despawn I saw someone suggest to remove car despawn timers, but as someone who remembers when cars had to ocasionally be disabled entirely due to lag, I disagree with this, but's still annoying to have your car despawn every 2 minutes, especially if you're someone who likes to sit around and do stuff. But since I've been to NYC I thought of these old ticket systems (Model from GTA Vice City) basically the idea is these would be on the map, you'd go up to one and use money to buy a ticket, then use that on your car (like a vehicle repair kit) and it would take more time to despawn. Pros: Fixes the annoying parts of car despawning Adds a cool RP feature that isn't too obtrusive "Let me put some money on the meter" is something I've heard a lot in NYC If done properly shouldn't horribly increase server lag, but provide a great deal of convenience for players and give them something to spend money on Something new for NYC workers to fix? I don't think that matters too much Cons: Dev time, especially if you wanted to make it in a way that incentives keeping server lag down by making tickets more expensive when the playercount/car count is high or something like that, it's not too bad, i went on a journey looking for this model and for pictures of the actual tickets so at the very least that part is done. I tried to see if parking meters already existed on the map but it's protected by some program and made noises at me, so if they do this idea could just use them. You'd probably need to make a menu, just with the time you want to buy on the meter, with more money for more time. Potential to cause server lag by cars just sitting around, this could be offset easily, either disable meters when there's a lot of cars, or make them much more expensive. Disabling them sounds much easier, I should have thought of that from the beginning I could say so much more about this idea but the inside of my head is getting away from me a bit, i want to talk about dynamic pricing or the specific font on the tickets, or the specifics of how different times would be priced to discourage people from leaving cars around forever, or how they would be placed around the map but I am going to post the suggestion now and people will think about it and tell me what they think about it and that will be great. Real parking meter pass/ticket (it's confusing because the penalty for not having one is also called a ticket) this could be a MODEL/SPRITE :D :D :D :D :D

While you were still on the WL, you personally approached our Don and, in front of our clothing store and everybody else, repeatedly used the term "Supreme Team" while making disrespectful remarks and actions. As if that wasn't enough, the random people you were getting into fights and causing problems with on the streets turned out to be our allies, and they came to us with complaints about you. When the order was issued, you hadn't even left the family yet. We were later told you had become active again, and when we checked, not only had you quit the job, you had already started working for the Jewishs. I've already provided all the necessary evidence and explanations to the admin who approved the PK. If UA requests it and reaches out to me, I'll gladly provide the same evidence to them as well. Long story short, you didn't get PK'd because you left the family. You got PK'd because you're a complete retard who kept making one stupid decision after another.

I miss the roleplay opportunities in Diverge, specifically, I miss roleplaying as a lawyer. As stated, they can lie to you. The trust wasn't there. They saw you playing when you were 'retired' and you tried to use that as a shield, unfortunately it is insufficient. You were playing again on the character, you needed to make arrangements with the organized crime family you were in. 'Retirement' in the mafia can mean a lot of things. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

My initial reply was a generic one but this is a necessary change. Luudes were out of production and old stocks were running dry by the early 90s. The drug should be replaced with MDMA or something similar. Maybe another prescription medication like Percocet or Oxies if those weren’t already a custom item. Ecstasy just makes the most sense. Use the old Flinstones Vitamins graphic in its place or even just keep the Q bottle and pretend it’s a batch of pure MDMA. The sky is the limit. Maybe the generic Q bottle as the whole product and it breaks down into the little baggies of pills for distribution. Makes sense to me. Former drug dealer unc burnout here to tell you that I lived thru the 90s and this makes way too much sense to ignore.

Right now, staff often need to PM players with messages like /pm "You're no longer PK Active." /pm "You're PK Active for 15 minutes as you're involved in a PK." /pm "Blah blah blah, staff stuff, blah blah blah." We already have the /it command, which can make roleplay experiences much more memorable when used correctly. /it The wind brushes past your hair. You're awfully close to the edge. /it One more step and all your problems would be over. /it You feel your heartbeat begin to slow as the adrenaline leaves your system. The only issue with /it is that it affects everyone within a certain radius, which means it can't be used for sensitive information that should only be seen by one person. If possible we could have something like a PM and a /it Without the Staff name attached, even if it's a command locked to a Certain rank i think it'd just be better overall for RP situations /pit STEAMID "Example, Example" It would work exactly like /it, but the message would only be visible to a single player via SteamID. For example You’ve just made a PK ticket and sent your proof to staff, I Think personally it'd be more immersive with the /Pit involvement instead of us using /pm and breaking immersion [Yugi PM]: The dude is active. *You feel your heartbeat quicken in your chest. Whatever you're about to do may be the last moment of your life or theirs. I would like to point out that I keep hearing that he received the position of Lt for being “My little Brother” and honestly a lot of you are looking from the inside of your glass house with no context to what he actually had to do to get the position. He didn’t go from cadet to Lt in one month. He actually had to climb the ranks and main PD for 5 months and earn his way to the position. Ik how easy it is to look from the outside and not ask any questions and assume things. But the kid worked hard, Did administrative work, did training, Hired new people, assisted anyone one he could and way he could. It just seems unfair to discredit all the work he’s done to get to the position he is in currently and now like the other LTs has to work to maintain the position.

I know this is bitter and salty but I made a new character, and I didn't really care what happened to him at first but later I came to regret that because I actually had fun doing RP as a crazy homeless type guy, I did some RP washing tables for the first time, took a free 10k to wash tables at a restaurant, I asked "What do I gotta do" they say "You work in restaurants and get oil shipments" I say "oh is there anything illegal about this" they say "no of course not" I ask "Do i get killed if I do a bad job?" they say no of course not, and it's frustrating because I know it's realistic for gangsters to lie to you, but also It's unrealistic for murder as enforcement to extend all the way down to people who haven't even been threatened at all and are theoretically supposed to be oblivious to the fact they're working for organized crime, it's a tad unusual too because any old idiot off the street can accept these offers then get killed for accepting them which seems exploitable, It would be cooler if they framed it as a loan or something all mafia like instead of being as non mafia as possible up until the point they kill you, which I mean maybe that's realistic, but a popup with a warning like " Hey kid you're joining a criminal faction, High Risk High reward, but Don't piss off the don" it's extra annoying because I used to work for Grants Oil company, and I thought that was legal and above board faction where you just bought oil, then I get PK'd instead of fired, when It should be obvious to someone they're working at a criminal establishment where they kill you instead of fire you, or at least something they only do when someone becomes aware of their criminal activities.
