Kinahan paid them to kill you for your actions, now I actually was there the night you described in your appeal and you did in fact attempt to press the Altoviti's. I was told to do a ban appeal by the staff member during the sit, so here it is. To the banning admin I wish to clarify that I do not know ICy or OOCly who was playing on the other character that was mentioned by the person who made a ticket during the sit, nor was I aware that they had trouble with someone else while I was interacting with them. Only thing different is that in one clip my character is wearing a gestapo and in the other my character is wearing a worker uniform, Staff can go check in my first bank account of that character, the gestapo is in there and my character is wearing the uniform. They are also free to search all the others character and their banks. This character is the only one where I have a gestapo, a hard hat and a worker uniform. You will notice in both instance that the character is wearing a hard had and large sunglasses and has hair sticking from the front of the yellow hard hat. The staff member also mentioned that i have 5 characters but I fail to see how it is relevant as I only interacted with these guys with one. VDMing: Please find any instance where I have sent someone to the hospital today. If i sent someone between 12:30-3:30 pm Est that was not the intention, accidents do happen. I would be very surprise if I sent more than one person there, than again I am very sorry and I will take the L if something unfortunate like this happened. But I don’t even recall an instance where I even knocked someone unconscious. Considering I used a bike and that a bike has a small hit box, it is possible but unlikely to hit people walking in the street. LTAP: Is used almost exclusively when you are brought to a staff sit or you are being arrested and you leave. I did none of those. I was neither arrested and I did not leave a staff sit. I did close the game at one point thinking my game was bugged, but I was back as quick as possible within about 5 minutes. I think it is normal to close a game once during a 3 hour playing session. So I dint LTAP a staff sit or an arrest as far as i was aware and I was back on the server within an appropriate amount of time. I did mention that i closed my game around 5-15 minutes before the sitdown to the staff member during the staff sitdown and they seem to have interpreted that as me LTAPing. NITRP: Staff can check my text logs, at one point I go and attempt to apologize for hitting their car. The other party radioed a text to someone saying i came over to appologized. I waited for a little bit, some people came over and the interaction pretty much stopped there. You will notice this is before the sit. After I apologize I stopped to the best of my ability to interact with them and stop the roleplay as the roleplay was not really great and they did not seem to enjoy it. I was brought to the staff sitdown after the whole interaction was over. Powergaming: Forcing Unfair Actions: I have not essentially declared myself the winner of the scenario without allowing the other player to resist, run, or counter or used abusive /me that does gives not an opportunity for the other party to take action. Physical and Lore Impossibility: I did not role-playing that my character has attributes, knowledge, or physical capabilities that they realistically shouldn’t have within the server's setting. 3. Abusing Animation Locks and Script Limitations : Taking advantage of the actual game engine's limitations or custom scripts to trap another player in a situation where they are physically unable to fight back due to the game's code, rather than the roleplay scenario. For example, I did not pick up anyone that was knocked over and prevented him from playing and/or killing him. What does this suggestion suggest? : - The time it takes for vehicles to despawn and return to the garage is currently 2 minutes (from what i've timed. if there are other factors in play it is likely not accounting them.) I believe that the timer should be either uped to the higher ends (15+ minutes before despawn) OR removed entirely. At least 2 Possible positives of this suggestion : More LARP, YAY! (Will be explained below) QoL update! At least 2 negaitives of this suggestion : Dev time Could cause lag if theres too many vehicles at a given time. (Will explain more below as well) Overall summary : I've noticed a lot that people in the midst of talking to someone or eating at a resturant just trying to RP, have to literally leave and stop what their doing every so often to go unlock, enter, and relock their vehicle to stop it from despawning. I understand its likely done to prevent lag / build ups of vehicles. But I do believe it is wayy to short of a timer. PD have this issue as they can't end up arresting someone without having to WALK them back half the time. Or people like me who just enjoy parking and eating at places / interacting with those in groups around the map for my car to despawn infront of me several times. I think if it can at least be expieremented with higher despawn times to kinda test performance to see how it'll go overall it'd be a great thing for everyone Apologizes if this has been something denied before / not following a format if there was one already. Piggybacking off of @SuleG2's suggestion about car despawn times, I wanted to bring up something i've suggested before, but only in a comment. What i'm suggesting is being able to add car spawning pads at a valid place in or close to your property that could be used as "temporary parking" for your business or your employees. The spawning pads can also come in the form of parking meters that can be added to appropriate spots of your business or around the map(i.e The motel parking lot, jewish deli parking lot, 7-12 etc) That can be used for either a flat fee or a fee based on the time the vehicle is "parked". The way the system could work is as follows; You "deposit" your car at the private spawning pad/parking meter and can only take it out once afterwards. These pads wouldn't be able to just spawn in your vehicle, the vehicle must have been placed there in order for it to be retrieved. Both the spawning pads and the parking meters could be purchased by businesses with IRL money through the server's store, or they could be bought/rented out with in-game money from the government. I belive this Suggestion isn't just for QoL, but it also allows for some RP and works as a business opportunity.

Banning Administrator here, You admitted on clip that you were a player who was banned and tried to hide the identity by 'changing' the pitch of your voice, secondly this 'joseph' that certainly isnt you hasnt been on the server since a long while now and then you came up with the whole i should've lied! It's very easy to 'get a different steam acc' or clear ips or by being on a vpn whilst you were literally recognized by a few players by voice. Well I'm sorry that I did a shitty job for you. How do you handle this?: I'd wait a minute to see if someone else claimed the ticket, if not I would swap over (aslong as im not in something active) and claim and handle the sit. If I was in an active scenario, just ask someone else to claim it before the guy leaves or something. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I'd just passively gather everything that they've been doing, and reach out to someone higher or make a staff report. Along with asking anyone who's been on the receiving side for their input/evidence. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them, accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I'd try and get someone else to handle it first, if it's not possible, and even though I know them, I'm gonna proceed normally. As much as I enjoy my buddies, nobody gets special treatment, twin. Any situation involving someone you know can seem like it's biased from an outside perspective, which is why it's honestly just better to ask someone else to handle the sit. --------------------------------------------------------- Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. Hello Office Worker, After doing some investigation within the logs I've worked to confirm every pinpoint to back up these provided arguements. Firstly, I'm very sorry to hear the handling staff member did not take the time to listen to your side of the story accordingly and if you feel like you are unsatisfied, you could always file in a staff report here I went through the logs to match these reasons that lead up to your ban and have explained below. I also want to add that you are banned on only a total of 7 seconds provided from a clip which is like impossible to judge for me to get the proper context nulling evidence to me. Metagaming no metagamerino, you switched clothing. VDM + NITRP Just because you did not kill or hospitalize a person doesnt mean this is not vdm, it could also mean you are just attempting to intentionally try to hit a group or individual. I could totally understand the bike is out of control but that would've been the problem for the driver, if you can't control a vehicle don't go as fast you know? One clip you grazed a car but its all like very minor. But to me again is very hard to judge since there is little to no context provided by these reporting users. It could've been that they cut out a certain part or just clipped the part where it has happend. It looks like this has only happend on two situations where you grazed the car. LTAP After checking logs there was no point where you tried to avoid roleplay or punishment; Whilst LTAP could be used in a sit or the user leaving after directly breaking a rule with zero intention to rejoin. You immediately reconnected to the server neither was in a scenario at those times, for future reference however try to mention in any diverge ticket or general chat or administrator that you are rejoining if you think you ltapped in a situation. Powergaming There were a few intervals of you switching to a few characters but not alot and they were around 10 ish minutes, It's hard to proof from the given context you were trying to Force certain roleplay or actions. Just because you have multiple characters doesnt directly mean powergame if you are clearly keeping 'the character relations' separate. I got 1 ban for metagame, which I didn't know what that was since I was brand to new to roleplay. No bans after that since I read the rules. What made me and others learn this lesson the hard way and reform? and what is your reasoning for your continuing of breaking the rules despite being a long time player, multiple perma-bans and pardons?
