What ever the fuck they did with the suits has nothing to do with me it doesn’t take rocket scientists to see that… also these guys played 8 months ago my guy i dont know them anymore they have barely been in our faction active they been minging on alts fucking with people and u involved me in their bullshit i dont break rules. they came to me like any night and showed me suits if i liked it i offered and bought it. they broke the rules coming on muliple chars selling me suits not me u banned me for no reason also i litterally showed ua all my discord msgs with them i havent talked to them in months since they played back then 8 months ago thats when i msged them lol u making it like this was some big plan i literally just gave em money for each suit they walked up to me randomly like any normal day

if I were staff, I would probably 1: Abuse my position until the power is taken away from me permanently 2: only use staff chat/vc to talk to my king pendred!! 3: give the guy who raped me in jail cells a good raping! All of these options I would do, would be thrown to a generator or wheel of faith if I ever get accepted into being staff or something. What is your motivation/reason for applying? I've been on the server for almost 2 years now. With summer coming up, I probably be spending most of my free time on Diverge. I always been curious about how things work behind the scenes, and I think becoming a staff member would be a great way to help the community. I've been part of this server for a while now and wanted to be part of the community in a different way whics is like a non-faction role. I finally hit the point where I don’t need to grind for cash all the time anymore at all, and I realized I can actually enjoy the RP. I have a lot of free time now instead of just grinding drugs/oils all day, and I wanna try becoming a staff member and try some new stuff along the way. Why should you be considered over other candidates? I think there are two main reasons that make me different from other candidates. First is the amount of time I can spend playing on the server. I usually play on Diverge for over 50 hours a week, so being active and handling tickets would not be a problem for me. Second thing is my timezone. There are times when staff might not be as available, especially very late or very early. Those dead hours are normal for me, so I believe I can help when support is needed the most. Do you have any previous staffing experience? Yes, I do. Back in 2017–2018, I had staff experience on Turkish DarkRP servers. I was a Helper on MoonRP and later an Admin on NarkozRP. Of course, compared to Diverge, those servers were much smaller and less serious, but they still gave me experience in dealing with players and handling staff situations. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why? Yes. To be honest, when I first joined Diverge, I did not fully understand how serious the server and its rules were. I acted immaturely at times, and because of that, I got banned more than once. Looking back at it now, I know I made mistakes. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far? Without any doubt, the racket wars of ’89 and ’90 were some of my best moments on Diverge. Besides that, becoming a made man under Le Mob French and even simple moments like playing golf with Governor Winston Yu were some of my favorite memories on the server. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names. No. I didn’t want to bother any staff members or ask anyone for recommendations for my application. Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this? If Im off-duty, I would handle it like any other normal player will do and create a ticket. I would not involve myself at all, other than that ill provide any evidence if i have any. The only exception would be if there were no other staff members online, and the person was seriously disrupting the roleplay, such as mass RDM. In that kinda situation, I would step in and try to handle it until other staff become online. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too obvious. What do you do? First, if the situation is not too serious, I would talk to the staff member privately and warn them about what I noticed. If they ignore it or continue doing the same thing, I would report the situation to a UA member and provide any evidence if i have. A friend or faction member has a ticket against them for RDM or minging. You know they normally don’t act like this. How do you handle it? Does it create bias? I always keep a clear line between friendships and business. If one of my friends or someone I know is breaking the rules, our friendship would not change how I act or how i handle the situation. I would deal with it fairly, based only on the evidence and what actually happened. If they were clearly in the wrong, I would take the correct decision and also talk to them afterward if its needed.

I banned you for continuously running your vehicle into a crowd of people attempting to kill them. Thanks to the system put in place if you're going too fast it doesn't rag doll anybody, but your intentions still stand even "if it didn't kill anybody". I have seen you on the server being a minge later in the nights expecting to get away with it. I think the ban should stand and stay 2 weeks to keep you off the server. Refer to the server rules to prevent this from happening again.

Was asked to drop an in-depth review on this one. +1 with consideration Pro - Good play time - Enjoyed the layout of the backstory and enjoyed reading the backstory. - Well written and easy to understand. - I like the diversity Con - I found your actual forum post a bit hard to read because it's a solid wall of text, I think if you either broke it down or moved it into a G doc it would be easier to read. - You repeat yourself a bit too much talking about the organization of the faction rather than giving us actual unique RP ideas. - This is a soft con, your whole faction idea revolves around doing PKs as contracts - everybody in a faction wants to do PKs, it's one of the most fun things to do... You need to explain why a faction would go through you guys rather than give it to one of their guys for RP enrichment. Saying 'we're professional killers' isn't enough for me. Advice - I think for fun RP you should do what I call 'demi-kills' essentially giving your lower guys a kill contract and have one of your other guys swap to an alt so they can kill them *safely* with some good RP ops. Will definitely help if there are no actual 'contracts' to keep people entertained. - I think all in all, for me personally I'd need to understand what do you intend to do if nobody wants to hire you for PKs.
