I understand my record is horrible but I do have a genuine fun time while playing this server, between the people, the actual gameplay and the overall roleplay its an all around good server. My actions today were not appropriate or acceptable to do during an event like they were doing that day, I was simply trying to anger them as the Kosher Nostra does not like most of the Italians at little Italy and I wanted to mess around but I crossed a line I should not have crossed of course and I think my ban was reasonable but I am actually sorry for my actions. Why should you be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned due to me actually roleplaying within the server, the only reason I actually was banned for this long was due to my extensive record and I have been doing better recently with me joining the Kosher Nostra and making money and doing good larp. Hello! First, to clarify, you weren’t PKd for being put under Fear RP, you were PKd for dying while PK active. You became active the moment you tried to tie this player up. Now, I see your argument that it was accidental. The “evidence” you provided for this just clearly doesn’t add up. You for one cut out the start of the tying. We can’t see if you did it through the C menu or through your F1 inventory where you have to right click and actually click the appropriate option. Second, you keep yourself still and tying them. And finally, you admit yourself your “plan” was to even bait them into using them first to try and PK them. Which is PK hunting and also frowned upon greatly. You played a stupid game and you won a stupid prize. In the future I recommend you don’t randomly try and tie people up or PK hunt to begin with. Helps with avoiding losing your character. Stealing an item then instantly disconnecting to avoid the resulting consequences / roleplay of that action is inherently LTARP. In this context the ban should have been reduced since a PK was issued on the character with the unfairly stolen item. If you wish to recuperate the character please open a support ticket in the discord to coordinate with a senior admin+ who can unpk you and return the item to the original owner. Hi Pking admin here you were pked due to tying someone up in the middle of city hall causing you to be under fear RP, He then quickly killed you with a hatchet as you provided in your clip. When I went to pull you, I had saw that you disconnected not long after you were killed by him, I waited for you to rejoin in logs, but what I saw at the time was you just disconnecting which resulted in me pking your character.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So there was a player that I’ve had some beef with before. I went up to him pretending to call someone over, and my plan was to drop a restraint near him just to see if he would actually use it on me as part of roleplay. However, I accidentally clicked use instead of drop. He saw it happen and immediately killed me. I didn’t mean to use it at all it was honestly just a misclick. Afterward, I tried to find him again to explain that it was out of roleplay and a mistake, but I couldn’t locate him. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into playing and working in the game, so if this situation could be resolved or looked into, I’d really appreciate it.
