What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I am motivated to provide a better environment for the server. I know there are already many staff members who do this already, but another set of hands to help never hurts. I truly enjoy the nature of the role play on the server, and I want to help preserve it by being able to enforce the rules in a larger capacity. I am also motivated to help guide new players when they have questions, concerns, or issues with the server. I often feel as if newer players are overlooked, and I want to help change that. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe that I should be picked over other applicants because of my ability to stay calm, collected, and unbiased. I am equipped and mature enough to handle situations in a professional manner. I think that I can fairly staff the server and provide help and support to the playerbase. I would say that I built a pretty good reputation within my faction and other allied factions. A lot of other community members are pretty fond of me, and I have made a lot of friends in the community. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: So far, my favorite moment has been the racket war event. The PvP was a ton of fun, and I was really engaged working with my faction. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Clip the incident, and report it to another staff member. If no staff members are available in game, I would make a forum report. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Clip and save all of the evidence, make a staff report, and wait for UA to handle the situation. If the abuse was more severe, I would report it directly to a UA member through a ticket or DMs. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would proceed completely unbiased and would make decisions based on the evidence provided. I would not let the accused player off without a warning / punishment just because they are my friend.

Hello, banning admin here. You were banned for being involved in a mugging, on a character that had no real roleplay outside of trolling/being called "Jack Me Off". You were permanently banned due to the tons of POs you've had, mixed with the lack of meaningful roleplay you've managed to provide. While you do not have prior bans for mugging characters, you should be more than comfortable with the rules as you have had 9 previous bans. The rules that I felt were broken are You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay. If a mugging violates these rules it is deemed a 'fail mug' and the victim is not subject to a PK if killed. Should the mugger be killed during a fail mug they perpetrated the handling Administrator may choose to still PK them as a result. You may not have a minge/non-serious character for 'messing around' You may not have a character for the express purpose of mugging/raiding as a means to avoid consequences on your main character. You had 7 bans in 2025, all but one of them are for RDM alongside rules that should be known by someone that's been playing the server for literal years. It became apparent that you were/are not here to roleplay, but to make the environment around those that are miserable. Hope this helps clear the water, good luck on your appeal.

This dude holiday has been talking about this for a week or so now, along with other recommendations for the penal code and other aspects of legal rp. Not everything is about you.

As our original Business is no longer available, I would like to propose a new plan, We will be sticking to the idea of a fishing related business, and instead setting our sights on Hardware. We will have dupes made for the premises, and will run it as a Fishing Tackle shop, tying back to the original idea of having fishing at the core of the faction. We have the soul intention of sticking to our original plans, and depending on how successful or unsuccessful the faction may be we will open Don Pez at a later date in a new location. I look forward to seeing what will become of this faction and it's roleplay in the future.

Hey it's your local legal nerd who wants you to all get arrested. So, currently in the server we only have fully intrusive searches (by legal standards). These searches require probable cause and the searcher gets to see EVERYTHING you have on you. However, there is a lower level of search called a "Terry Frisk." This is essentially when the cops have reasonable suspicion you have committed a crime and could have a weapon, so they 'pat you down' for any apparent arms. What I am proposing is adding Terry Frisks as a function to bridge that gap. The way I'm picturing it is the same way the breathalyzer and EMS prompts are, where you ask to frisk someone then get a /it in return for "you feel the handle of a weapon" or something like that. It wouldn't detect drugs or anything else, it'd just detect the concealed weapon. At that point, it's up to the officer or whoever is frisking the other person on how they act with the knowledge they are armed. It adds more RP and can also apply to criminals frisking someone else for a weapon during a deal or before they're about to whack them. It wouldn't solely help police and the function could be available for other means. Don't just "-1 because police bad." If you have genuine issues or possible adjustments, feel free. Edit: Maybe have the /it clarify if they feel a melee weapon handle or a gun handle. They could see its a melee weapon and disregard, or notice that the man in front of them is strapped and has the potential to put a 9 in their forehead in less than 2 seconds.
