Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So, rules clearly stated raiding during the event was allllllllll good, right? So, how come when I raid Altoviti, kill the targets, then I take a little cheeky M16 out of their lockers, I get PKd? To my understanding, raiding was all good. Right? No ticket was ever made in game, the issue was taken straight to either DMs with UA, or a UA ticket. Nowhere in the racket event rules did it state that taking items from properties was PK worthy. How does it make sense to enforce a rule that was never clearly stated? I was PKd on the basis of made up, on the spot rules. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Rdm in a sit Length of ban: Perma Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I’ve played the server for years and been apart of the community as a faction leader and have helped build and progress factions throughout my time still to this day a faction I founded is still very much active and a big apart of this server aka sos. Alot of my warnings/ bans are very minor and old and are mainly just rdm from my crashout days. Still from my time of taking a break from this server people still ask for me to come back and request for me to attempt to appeal my ban even tho i brought it upon myself and asked for the perma ban when the ban itself was originally only 2 days Why should you be unbanned? I mainly just needed a break from the server which acting a fool and begging for a perma ban was not the right way of doing it. It made me realize alot of things about myself of how i should act when im on the server and amongst the community. I’ve been around even when the server had people from mobsters paradise and i feel like i can be a better person to people throughout the community to bring better help to new players throughout the server from my experience i can understand not wanting me back in the community because i had a very much hate love relationship with people of the community i wish to attempt to change that and show people even when having a rough upbringing can have a good impact on the community even from being on this server a long time. I had a lot of issues with myself that i have worked on and calmed down as a person and i would love to be able to come back and have a fun time with the community and fix whatever problems and issues with people inside the server as a whole. I Had alot of ongoing problems during my time of being on the server with me losing alot of close friends that i've know for years and it honestly hurt me and caused me to act very stupid during that time. it is no excuse for my actions or behavior but i would hope to show even after all this time of me being on here and all the mistakes i've made that i could make a big change and do better overall as a person on this server. i would expect if somehow my ban appeal would to be approved that i would be held a high example to follow the rules and community guidelines and if i was to make a mistake once. to be immediately perma ban indefinitely which would never come to happen if i was welcome back into this community. I expect some toxicity to come back my way through the comments or from people in the server but i would love to work through the past and put it aside and make some changes with eachother. I use to have a very bad ego during my time but taking a break showed alot of my flaws to myself that i needed to work on and improve and i can hope to show how i've changed and if im not welcome back into the community i fully understand and i appreciate your time for reading and considering my appeal. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Firstly, i didn't know that we couldn't take there stuff, why if it was not allowed why was it not clarified anywhere? if i knew this wasn't allowed i would of never even done any picklocking or anything its so stupid if picklocking peoples doors isn't pkable why is this its so dumb. We went there for our targets and ended up wiping them so we saw there lockers and took some stuff Nowhere in the racket rules or terms was it ever stated that this was pkable i only took 3 pistols like the rule didn't even exist.

Add dip tins that can be bought from certain vendors so we can pack a lip. The dip can be spit and would create a unique opportunity to disrespect your adversaries. I think cigarettes and cigars are great but diversifying the means of tobacco ingestion couldn’t do any harm. Pack a lip or be a pussy.

I am the member of staff who issued the PK. The PK was definitely scuffed which we spoke about, but you were still involved in the raid. Although I do agree that the PK should be overturned because of the way that the situation went down with the third person peaking. Just try not be a silly guy in the future.

+1 even if it was a mugging char (and I don't think it is because this user has spent a lot of time on this char in the city and if they mugged one person on it and that's it then...) perma for a first offense is wild. Not sure what hoovis is referring to but if there's more to this it should be in the ban logs. I look forward to to hearing admin/UA response but this doesn't seem like a valid permaban.

Raiding properties to get your targets is fine, raiding properties to take stuff warrants a PK. This prevents people using the event to attempt to circumvent raiding pks

Add an option to call more than one person at the same time (like a group call) I understand radios exist but this is for more on the go, one time transactions. Radios are used for more long-term communication.
