Hey man, I was the Admin who PKed you! You willingly went into the ghetto room with him, gave him 36k, and then he initiated the mug by putting you under FearRP. You decided to retaliate and pull your Tec-9 out and try and shoot him but failed so he killed you.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was doing a deal with someone and I picked the guy up from the ATM near the car dealership, and he said we could go anywhere for the deal, so I chose the parking lot in the tunnel. before I picked up the guy I told my buddy to watch and follow me to the deal incase I was going to be robbed or something (I didn't have a weapon on me). I waited 2 minutes until he arrived just in case of anything and then me and the guy i picked up hopped out. I gave him 30k and then all of a sudden some guy came out of nowhere. No car, no nothing and then they started to rob me and told me to turn around and get up against the wall, so I did my buddy was in his own parked car. They told him to get out of the car He didn't do it fast enough apparently, so they just shot him without knowing if he was with me or not and then I started to lag and i couldn't move and then my game crashed because of the gun shots and this has been happening to me for a couple of days when gun shots are close to me. I understand it seems like I disconnected to not be robbed, but my game did crash. I would have just did an escalation ticket AFTER they robbed me but the reason i did not return right away was because i was also having internet issues at the time there was a sever thunder storm where i live and my wifi kept turning on and off but i came back 30-40 mins later after my wifi was working. medal wasn't set to startup with my pc so i don't have a clip but This is all fixed now. I'm also willing to give all the items on my char to the person that was robbing me to make this right just to prove my case.

Thank you finally someone reconignized my appeal i think they should take action and unban me this is outrageous

It's the most obvious choice. The arguments made against it were so backwards, claiming it increases metagame threat.

After investigation the character that PKed you was used as primarily a mugging and consequences free character. It was found to have been used as a middle man in racket abuse. The character that PKed you has been PKed as a result and the user has been issued a ban. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

@FiresideCone34Yeah we talked about this. I said I was turning my music down, but have you ever even been mugged out of the blue while you're just on autopilot thinking you're safe as can be? You get super nervous and don't even realize what's actually going on. Imagine you're listening to some music from your physical IRL phone and trying to process what's going on all within what, a couple seconds? Those seconds feel like minutes. I'm pressing physical buttons on my phone and adjusting my headset volume as they're mugging. Visually, I'm confused on what is going on. I'm processing so much in just a few seconds. I get that in their "POV" it looks valid, but think about it in my POV and how I'm feeling. I couldn't even speak because I was so confused and scared. I had three guns on me and three different people talking over each other as I'm adjusting volume. Again as you said, muggers and those getting mugged are equally at risk of getting PKed. However, these characters are designed purely for mugging other players with information gathered from metagaming. What are they risking aside from a character slot they don't grind on?

Hello, while I empathize with the situation and friends have made it clear how much they appreciate and care for your RP. The major issue here, is you didn't inform or contact staff when this happened; you connected an hour and 40 minutes later, deposited your stuff and went on. You didn't make a ticket at such a time either. The clip provided can't definitively say whether you disconnected, as part of client side bug or a user disconnection. To point out, you do move after gunshots and typically logs will show differently for cases of a crash or a timeout. The convenience of crashing at that exact time can't be ignored and you have failed to provide enough evidence for you defense. You state you had a thunderstorm and wifi kept going on and off, implying you should have had wifi at some point or access to the internet, to make a discord ticket or to inform staff in any way; even just when it came back on. Secondly, you state this has been a recurring issue with gunshots. Which means you were aware of the issue, which means you took the risk of playing with the possibility of a crash. ( and the consequence's thereof. ) The area you were mugged is also a red zone or a 'mugged where stand' zone. Meaning you were fair game. I have also investigated the user and it can't be proven they are a mugging character at this time. I can understand the gesture, you'd give back the items they'd have acquired mugging off of you. But you didn't actively attempt to do so, until your character was at jeopardy. Effectively rolling the dice. I don't want to have to use languages to say OOC shit privately near people. My character is not saying or thinking those things. I propose implementing an Out of Character Whisper so we can exchange sensitive information/reminders OOCly to people near us that others cannot overhear and abuse for metagame/abuse. Things like "pager"(Discord) invites are primarily what I'm thinking but there are other examples I can't drum up on the spot. Please consider, my friends. Thank you all for reading.
