As we discussed before in a sit I've restricted you from creating characters due to the fact right after that you got unbanned you were back to the old acts that what got you being banned at the first place. You were minging and in a span of the week you had over 10 characters created and pk'd due to dons orders / the police and at least 6 of them were also involved in either one mugging or multiple muggings. This showed you had no regard of roleplay and that you did not care about your characters lives at any given point. I gave you the ultimatum to not mug until 1st of January 2026 with the character restriction included to boost your motivation to take this serious. Whilst you may have improved I do not think its the right time for you to receive back your character creation flags.

Good Evening, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately I bear bad news as this will be getting denied, and I'll shed some light on why. As per our FearRP rules, the man you attempted to rob in the alleyway was completely within his rights to retaliate freely, as he had a weapon out on safety whilst you attempted to mug him, "If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then FearRP does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R" Given this, the way the player reacted is completely within his rights in gunning you down immediately to avoid any monetary loss, and followed our guidelines and protocols. Even if he didn't have a gun out, he can still pull one out in an attempt to save his belongings, but would then be at risk of getting PK'ed himself. Mugging is very risky and i suggest reading up on the mugging and FearRP rules so you know what you're getting yourself into next time this may occur. As for the package camping, that is a rule we have in play on the server. It is against our rules to sit around near packages in red zones so you can mug people and take the contents after they retrieve the shipment.

My issue with this is pretty simple A: i understand Bikers would "check in" with the already established 1er Bikers ( let's face it SOS aren't exactly 1ers they're just retards on bikes), however to almost immediately become friends. No. Wouldn't happen at all they would want you on their patch really would they? Pking admin here. As i explained last night in the sit, your character was permanently killed because you died during a mugging. You initiated FearRP on someone in the alley next to Golden Dragon. Hey gang, me again, king of the Suggestions (I got banned for 2 weeks) Been a whole lot of Undercovers lately, I think some rules should be added in regards to those silly lil guys. I believe an Undercover officer and or Criminal informant must meet an hourly quota weekly of in game time for information to remain IC. It isn't fair that they can get hired and sit in your Discord forever using random IC channels as info, then leave without you even having a chance to learn they are a UC. (Playing for 6 days, then never getting back on the character) (I was a UC in the past on my Detective character, and I was on every single day playing my part. I just thought it was silly that you can get on once, then not play for a month, only siphoning off a Discord channel.)

It isn’t “I want to be a dick” enforcing people to stay in character is the right thing for the server. There is way too much minging and openly talking oocly. Everyone talks about everyone’s alliances openly, cops shout out faction names and their HC members. Hello banning admin here, The reason I banned you is because you ran over the guy on the sidewalk and basically VDMed him on what seems to be a minge char. I did not experience any lags or such at the time so I'm not sure if it was only you but you've got a few notes there for VDMs, and also some cops were saying that you VDMed them as well (not the reason why you got banned, it was the initial VDM on the sidewalk). I feel like that ban was justified due to your past offenses/bans, and the fact that you're on a minge char VDMing people. My advice, if your appeal gets accepted, is to be more careful and at some point avoid driving if you're lagging 'all day' cause these things happen.

Im not gonna sit here and say that it was not my fault that it happened, i am simply asking for a moment where you put yourself into the shoes of someone who was lagging really bad, im sure you remember when you would lag when you played games and how it affected your ability to play the game and compete with others, i just want a chance to prove it was not intentional because i would not risk a character i spent countless hours grinding on to be PK over something as little as lag

I believe this PK should be reversed due to the fact i had little control over the lag happening to the server or myself and a car accident should not precedent a violent confrontation.
