What is your motivation/reason for applying?: As the server currently stands, the roleplay is in the trashcan. I am applying to be an absolute dick about the rules and RP. As of now people run around abusing cars, talking ooc, minging, etc all facing little to no punishment. As a staff member I am going to be an ass and a minority of people are going to hate my type of enforcement. I was not a very good staff member the first go around as my intentions werent in the right place. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have tons of experience on diverge networks, at this point I believe I have experienced almost every sort of roleplay you can have the server. Beyond the experience I have a good understanding of the rules. I think the server can be a lot better and I will dedicate myself to reaching that goal. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, I was a moderator a while ago also various other gmod servers. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I was banned for a day for NITRP and Mass VDM myself and my friend were running ppl over and putting them in the trunk of our car taking them on joyrides. We did not kill anyone it was just pretty low quality rp. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Yes, id say I'm pretty well liked within the community depending on who you are talking to. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Back when I was a senior associate my Don forced one of our made guys to kill his IC wife for betraying the family. Being involved in that hit was insane the emotions were definitely high and when the job was done the face-off between the guy and the don was crazy. Have any staff members recommended you? A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I try not to take the ticket if I have to take the ticket I will act non bias.

I think this would be fun and also I’d like to help. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have a lot of experience on this server and have been around for a bit now. I also have experience staffing in the past. Since coming back, I’ve come to know the rules quite well to avoid any punishments. I’m also PR trained. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, but my more prominent positions were over a couple years ago and I genuinely don’t remember all the names. I haven’t played many other servers than Diverge after I joined. But they do consist of UA PoliceRP where I was an admin and other PoliceRPs where I was higher up in staff as well. I was also a moderator here 2-3 years back. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes. Four times. Twice for item transfer over 2 years ago. Once for a PD Raid 2 years ago. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I’d say I’m generally known in the community. Most people I come into contact with like me. It depends who you ask I guess. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Back when I initially joined the server and didn’t understand anything, I’d run around with Pistol P while he antagonized people. Good times. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias? It’s probably best just to avoid taking the ticket so there’s no question of bias in the sit. But if I’m the only staff on, I think it’d be appropriate to take the ticket and be unbiased.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to help be a part of the betterment of the server's roleplay through staffing, whether that be helping people with general queries or dealing with rule breakers. Additionally, I am GMT timezone which is often light when it comes to staff, I hope that I would be able to help with this issue providing a staff member at times where there may be few or none. Despite feeling that this was unjust, I acknowledge that I was wrong in saying what I said and have learnt from my mistake. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I don't think I am too well known in all honesty, I believe I am well known within my alliance and with this recognition I believe that I would have a good reputation with those that do know me. I do troll a bit in diverge general which could affect my reputation however I do this with no ill intent but with only humour that some may not get as they are often inside jokes with select members of the community. * What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I enjoyed a lot of the Callaghan Clan roleplay, they offered a decently fresh sense of roleplay, they had a great amount of roleplay that went into each scenario whether it was their bar or their making ceremony however i enjoyed my first hit which took place on the barge. I would provide the staff member the clip and let them deal with it by their judgement. What do you do?: I would clip each instance, gather the evidence and provide it to UA by making a staff report listing each infraction. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. Does it constitute possible bias?: I would attempt to not take the ticket if it was a friend / faction member because I think no matter the verdict, some bias would be accused - my hope would be that another staff takes the ticket however if unable I would take the ticket and proceed with no bias, ensuring that I treat both parties as if they were people I had no connection with.

I was the one who got pulled over by the cops; this wasn't the same guy who was hitting our cars. Or at least I don't think it is. I was also recruiting people at that 14-minute mark and I do believe there was a pretty hefty Lag spike. +1

Good evening, There is quite a few things to go over with this but ultimately it is getting denied and I'll elaborate on every point to clear up any confusion. 1. Suppressors do not make gunshots unable to be heard through buildings, guns are very loud and suppressors do not make them "silent" or unable to be heard, the only mechanic for guns that isn't allowed to be used in RP in terms of sound is the loading sound that plays when you equip more ammo. 2. The cop did in fact hear the gun shot and this was not a personal ploy against you. They were staking you out longer than you had known, and did hear the gunshot from when you murdered the man. There was no underhanded tactics at play, the officer was simply camping out and you missed them. 3. Having a dupe up does not make any noises from your room invalid, you fired a weapon in a very small room, a "barrier" on the window would not dampen this noise nearly enough for people, or in this case the police, from hearing gun shots. In the evidence from the police side provided to me they very clearly see you put up the dupe, and there is no question as to what room the gun fire came from. I understand with a skewed view how you may believe this situation to be powergame, but after getting both sides and reviewing all the evidence there was no abuse of game mechanics to get an upper-hand on you and your associate, rather a lack of awareness led to what happened in this situation. In the future, please be aware that suppressors are not the end all be all in terms of avoiding detainment, and it is still a very loud gun being fired in a very tiny room.

Whoops had the wrong guy in mind. Hello you were pk'd due to leaving the faction, It had not been 2 weeks since you had left the faction, you had left on the 23rd of last month and 2 weeks would've been completed on the 7th of this month. You did have knowledge of the factions doings, drug racket, etc... but unfortunately since you did not meet the 2 week time frame you were eligible for being PK'd. Usually PK's dont really have much interaction player wise since its a hit with a lot of risk for the other party being wacked as well, which is why it was kinda a surprise for you when you died. Sorry for the loss of your character.

Hope you're going to be better at your staffing duties compared to how you peformed the pk with Johnny "Cyclops" D'Amiano but I don't think you're fit for staff at this time imo. You can dm me why if you want to know.

Hello banning admin here, The reason I banned you is because you ran over the guy on the sidewalk and basically VDMed him on what seems to be a minge char. I did not experience any lags or such at the time so I'm not sure if it was only you but you've got a few notes there for VDMs, and also some cops were saying that you VDMed them as well (not the reason why you got banned, it was the initial VDM on the sidewalk). I feel like that ban was justified due to your past offenses/bans, and the fact that you're on a minge char VDMing people. My advice, if your appeal gets accepted, is to be more careful and at some point avoid driving if you're lagging 'all day' cause these things happen.
