-1 TLDR: Keep jmooresy banned cake. Starting diverge I had jmz repeatedly shout abuse at me with no context of the rp of the server, later finding out that this guy was a staff member and was treating me like this in my first steps of the server could've pushed some people away so I'm glad I knew to ignore someone just dribbling hatred for no reason as after this and joining a faction that wasn't just shouting abuse at me. Further more I've had this guy show up to an apt in ghetto, switch to his staff char to see what was happening and then switch back to his main char. (What a lovely second meeting). During the conflict I had repeatedly again received abuse (including telling me to kill myself) from jmz but also from his cronies who were instructed to spout the same hatred that this insecure wee guy had spent months shouting at me. Finally moving on from my own bias and looking at the situation from a wider perspective, this is just me, I've talked to other people with similar experiences, these are the people who have stuck around, how many people has jmooresy bullied off the server before the got a chance to explore it? With the events that took place and in the lead up to the ban jmooresy was known to be a nuisance, but went over the line truly with the doxxing. To upload a ban appeal 6 days later stating to have changed, while hanging around in diverge general in my personal opinion shows a lack of growth and learning and more of a desperate plea and bargaining to try and claw his way back in without fully taking on the consequences of what he has done, without thinking about now others may feel about him being back, especially those who has harassed and ultimately doxxed, minor or not it's a complete arsehole move and I would be disappointed with the higher ups of the server if a ban was lifted so soon for behaviour that is hurting the servers player base at an ooc level. If you're reading to this point jmooresy, I do feel bad for you, I get you've spent a lot of time and money creating friendships and community on the server but I do think you need to reflect on how you make others feel before you open your mouth sometimes, not even as a staff member but as a player too, I have to give it to you recently you were becoming less cuntish but once again you've only got yourself to blame for the events that happened which lead us to your ban.

I've noticed that the statue of Liberty is present in the skybox, very visible, it only stands to reason that we add the Twin Towers to the skybox. This is for the sake of realism, and to add to the immersion of the community. It's important for the environment to reflect real life. Now, if this server lasts another 12 years, we may have problems, but we'll figure that out then.

Hello! Phones are pretty useless once you get out of the stage of doing random street deals, i personally used one again for the first time today after probably over a year and it got me thinking. I have a few ideas that could make phones more usable. 1. A voice mail system. If your phone call doesn't get answered of connected, allow for a short message to be sent. These can be seen by the person your attempting to call when they next log on, giving them your number and your message. 2. Landlines. This ties in with the first idea a little. Allow business to have a landline phone within their property. They will be able to publicly advertise this number to allow for example, reservations of tables as restaurants, placing orders for firearms at gun stores and stock checks at clothing stores. 3. This idea is a little ambitious but a sim system. Allow users to purchase sim cards to get new numbers instead of buying a whole new phone each time. This can be a physical item that can be swapped in and out of phones. This could allow for more in-depth detective role play if a phone was used in the commission of a crime. ( Also, as a little side idea to make phones more realistic, make some sims more expensive to allow more calls, while this may be seen as annoying i think it could make the role play experience a little more fun, E.G, you run out of calls for the day and need to either pay for more or take the risk of attempting to approach either someone you know or someone on the streets. +1 Usually, I'd sit here and say no since it's another Italian faction. However, the Rp on this server can't get any worse than it already is. Hopefully you Rp as actual Italians and don't run around with KFC bucket hats, Slipknot Masks or generally anything else retarded asf. I am the member of staff that oversaw both PKs. The Colombo one & yours. First of all, when I took the Colombo PK, I didn't check the screenshot properly. I glanced over it, saw the PK reason, and logged it. When I logged the PK, I noticed that whoever took the screenshot didn’t include the F3 of the person giving the orders, which is required. I then disabled the PK status of the guy involved in the Colombo hit, pulled one of your guys into a sit to tell him to redo your orders, and he radioed in telling you guys not to do anything. As he did, Acqwon killed the guy who was awaiting orders. I then set the guy active again after receiving a proper screenshot of the orders. You found him at the park and gunned him down instantly, while Detective Martin Riggs was in the area. He then gunned you down right after. Maybe you should consider doing a safer mob hit and not killing people in front of cops in the future. I spoke to UA, who said I was okay to approve the PK on Acqwon.

Hello, In the clip provided, it’s clear that while you may not have been the one to physically lockpick the door, you were actively involved in the raid. Involvement like this opens up the possibly for your character to be permanently killed in the event you die in the raid. And unfortunately for you, that happened to be outcome in this case. In the clip you are shown standing outside the door with a baseball bat, alongside a member of your faction (same person who lockpicked), and even shouted 'go go go' as the shooting began. These actions clearly indicate your participation in the raid.

I will provide the clip below but you were clearly seen with another man attempting to lockpick a room and when the residents of that room opened the door you were there with a weapon in your hands right at the door. Not too sure about glory kills - would be cool but kind of breaks the norm of the game. I do however agree with revamping the fighting mechanics. It would be a huge addition to the underground boxing RP that we see in the city from time to time, and probably make it a more frequent thing.

I do not think it's time yet for you due to some incidents happening like notes in the psst which you clearly ignored if staff tried to correct your behaviour. I was also told that I was lockpicking which wasn't the case, I never damaged anyone or lockpicked any door. I was caught in the crossfire during a raid in an apartment complex that I owned keys to. I would like to see the clip that was used as the basis for my PK. As far as I know, the people that were actually involved in the raid and doing the lockpicking itself were never PK'ed either due to a lack of evidence, so I'm also a little confused on why I was singled out. Honestly, as a staff you fought fellow staff when others disagreed with you. How many chances were you given as staff? What about the fact that this was your 2nd chance? i never intended to mug nor mentioned it. I had literally done it to a few people before and they were completely fine with it as it is just a magic trick. And if your server is gonna have all these unknown rules that will just ruin the fun for people maybe you should make an easier way for people to find them. The fact that the admin messed up the hit in the first place is an issue within itself. For detective Riggs to then break character and ask for a clip in a clearly OOC conversation while standing on top of the body is a clear violation of using OOC terms after a PK. There should be no discussion that this has been broken and Acqwon Matthews should have his PK reversed immediately.
