Hello thank you for your appeal, upon reviewing the situation we would agree that you were mislead in the situation that lead to your death. Due to this the players actions have also been investigated, but I would also advise for you to read the server rules so that means you know situations that could lead to death occur. Hello, thank you for this insight, I have been asking around for clips of this incident, would you happen to have evidence of what took place? As this would benefit for everyone involved, from the current standing allowance evidence points towards metagame taking place as the clip the muggers took you cannot hear the radio going off. At the current point there is no evidence of what you are saying, but lots of evidence to support the claim of metagame. I hope this makes sense, Thank you.

1. Again you keep harping on about retaliation, if I had skin in the situation, you would've seen me in the call which we have the screenshot of. I am not, the first I knew of the situation was when the ticket was made. Again this current ban has nothing to do with the events that transpired a couple days ago. 2. You even quote me myself giving you a heads up on this situation from our DMS, "funny you bring up meta game", I bring this up prior to the other two bans. This investigation was brought to us about a week ago now. 28.09.26 around 10pm BST as I was training a new staff member I requested for a ticket to be made on discord. Again, if you have any concerns on how this ban was generated, can we please make a staff report as this isn't the way to air out such a grievance. Thank you, and again goodluck on your appeal.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. This is in fact about another situation. Firstly I would like to point out that shauningt and Shaniqua are two different elements to the server and when making decisions it is something that I am open about as well. Your ban is intact not a retaliation, for being so long with such an easy dispute would frankly be very silly of me. You also bring up the timing of the bans, again there is no correlation and you are connecting dots that are not there. This ban is regarding an incident in the cells, where you and another player were arrested. The other party begins to start speaking to a police officer in the cells, where only they would be able to hear the conversation, but you begin answering questions in chat like you were hearing them perfectly. Furthering this incident you show up on your judge character moments later with another incident telling another party about how you're on a call with some guys. The length of your ban comes with this being a third infraction of metagame. Thank you for reaching out and good luck with your appeal.

Hello Kriter, You were banned for metagame involving a situation with someone within your faction yesterday. After investigating and being presented with evidence we found that metagame had taken place after you and the other party were seen within a VC with each other unmuted while the situation was taking place. The resulting knowledge lead to a further situation, which would of not have happened, if the information presented to us was not metagamed. Hello, Thank you for submitting your PK appeal, and we appreciate your patience while the situation was reviewed. After carefully reviewing your appeal, along with the evidence and context provided, we agree that the orders in question were written as a result of information relating to an account being flagged on Discord, as presented in the DMs. This information was external to the in-character situation and, as such, should not have been used to influence or determine actions taking place within the IC environment. Having reviewed the circumstances, we believe that these orders were made in retaliation to the Discord account being flagged, rather than being based solely on information that was available and established in-character. This means that OOC information was brought into an IC situation and subsequently used to justify actions against the character. As a result, we have determined that the orders were invalid and that the circumstances surrounding them do not meet the standards we expect for fair and proper roleplay. We understand that situations such as this can be frustrating for everyone involved, but it is important that IC consequences remain separate from OOC matters and that decisions are made based on information obtained through legitimate in-character means. Due to the acceptance and nature of the order being reversed, both parties lose knowledge of each other. JJJ cannot use any information nor hold information against the criminal organisiation they used to be part of, and also the criminal organisation cannot hold information against JJJ. Hello, thank you for submitting your PK appeal, After reviewing the evidence provided to us, we have found no evidence to support the claim that metagaming took place during the events leading up to your PK. We were able to establish that communication between the parties involved took place through in character means, including the use of radios, whispering, and IC voice chat. We also reviewed the evidence presented regarding the events leading up to the confrontation. From this evidence, we can understand why the individual who ultimately PKed your character became suspicious of your actions. In particular, your character was seen following them in a taxi, identifying them, and subsequently instructing another individual to follow them and drive in close proximity to them. While these actions alone do not necessarily establish wrongdoing, they provide a reasonable in-character basis for suspicion and explain why the other party chose to take further action against your character. The information and communication used to reach this conclusion were obtained through IC interactions. As a result, we are satisfied that the events leading to the PK were based on legitimate in character circumstances and that there was no metagaming involved in the decision to engage your character. Good afternoon, Banning admin here. To explain the situation we have here, I claimed a ticket that came in 5 minutes after restart, where the cop told me that you had ltaped and had liaised to me that you had stated no intention in returning after restart. From my understanding here is that the outcome you were wanting was to be left off free of charge, which without talks with a lawyer and going through the motions, frankly wouldn't be feesable for the cop to do. Your options in that instance would be taking a plea deal, getting a lawyer or taking the case to court. If it was the latter you were looking to have happened and an officer is not cooperating with that, I would recommend to make an in-game staff ticket or to speak to a supervisor within the PD. I'd also advice that just because that the server is near restart/restarting that this null and voids your IC actions and interactions that you're taking part in. I understand that you did have some personal issues crop up, but unfortunately LTAPing is LTAPing no matter the reason, if it is something like power issues, WiFi connection, etc. you can always make an effort of reaching out via channels such as the discord.
