It was an admin who spectated my friend who was new to the server and I got into trouble bc he was spectating my friend while I was with him. It won’t happen again I promise . And I even had the guy who was getting mug away from any people and npc so I wouldn’t do a fail mug. But still called out for it. Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned in my opinion because the staff himself didn’t give me a warning or a note down he just straight up cam and said you are getting banned like im some minge or something. I believe I should be unban because what I was ban for was a first offense. Now obviously what I did I should not have and lots of it is just common sense (if you don't to this then you wont get ban). I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it, once they were going with staff to get me PK active I went on another char and grabbed it. Not sure what I was thinking, I never Item transferred on this server nor even had the idea of item transferring/supported the idea, but for some reason on this day I clearly was not using any commonsense, especially because all the stories of the Permanent Bans and stuff due to people item transferring. I do want to mention that I did not actually item transfer but I did attempt it. During this time I was definitely bored and getting tired of many of the players and I just let out, and was being and idiot. If im correct I was also ban for meta-game which I do not recall doing but If they put it on the reasoning then it must of happened. Now onto the reason why I think I should be unbanned, I think I should be unbanned because while yes I do have some extensive POs, they are not for what I was ban for. I am also thinking about a new thing that I have not seen in the server which is the ZTP/1SP. The Zero Tolerance Policy and/or the 1Strike Policy is when staff and the person that the policy is being set for would agree the date that it ends and during the time the player has to revive and show the staff that being unbanned was not a bad decision and that they are worthy of what they did. I think this will allow staff to see if whom they unabnned is worthy of role-playing and being in the community. This ZTP/1SP is definitly something that staff should take into consideration and use on future bans, this will allow players opportunity to prove themselves to staff and for staff to not waste their time unbanning people, while on a ZTP/1SP players will be pressured to try their best and have good rp as well as not break any rules, and if any rules are broken then staff can instantly ban them. Usually the punishment is a permanent-ban thats not appealable if anything goes against the 1SP/ZTP. I think that this is a good idea and staff should start using it. If I get unbanned I will like to try out this ZTP/1SP and prove to staff that I should be allowed in the community. I completely understand what I did wrong and I hope that staff can read this and take my 1 Strike Policy into idea. They were known for not being a fan of the Italians or the way they would strongarm ethnic groups, they believed strongly in a groups' independence, and prided themselves on charging the least amount of kickups. After a strong year of moving drugs, acquiring a Russian heavy arms connect and moving guns, and having almost 300 members on the books at its peak, the leadership unanimously voted to retire. Things crumbled quickly after the leadership all caught flights going in different directions, but the memory of the group still lives on. May, 1989 - Johnny would look back at the legacy of Davis Boys and let it rest. It was time to bring it back to where it all started. Calls were made to places all across the United States. In the same warehouse a few luxury cars and a lot of Dodge Monacos would be left with tarps covering them. Johnny would take the tarp off a purple Rolls Royce and turn the key. It would sputter then start and he would drive around the city to see what had changed since he left. He would shed a tear as he drove past where World Corp. used to stand tall. He would wonder where it went and think of all of the souls it harvested. After driving a lap or two around the city he would stop in at a restaurant with the rest of the group and grab some food. Johnny would inform the others to lay low and take the coming weeks easy while he assessed what the current state of the city was. Many of those who Harrison knew would be MIA so connections would have to start over from scratch. The world of New York politics is what makes or breaks you as a up and coming crew. Although funding and guns were already secured, it wouldn't make the come up much easier. The heavy lifting would come from who you know not what you have. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I would've never been PK'd if I didn't make a ticket about possibly receiving a compensation for my car glitching out on a body and blowing up. I will expand on this by providing the clip I took of the situation. I have a full 5 minute clip of me not interacting with police until the end of it. I was vdm'd by some guy in a brown car. I find him a few minutes later and chase him, he plows into a police truck, knocking a cop on the ground. I did NOT notice this, and backed up to chase the rule breaker. In the process I ran over the cop and he got stuck inside of my car, draining the HP of the car and blowing it up, resulting in me dying and losing my gun. I made a ticket to possibly receive comp for the weapon. I was not attacking the police, in fact I was attempting to do the opposite, which was to stop this guy from vdm-ing any more people. I know it's not my job to do that, nor should I have. My intention was not to kill/attack any officer, I just wanted the guy who had killed multiple people (including an attempt on my life) with his car to stop. Hello banning staff here. You were part of an investigation for it which it was found you heavily middlemaned a number of high value items and transferred the majority of your own from your Callaghan character, through a proxy; sharing all of your banks with McCarthy characters, leaving them nearly empty. You took a lot of items from Cannon's original character, transferred many into #Gift or #Locker 1. You maintained direct access to a number of high value McCarthy banks which were used as deposit points. I do not see any evidence of fair market value being paid, I see April 15, the day after Cannon was PKed and the days leading up to to it. You and others simple exploited sharing banks with eachother to move stuff to McCarthy accounts. Example: #62207 (MESO P/E) and #62553 (Texas P/E) your nearly empty Callaghan banks are shared to the following permissions. With others having shared similar access for your McCarthy character. ex; #Gift (OWNER) Ethan O’Connor Eoin “Toasty” Dunlavey Niall Dunlavey Aisling McCarthy Yes it looks bad considering that it could and has hurt Callaghan, if you wanted out. This was not the approach, you can't just simply act as a group; drain all valuables from your Callaghan characters and start new civs using the resources obtained. This is character abuse. This was a concerted effort involving multiple individuals to jumpstart a new faction, throwing away your old characters in the process. With allegation involving attempting to poach members, while maintaining said characters, which could effectively sabotage said faction. Other do it isn't a viable defense, if we catch word of wrong doing and investigation yield results. We will punish accordingly.

There were a lot of ways you could have handled this situation; in my eyes, you handled it in the worst way possible. Time after time, you made bad decisions after bad decisions with the complete knowledge of what you were doing. I dont know why you are using the excuse of lost items between multiple characters, even in your apology, you are lying. There are countless examples of people who created factions without #1 leaching off a current faction and #2 breaking half the rule book to accomplish it. At the end of the day, this is a game, and I have nothing against you, but if you played by the rules like everyone else, you would be able to create a faction and you wouldn't be banned right now. There is not a single doubt in my mind that you regret what you did, just the fact that you got caught. Staff have everything they needed to make the decision, and I think 4lights did a perfect job on all accounts. It was clear from day 1 that you intended to circumvent the rules and the RP surrounding my faction to make yourself and your faction have an upper hand. Unfortunately, everyone you convinced to go with you has been PKed and banned because of what YOU wanted. I offered advice and guidance, and instead, you tried to maliciously hurt my faction. Again, I say you could have handled this situation a lot better; instead, you did the opposite and did what caused you to be banned and PKed. I don't think you should have a reduction of a ban, nor should any of your characters that are involved be unPKed. You need to learn true leadership and how to follow rules, not try and cheat the system so it benefits you. I hope you learned from this situation and maybe when you come back, you will use this as a learning experience.

Hello banning staff. We have compiled a 150+ document that links to this ban. What it has shown is you assisted in item-transfer before becoming staff. Notably an NOI suit. I believe you took the opportunity to learn how to safely transfer your items, while as staff. Exploiting information learned. You had your friends systematically empty all your old bank accounts and then shared access to those bank accounts with you and your McCarthy friends, on McCarthy characters. Your friends and you transferred large amounts of items of high value items. The day after you got Pked on April 15th, most everyone involved shows up on this day passing items between each other and into select banks. ( some even spamming lobsters to obscure logs ) These select banks typically being a Callaghan bank shared with McCarthy characters. Including a specific 'Gift' bank, which you were added to on your Cannon and your Aisling McCarthy character ( later removed ), which contained many high value items from your previous char. You were straight given other item from Callaghan characters such as your Thomas' suit. Other banks such as Locker #1, had guns originating from Callaghan characters and your dead character. Passed between characters to be put into said locker. Notable items include a Mini-14 dropped and deposited. It was also identified previous to the investigations as a "McCarthy gun bank". With information being provided including dms and screenshots. You and several others, emptied their banks of their most valued possessions into these banks. You appear to conducted a large meth for cocaine deal, a couple days before getting pked and redirected that cocaine. A few webhooks to unauthorized discords were put into these banks. Linking to people involved. The evidence shows you maintained technical possession of your items for use for your new faction and employed a systematic approach to doing so. If you wish to confess your full involvement, it may help your appeal. Otherwise please wait for another staff to respond.

Another Enforcer here. You were caught lying/exaggerating to management on multiple occasions about reimbursements for new hires, which lead to you receiving more money, than you actually gave to the new hires. I had also been informed ICly that you were talking to the cops at the car dealer.

I was the Enforcer who taxed you for saying VOWS in the middle of corbizzis for $25k. I heard you had financial issues so I gave you a week to get your shit together. You are totally aware of how MafiaRP works and gave you a chance. Since you have been pk'd literally everywhere Instead what you did was lie to a senior associate about that you were taxed $100.000. Which was obviously not true and this lead to this Sr. Associate to meet me. He mentioned it aswell that you yapped this out in front of an ATM which is obviously a risk whenever you mention illicit shit. So you were lying to benefit your this for your own pocket and this senior associate is paying very frequently! So I guess you can say you gave me a middle finger and lied straight up to a Senior which TALKED to a made man and would believe over a pesty associate like you. I told this to another enforcer who told HC and got orders places on you. He ( the sr associate of the incident) wanted to send me a clip but I asked if it was done properly IC which wasnt with the /me's so he did not send me it. Hello! I was actually the officer that shot at the vehicle in the clip, I was under the impression that he actually was with them running over the other officer and so i fired and killed him under the impression he had attempted to attack us instead of helping us, last night was chaotic with alot of VDM happening. I hope there is something that can be done to Undo this PK as i didn't want someone who didn't do anything wrong to be punished.

Hello! I PKd you because you ran over a cop, and killed him, before being killed by another cop. In the clip you provided in the sit, you can quite literally hear the cop open fire on your car and kill you at 9 seconds in. The reason it shows your ID in the clip is because when the cop opened fire on your vehicle, he caused it to explode, making the system believe you killed yourself. However, that was not the case, as logs display the cop doing 20 damage to you at the exact same time you blew up. You stare at him on the ground for a good solid 2 seconds, before reversing over him. Just because someone else is breaking the rules, does not exempt you from any consequences during your attempt to be a vigilante. I asked another member of UA if they agree that this is a valid PK, and they also agreed with me. I see your intentions and understand where you're coming from, however the right thing to do was to call staff. I checked your combat logs, and saw that the cop had shot and killed you (also identifiable by the glock shooting in the background as your car blows up). It's impossible for me to believe that you didn't see the cop as he was literally a foot away from you, which is the ultimate reason I PKd you.

I have been working for a while to start a faction so I made a discord server as an exoskeleton and to "gather" my members up for when its time to put in the application and i understood the discord server would have to be owned by Pendred. I do not know the reasoning behind the Organized Item Transfer, Character Abuse, nor Metagame. I deeply apologize for my actions and i thought it was acceptable to make a faction discord pre - application. I personally think a 2 month ban is a bit harsh especially when my clear background. Why should you be unbanned?: I have a clear record, i have never broken any rules before, and the actions i admit to i didnt realize were unacceptable. I was planning on using this summer to buildup my faction and i was going to put in the application in a week as i was working on finishing touched. I still got no context to what i got banned for, I do not have any excuses for what i may have done, I am an active member and roleplayer of the server and i would never intentionally do anything to harm it. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Honestly from my perspective it sometimes takes too long for my ticket to be taken when i get fail mugged or rdmed. And after finding out the admin pulling is doing back to back tickets i realize they get over flowed at times. and lots of them are just petty drama thats between 2 grown men. How do you handle this?: clip that and make a ticket.: if i see the victim ill just give him my clip. If i know who is currently moderating ill ping them if its mass rdm and requires them to respond immediately. If im allowed to i would freeze him and handle it myself or until staff comes by. Does it constitute possible bias?: Even if its rare its still an offense, favoritism and unfairness can kill a server.(like some dark rp servers) WHile it will suck i will have to punish him accordingly, be it not or actual ban, i may even ask another staff member to handle it to prevent any suspicion of bias or he or she blatantly pulling the friend card to get out of trouble. Im making a second staff app to not fuck around this time and im aware the consequences especially blacklisting and perm banning. im willing to have more of a higher standard to prove my self and have a more harsh punishment if I screw staff over. if you didn't rdm, then you're rdm baiting lmfao. Intentions cannot be proved from one person to another, but in this case, you're directly chasing him and punching towards him. Did the other guy over react by pulling out a gun? Yes, but is that against the rules? No, he was justified to threaten you, he felt in danger. But for you to play the victim card of "I didn't do that" or "It's his fault" is just blatantly wrong. I'm not staff anymore nor can I read your POs, nor do I even play the server, but the first sentence here summarizes this entire ban. 5 days is a little harsh, but you're clearly just looking for a reason to kill someone. This is a mafia server, not a pvp server, not every interaction needs to end in violence.

+/- Davis Boys was good, I enjoyed our RP a few years ago but the faction kind of fell off. This application is very lackluster and you rely way too much on past RP (don't get me wrong, I see how it's relevant) but you offer almost zero information on the faction, past and present and it seems very lazy. PRO + Good RPer and has experience in a faction leader position. + Great play time, understands the rules of the server. CON - Backstory is incredibly lacking, applicants spend hours on their applications, yours is just barely over the wordcount. In the small write up you did provide, it reads really well, but there isn't enough. You have the opportunity to write out the entire Davis Boys storyline and how it ended, and how it's beginning again as the Harrison Family... but you didn't do that? - No information on unique roleplay. "Private things like meetings, the hiring process" how is this any different from any other faction. Every faction has a hiring process and has meetings... how is your hiring process / meetings any different from the others? You mention it's 'Fun for those coming in'... how?

I wasn’t going commenting on this however, I feel it’s important to talk about some of your claims that you made. #1 You have not been around my faction to fully know the ins and outs of it, So for you to say you feared for your life is a really interesting claim. Also, cannons PK was completely in the guidelines of the rules, and if he didn’t think so he should have appealed it then so bringing it up now means nothing and does not help your case whatsoever. You said you planned to stay in both and it was mentioned to me that you would which is why I didn’t kill you or anyone else. You claim that you did a lot of this stuff because of cannon and his PK. This does not give you the excuse to break rules and help others break rules just to benefit you and your friends in creating a faction. I have said this on cannon’s appeal as well there are a plenty of better ways to handle the situation and you guys did the complete opposite of that. It’s very sad that it’s excuse this and excuse that instead of an apology. It just shows that there is no accountability in this group and it shows that you all had every intention of doing what you did. I’m glad cannon has apologized so for you to sit here and try and make my faction out to be the bad guy is baffling. I will say you did not do as much as some other, but you still participated heavily with as much motivation as them. It’s also not a secret that you used your position in “mccarthy” putting that in quotes because it’s not a real faction to metagame and try to gather information on the Callaghan’s. So, I end this off with the same way I ended cannon’s. You knew what you were doing even admitted it and you are upset you get caught doing it. I think the time needed to reflect on your mistakes is the perfect amount of time listed on your ban seeing as you were fairly malicious in your actions.
