A system that takes the simple scratch off ticket that everyone knows well, and implementing it into the game as a way for players to gamble, and make another source of income in a legal way (or illegal if this goes far). There can be different tickets that have low risk-low reward and high risk-high reward; the rewards being anywhere from a few dollars to in the thousands. The fishing system we have is old, and it's one of the ways to make small income, but I do want a new revamped fish system. Maybe different bait and better fishing gear. It's like the new marijuana system. If you use the better bait and fishing gear, the outcome of catching expensive fish is rewarding. Still, a chance of getting something no-value or items. Maybe make it a challenge to reel in rewarding fish items. The system we have is not as rewarding. Also add fish vendor further away from the docks to receive a bigger monetary reward. This is just my idea. If this isn't important now, then I wanted to throw my idea. The in-game economy has inflated, and the fish prices are somewhat still stagnate.

NLR and Meta does not apply to PKs, which is an OOC thing. The officer in question was sure he had killed one of you, saying he heard the death sound. He was correct, and both of your logs were checked to see if you died. Your friend bled out, and you ran from the police and died jumping into the sewers, which is a pkable offense as you were both pk active from killing a cop, and being hunted actively by police due to the radio callout from the officer in question.

The officer is allowed to check if the people who engaged him and he shot at died after he was hospitalized, not against the rules.

Hey, so given the circumstances. You mugged someone who had your F3 doing over $10,000 damage to them. You are revealed several times and you take several photographs with your full name. The clips given, reasonably would identify you. The 30 minutes is only if they do not have their F3. ( 3 Guns value exceeding 10k were taken. ) ■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions) Credit Monaclu for flow char below: As this PK had nothing to do with escalation directly, you were simply identified and retaliated against for mugging by someone with your F3. Hello! To be clear, there is a mechanic in place to check someone's inventory, therefore any /me gun checks, are inherently invalid. I do see in the clip, you attempt to search his inventory several times before he attempts to shoot you. Which to be fair, could have roused suspicion enough. That being said, I found solid evidence for metagame/powergame occurring directly after involving the person who was PKed and another party. After reviewing the recording, and matching it to connection logs and overall logs. I find a strong likelihood that the player was tipped off, and being that PKs need to be "120% sure", taking into account the metagame that occurred after. I will be accepting and reversing this PK. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

honestly I had this idea, a cute little scratcher minigame thing that would likely be sold at the hot dog vendors. But it's pretty low priority all things considered

A while ago I was reminiscing about the times I had on the server and I realized how much I missed playing on the server. Yeah i understand, it will just have to take trust from you to unban me. All I can say is that you can trust me this time, im 19 now and I was still a teen when I did that situation so ive matured. Hopefully I can be unbanned and be apart of this community.

I'll continue what I was saying following our discussion in your support ticket. I'm not unsympathetic to the possibility that you had an old cheat folder that was not in use on your PC. Obviously no one with actual cheats would willing screenshare their game and files to staff, especially without clearing out the trash bin, but you can understand how suspect it looked to the investigating staff members that there was a cheat folder deleted just before you shared your screen with them. I do understand and see that yes you are a long-time positive member of the community and while there is no direct proof that you were ever cheating on our server I do think it does cast enough doubt that the PK's that came from the situation had to be reversed. That being said the staff members who did go through your files attest to the age of the folder and their contents having no usable executable file. Additionally in these cases we don't need either 'side' to an issue speculating about the on-goings of a staff investigation. I think the staff members involved handled it correctly, even if there wasn't fully immediate actionable proof. I am satisfied with what I have been shown and told afterwards to justify this unban.
