+1 Gecko is an experienced player, and has been part of the community for a good while now. Having been in a few different factions with him, I know he has the ability to create some decent roleplay. The application could do with some more detail around the MCs backstory, but that shouldn't be the deciding factor in my opinion. Having two MCs, would be interesting and may allow the factions create some good roleplay between them. Overall, I think a second MC isn't a bad idea from a roleplay perspective, although my FPS disagrees with all of the above. - Dong

As the person that initiated this mugging in my mind I was almost 100% sure he didn't have a gun out and sadly my medal didn't clip the altercation so I can't provide a second POV. I will say with the quality of the clip and the angle it's hard to say if he had his gun out from this clip. I personally went frame by frame and it looks about 50/50. I think for just the fact that you can't tell in the clip along with the bad angle and quality it would make sense that this gets appealed. It looks about 50/50 when you go frame by frame. +1 Interacted with a few members of this faction over the years (as-well as recently) and they are a mature and motivated group. From what I've seen they have a good understanding of what it takes to create good roleplay, internally and externally. Faction application isn't perfect, but none of them are. Could do with being reformatted and some more detail in certain areas. But I do like how the application gives a solid timeline with dates included, as well as it being well thought-out with referenced links. Overall, solid application. Would like to see how a British faction would do in today's New York. Fox has set the bar high. - Dong

Hi there, PKing admin here. After slowing down the clip provided to 0.25x, it is evident that during the time of the mugging you did in fact have your weapon out. Therefore invalidating this PK, for the following reason shown below: FearRP rule 9: If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then fearrp does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R). Due to the clip being extremely low resolution combined with the running animation making it difficult to see your weapon, this was a mistake on my part. I think given them 3rd person peeking, talking about the mugging rules during and also given the “dead wop” flyers after the ordeal just feels as if though the mugging was in poor faith. To briefly address and comment on my low play time, I would like to mention that, in contrast with several other applicants, I possess over half-a-years worth of experience not only as a staff member, but a staff member on a Garry's Mod roleplay server (Prometheus Networks) which gives me a large head-start on not only the broader rules and regulations, but also the Nutscript commands and how to use them. Not to mention, I've went through the rules countless times during not only the gaps in roleplay on the server, but in my free-time off of Garry's Mod just out of boredom and curiosity which gives me (in my opinion) a lot of valuable starting knowledge compared to many other applicants who may be vying for a position on the staff team.
