I honestly have to agree here, you really don't see any homelessness rp these days. I remember this one guy who used to hang around Little Italy. He was such a convincing bum that I think he may have genuinely been pulling from real-life experiences or something. It was really sad to watch. He would hang around the casino sometimes too, gambling all of his money away at the Lucchese tables. One day, he just disappeared. Some said the CIA kidnapped him, others said he killed himself. Nobody really knows. Ever since that day, I haven't seen such an accurately portrayed bum. His name was like sing or string or something.

Good morning, I am the administrator that took the ticket for your PK. Upon initial review of the situation, it was clear that you had in fact raided the motel room in question by lockpicking the door. This constitutes a raid in the server guidelines, and dying during a raid leads to a PK. Under normal circumstances, this would be a rather straightforward situation. However, recent information has just surfaced, and a clip has been provided to me by the individual who told you to lockpick the door and assured you that there were no consequences attached to doing so. Seeing as this was a claim you made in the sit, but could not be proven at the time, I believe that further review of this situation is necessary. At this point, the situation is out of my hands, but I will forward the additional clip that was provided by the individual who instructed you to lockpick the door to higher ranking members of the staff team that will be responsible for reviewing this appeal.

This is just simply RDM. Most akin to RDM for disrespect, or any other RDM that can be considered skipping the chain of escalation that is required prior to killing. Clip provided by the TM outlines it perfectly well, and you do not warn nor otherwise attempt to engage with the individual in question outside of some snarky remarks before instantly blasting him dead. The context that you are referring to is clearly outlined in rules, as 4lights notes above. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. I understand the reasoning behind the decision, but I disagree with the characterization of this as RDM. The shooting did not occur out of nowhere. The interaction had already begun near the Car Dealership, where the Trackhawk driver engaged with me and Joe Dirt and the situation escalated into hostility and threats. We subsequently left the area and went behind the Casino, but the same individual continued following us. This is the reason my friend questioned him by saying, “why are you following us man, like we are some kind of attraction man.” His continued following us is important context. We were not randomly encountering an unrelated player and shooting them without prior interaction. There was an ongoing confrontation between us, and we had already attempted to leave the original location before he continued following us. When he responded with “I'm not worried, bitch out man,” I interpreted that response, combined with the preceding interaction and his continued pursuit, as an indication that the confrontation was continuing rather than ending. I therefore fired because I believed the situation was going to continue escalating, additionally I could not see what guns on his back he had as he also had tinted windows. I understand that the clip does not show me giving multiple warnings, and I am not going to claim that I remember giving specific warnings when I cannot verify that. The incident occurred two days ago, my memory of the exact sequence is imperfect, and unfortunately my Medal TV directory is corrupted, meaning I cannot access my own recording to verify the interaction. However, the absence of a warning in the available clip does not make the shooting a random deathmatch. There was an established interaction, continued pursuit after we left the original location, ongoing hostility, and a confrontation immediately preceding the shooting. Those circumstances are fundamentally different from randomly killing another player without prior interaction. I also want to address the suggestion that this was a “crash out” because I had recently been PKed. That was not my intention. I was genuinely concerned because my character had been targeted by numerous people previously, and I believed this was another situation in which someone was deliberately following us and looking to continue a confrontation. My decision was based on that situation, not retaliation for the previous PK. I believe the appropriate question is therefore not simply whether the available clip shows a warning immediately before the shooting, but whether the shooting was an unprovoked and random killing. I do not believe it was. There was a continuous interaction between the parties, we attempted to leave the original confrontation, and the other player followed us and continued engaging with us. For those reasons, I believe the incident should not be classified as RDM and I respectfully request that the ban be reconsidered.

You shot a guy in the car without warning him. You had already left the server by the time I handled the ticket. On the given clip you ran after his car as he was pulling away. Your friend asks 'why are you following us man.. like we are some kindof attraction man''. To his response 'I'm not worried, bitch out man'. At which point you just opened fire. No warnings were given by you or your friend and you positioned yourself right next to his car and follow him to shoot. If he was threatening you overtly, you need to provide evidence and give multiple warnings. Show your side, post a clip. Non of which I saw on the offending clip, you also didn't escalate either by physical confrontation. This was also a few minutes after you got PKed by an officer in sewers, so the assumption of a crash out seemed valid to me. You also have the phonebook of staff punishments on your record influencing the ban length decision.
