You are only definitively under FEAR RP at the 6 second mark on the clip, they attempted to initiate from behind and therefor the FEAR RP isn't valid until the moment you turned around. They shoot you at the 9 second mark. They gave you 3 seconds to respond under FEAR RP. They killed you quickly because of the cop nearby. they didn't give enough time to comply, the TEC 9 only appears in your hand after they started shooting you ( for a split second at the 9 second mark of the pking clip. ) Therefore this will be accepted. States, including New York, allow for Law Enforcement Officers to notarize an affidavit prior to prosecution. In other states like Florida, they allow Officers to flat out notarize any legal document. Let's do that.

Hello, I was the staff member involved with your ban. I was presented a clip of you interacting with a police officer, where after he had asked you several times for your ID due to the gun on your back, you ran away from him. After he tried to tase you, you switched characters. LTARP, or Leaving to Avoid Role Play includes not only leaving the server, but leaving your character to avoid roleplay, which in this case was getting arrested. Upon taking a look at your ban & note history, I saw several bans and notes from this past year, with the last ban issued in June being for 2 weeks. It was clear to me that your behavior has evolved from simply ignorant rule breaking to intentionally manipulating game mechanics to avoid roleplay, so I issued a ban that I saw fit considering your history and the situation at hand.
