I know this guy can roleplay well and hells angels as a faction idea is good, especially with the SOS already being around

However;

Hells angels used to be a faction back in the day and they were among one of the worst factions in the server. They were hardly ever active, had one of the worst drugs at the time and i feel like anyone interested in biker gangs is already in SOS

Is Hells Angels a natural rival to SOS or a natural ally?

-1 last thing we need is a bunch of bikers shooting it out with each other on the streets. also, SOS bikes already lag out the server, imagine if there was TWO gangs of bikers.
