There is no need to lie to staff, they can check the logs and see everything Popov's PK has absolutely nothing to do with me. In fact, Matador, Timburr and I had a huge argument just because of you. The same thing happened with a PK I filed a few days ago, at first my PK request was denied for Third Person Abuse because I gained information through a corner by using third person After that, I opened a Staff ticket through Discord and explained that Third Person Abuse means glitching through walls to look through them, while using third person to look around corners is not considered Third Person Abuse, as Canadian Bacon had previously clarified in Diverge General during a situation, explaining that Third Person Abuse refers to things like looking through walls. After UA reviewed the situation, my PK request was accepted Long story short using third person to gain information around corners is not abuse, the abuse is using it to look through walls. I cannot comment on the other parts since i am not a staff but i just wanted you to know that this is not Third Person Abuse Good luck on your appeal

So ICly, I was aware that you were part of the Kinahan Crime Family, that you were at the NYPD cells and that you needed a lawyer I dont need to know because i already know that you were simply messaged because there was a meeting and they needed you to come to the city to protect them. Once you entered the city i know they handled everything without communicating with you through Discord so there was no rule violation, even the staff member who PKed you already confirmed that you were in the city when you were activated so there is no need to lie or try to manipulate the situation

What is against the rules is using Discord to find someone's location or getting into the same VC and baiting them into coming to the city so you can PK them. Simply telling someone "there is an emergency, I need your help, come to the city asap" to get them online in the city is not against the rules at all. And in the SS you provided or the situation you mentioned nobody called you to the city through Discord in a way that broke the rules. They simply told you they needed your help with an emergency, got you into the city, found your location IC and PKed you For the last two days you have also been causing problems within the NYPD first trying to take the situation to court and then taking a plea deal and leaving.
