You told me you were busy and didn't interfere. Instead, you directed another Senior Officer to my location over the radio (it's clear from the clip that you were communicating over the radio). Then while that officer was trying to arrest me you came back and killed me First you leave an incident that you personally witnessed. Then about five minutes later you return wearing only a white shirt kill me switch to your staff character personally PK my character and even send an event message afterward. If the UA would like to see it I'm happy to provide my own clip. In the footage you can clearly be heard saying that you weren't going to deal with me before leaving the scene. Yet about five minutes later while not even wearing a proper police uniform you directed a Senior Officer to deal with me then returned yourself and killed me which ultimately led to my PK. Is that really an appropriate or ethical way to handle the situation?

Because of that, you can't PK me for VCWP while off duty. You're wearing a white shirt and participating in the event. How am I supposed to know you're a threat or that you're a Sergeant standing behind me with a musket when you're dressed as a white shirt and carrying an event weapon? First of all, I want to make it clear that I have no problem with you coming here to defend yourself or trying your luck. I'll gladly provide my clip if the UAs request it. However, since the footage is already available in the PK log, I don't see any reason to post it here as well. That being said, you can't claim there were "people around" just because a police officer happened to be on the same street. The rule clearly states, "This can only be done when there is no one else around." We were already in a yellow zone, there was nobody near us, and the only person remotely close was a police officer sitting in his vehicle, far enough away that he couldn't possibly understand what was happening between us. The only person who could have possibly understood the situation was the Lieutenant, and he himself said he didn't. You say it doesn't matter whether he understood it or not, but it actually does. You're claiming he witnessed the incident, yet he openly stated that he didn't even know or understand what was happening, so you can't use him as a witness just because it benefits your argument. The reason I mentioned that you had a Tec-9 at the time of your death is because I took the risk of carrying out this mugging on my Capo character, and I did it properly in a yellow zone, fully aware of the consequences. You also claim that the incident only lasted four seconds in my clip, but I say "Yo" at the 4 second mark of your clip, tell you to put your hands up at the 5 second mark, and you don't die until around the 11–12 second mark. Instead of freezing in place, all you had to do was walk toward me. That was your mistake, and because of that mistake, you were PK'd in accordance with the rules. With all due respect, the only thing you should be doing here is accepting responsibility for not reacting appropriately in the moment and making sure you don't repeat the same mistake. As I said, the admin who handled this ticket had already obtained a second opinion from other staff members before approving the PK, and he personally explained to me why he considered it valid. As shown in the clip Psykho provided and based on his own statement, the police officer was so far away that there was no way he could have known what kind of RP was taking place between us at that moment. You can't even see me pulling my gun in the clip and from that distance, there's no realistic way for anyone to tell that one player was mugging another (logically). You heard from him directly he admitted that he had no idea what was actually happening. I've already shared my thoughts regarding your argument about not being given enough time. In my opinion, this PK was completely valid.

I pulled my gun on you, gave you clear commands, and the entire situation lasted around 9–10 seconds. You can verify that yourself by counting from the 2-second mark of the clip. If you're walking around in a yellow zone while watching or listening to something in the background instead of paying attention to the game, and you fail to notice someone pointing a gun at you and attempting to initiate FearRP, that's not my fault. I pointed a gun at you and gave you clear FearRP commands, which you ignored. You claim the incident happened in an inappropriate public location, even though it took place in a yellow zone where FearRP is allowed. You also claim that a police officer witnessed the mugging, yet that same officer didn't even realize a mugging or PK had taken place. I explained every one of these points to Bullets, the staff member handling the PK ticket. After listening to my explanation, obtaining a second opinion from the appropriate staff members, and reviewing all the evidence and clips, he approved the PK. I remember this situation because I was in the same faction as Ronnie at the time. After watching the PK clip, we told him multiple times that he should appeal it, but he chose to accept it and move on. Also after that situation Kosher HC apologized to Taka HC for what happened and even made a payment for saving your ass. It would’ve been better if that part was also mentioned instead of trying to flex the situation.

Hello, I'd like to point out a detail that nobody seems to have noticed. This PK should not be considered a valid PK. In the clips provided by both sides, I noticed something. While they were mugging him, Matador's friend can be heard saying, "Put your hands up F7" This can be clearly heard around the 10 second mark of the clip provided by the player who submitted the PK appeal. Additionally, as clearly stated in the Mugging Rules, Rule 10. specifically states that telling or indicating to a player to press F7 to raise their hands significantly disrupts RP standards. As a result, the mug is considered invalid and cannot be used as the basis for a PK. As clearly shown in the clip, while holding a player at gunpoint and applying FearRP because they refused to put their hands up, you tell them to press F7. At that point, you might as well tell them not to touch their mouse or keyboard during your next mug when I tried to point out to the genius admin handling the PK Bullets, that there was a clear rule violation here, the response i got was "People say F7 all the time" That is very unlikely to be true. I have watched many valid mugging and PK clips, and I have never heard a mugger say “F7” in any of them. In the end of this PK appeal, we will find out something important, do the rules written on the forum actually get enforced or do things depend on an admin’s personal decision about whether it should count as a PK or not?
