I told you to put your hands up and follow me but instead of listening you ignored me and tried to run away like nothing was happening If someone is pointing a gun at you and giving you orders, you are expected to follow them. If you refuse and try to run away they have the right to kill you. Staff reviewed the clips and the situation and decided and issued your PK Good luck with your appeal

I joined the city and behind Kingston you and santiago Lopez who is your real life friend and i discussed the situation. You both told me to hide my character and i told you to your face that i was going to hide, then lied to you, took everything into my own hands and did what i had to do for my own safety During the Civil War you begged me not to give your name to anyone and to deny knowing anything about you whenever people asked. On top of that you also told me over Discord to leave you all of my money and valuable items, wait for around 2 to 3 weeks, possibly a month and that you would somehow transfer the items back to me during that time. You also told me that if you became Don during that period, you would bring me back into the family. If you are really going to tell the truth about everything i think you should mention this as well You were playing both sides and now that you feel guilty and regretful, you are trying to take responsibility for everything and resolve the situation And honestly i dont know how you guys expect the UA to approve something like this without reviewing everything and determining the necessary conditions first. You are trying to turn this into an OOC matter at every opportunity and find any possible way around the situation

If you verbally warn someone while you dont have a weapon in your hands and they refuse to listen, you can't immediately pull your gun and shoot them. You have to follow the escalation rules first, meaning you need to give a warning by either punching them or hitting them with your weapon while its on safety and then give them a valid amount of time to respond. Long story short even if your microphone had been working there, you still couldn't have immediately pulled your gun and shot someone just because you told them to move away while you had keys in your hands And Im not even mentioning the fact that after getting PK'd, you switched to your other character, went back to your dead body, tried to burn the corpse and attempted to destroy the evidence

First you claimed that I PK'd you for OOC reasons or because of the money. Then you tried to claim that the people who PK'd you were hit characters, despite both of them having previously done PKs for Supreme and neither of them being newly created characters. After that you claimed that I heard about the situation from Boosted's staff character and told me about it, implying that we metagamed. Then you claimed that Ender helped me in the same way and Staff Abused to Meta Game with me. Instead of leaving this appeal to the UA you guys are trying every possible angle to find a loophole. How can you prove from the screenshot that what the Consigliere said wasnt simply a DM he sent you because he felt guilty and wanted to help you? I've already provided all the necessary explanations and evidence for this PK a week ago, yet you continue trying every possible way to get around it. You have absolutely no evidence for these metagame allegations and you are just throwing accusations around. On top of that you keep changing the wording of your appeal so you can twist both your own words and ours. If you are not going to provide actual evidence, stop making allegations and leave the matter to the appropriate staff members

Like I said in my previous appeal, I'm not going to spend another two hours responding to every false claim, but I'll clear up a few things. 1. This wasn't a coup. You tried to remove me and failed 2. I never tried to fill the family with my own people. The players you're talking about have been in Supreme longer than I have 3. For the last time, this was never about the money. You went behind my back, tried to remove me, failed and now you're doing everything you can to undo it You're bringing dead characters and other people into the Supreme Discord, giving them Capo permissions to try to gain a majority, re-adding dead characters to the Supreme Pager, and banning me Right now you're just trying to confuse the UA with irrelevant OOC information, false claims and loopholes. I dont know how many times I have to explain this i didn't PK him because of that. The Don tried to have me PK'd with tupac my character found out and i acted first.
