He walks into the car which produces the collision but that is not equated to him hitting/smacking your vehicle He seems to be in the weapon C context menu as the player's hitbox collides with the vehicle. Maybe at worst it should have been a statement or proper '/me motions for you to leave me alone' to make it clear. From the provided evidence the black man was given adequate warnings to leave him be, he started the confrontation and believe that him putting his weapon away would immunize him from the rule, especially when a man armed with a weapon motioning you to fuck off, the intention is clear. It is my recommendation, that in the future @Pearce to better protect yourself you should take the following steps. Make more clear and concise warnings. Verbalization helps. Make an attempt to move away or leave the situation, If you had backed off several paces and the man made active movements towards you while ignoring your requests it would be even more clear that you acted within the rules, especially when stood outside a property you don't own. If it had been your faction's building it would be more logical for you to stand your ground. (More of a loitering issue at that point).

Fingerprints on doors is disabled currently. Disagree, the bullets are the EASIEST piece of evidence to clean up, they don't require any item to remove them, just half a minute of your time. The solution is to not miss. The pros and cons of doing a hit in public vs a hit in a private secure location, a con being maybe not having time to remove all the evidence, but a pro being the mobility and confusion to escape while sending a message. Some people fear Forensics but I'm of the opinion that even if you left the entire crime scene there with all the evidence in the world for the cops the only real way to get caught is if you are arrested next to the crime scene, the amount of evidence left behind is mountain of puzzle pieces and, not to discredit the detectives, don't think there's enough competence to solve very many cases on forensics alone. I do believe forensics are balanced, and I don't see a need in giving criminals a further advantage with that revolver change (not that its hard to get rid of casings to begin with), criminals already have a massive advantage, it's literally impossible for you to leave prints on drug items!

Somewhat annoying to do and is a little counter intuitive to balance. Casings can be collected anyway. They are very easy to clean up. No real reason, and if you reload your revolver those casings go somewhere! no real need to mirror reality 1:1, video game and all.

Really hasn't been over two years. Banned for Mass RDM in 2021. Appealed and was unbanned a year later, got banned three more times then you Mass RDM'ed again and got perma'ed, again (2023). Why should you be afforded a third chance?
