Format.

The map obviously can't constantly change based on npcs since those can move dynamically between map updates. Which is why on the image it says. "You may not mug infront of NPCs regardless of this map"

No, once a character is deleted it is gone forever. There's no ability to restore it, re-make or be 'comped'. All the data is gone as a result of a decision/action by the user. Unfortunately this will force me to close this appeal since the character no longer exists.
