No, once a character is deleted it is gone forever. There's no ability to restore it, re-make or be 'comped'. All the data is gone as a result of a decision/action by the user. Unfortunately this will force me to close this appeal since the character no longer exists.

Last time you had a permanent ban revoked: You then proceeded to be banned five more times after this. My response is the same as your previous appeal.

Used to have it, went unused, only got sent troll calls and/or there was no one to constantly man it.

Cooking adds complication to something not useful or interesting. A gimmick that exhausts interest within the first ten to twenty uses. Per chance you have a model / prop pack from the workshop that can go along with this suggestion?
