+1, Playtime is a bit low, but I think if he knows the rules well and he understands the gamemode, let him in. We need more dedicated staff members right now.

+1 I have seen these guys in-game and have had some decent encounters with them. Although I really think its hard to make a faction with British/Irish backrounds it still can be done, and the RP that come from them are always interesting. I also have faith in this leadership team that can make it decently far with the right connections in the server.

Mega alliance’s have ruined the server. Until they are fixed not the bandaid that is “5 factions per alliance” which we know does nothing. Make wars just temporary PK we seen the last time a war happened player count did not drop by much if anything it prevented it. Have the winning side win either a Racket, property, cash (10-50) million all depending on how sided the war is the winning side only gets one. If another war happens I hope to god it’s not a copy of a racket event. Small wars could happen if once again the alliance stuff is fixed.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I think there are a lot of reasons why someone would want this position. There are many moving parts, but I believe the main point of being a staff member is to make the everyday player’s experience better. You don’t need to cater to every desire, but as long as you are willing to help, it can greatly improve how players see the server. I have always enjoyed being staff on the servers I’ve worked for. I won’t lie, it has been a little while since I last held a staff role, and I want to get back in the saddle again. This server often has a high player count, and at times it can feel like there aren’t enough staff members on. While quality always matters more than quantity, I believe I can offer both by being an active and reliable staff member. Sometimes I like to step away from roleplay when I start to feel burnt out. Being able to switch to staff work helps keep me motivated and involved, and it gives me another way to support the community. I am here to help the server in whatever capacity I can, and I truly believe I could do some good as a moderator. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think I should be considered over others because I genuinely want to help the server. I have seen a lot in my years of roleplay and staffing, not only in MafiaRP but also in other servers and communities I’ve been part of. I could have done better, and if I had been more mature at the time, some situations would have been easier. However, something good came from those experiences. How do you handle this?: Well, I would make sure I recorded the encounter, seeing as Im off-duty I dont think I should be the one who takes the ticket. I would make a ticket that someone got RDMed and make sure I give the evidence to the staff member to take the ticket. Then I would let them handle it as it does not concern me staff-wise. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Well, Evidence is the best witness. so I would make sure I am recording encounters that I see and make sure that I have enough to then send to a higher-up. I would make a staff report on the forums, depending on what the higher-ups want. Make sure to not accuse them or anything just gather the evidence. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them, accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Well, there is really nothing I can do I would not take this ticket, as in my opinion, it would be some sort of bias, even if the evidence is against them I would want someone else to look into it. The most I would do is tell the staff member, whoever is taking the ticket, that he normally does not break this kind of rule, and to just look into it a little deeper to make sure the decision is correct. But ultimately it's up to the staff member who is in charge of the sit.

At the very least, have it at your properties. Kind of dumb that you are restricted to two properties, but you are allowed to have one of your rackets in another building. If you dont have room for no reason to have it. Plenty of other factions that would love to have a casino racket in their property.

I wasn’t going commenting on this however, I feel it’s important to talk about some of your claims that you made. #1 You have not been around my faction to fully know the ins and outs of it, So for you to say you feared for your life is a really interesting claim. Also, cannons PK was completely in the guidelines of the rules, and if he didn’t think so he should have appealed it then so bringing it up now means nothing and does not help your case whatsoever. You said you planned to stay in both and it was mentioned to me that you would which is why I didn’t kill you or anyone else. You claim that you did a lot of this stuff because of cannon and his PK. This does not give you the excuse to break rules and help others break rules just to benefit you and your friends in creating a faction. I have said this on cannon’s appeal as well there are a plenty of better ways to handle the situation and you guys did the complete opposite of that. It’s very sad that it’s excuse this and excuse that instead of an apology. It just shows that there is no accountability in this group and it shows that you all had every intention of doing what you did. I’m glad cannon has apologized so for you to sit here and try and make my faction out to be the bad guy is baffling. I will say you did not do as much as some other, but you still participated heavily with as much motivation as them. It’s also not a secret that you used your position in “mccarthy” putting that in quotes because it’s not a real faction to metagame and try to gather information on the Callaghan’s. So, I end this off with the same way I ended cannon’s. You knew what you were doing even admitted it and you are upset you get caught doing it. I think the time needed to reflect on your mistakes is the perfect amount of time listed on your ban seeing as you were fairly malicious in your actions.

There were a lot of ways you could have handled this situation; in my eyes, you handled it in the worst way possible. Time after time, you made bad decisions after bad decisions with the complete knowledge of what you were doing. I dont know why you are using the excuse of lost items between multiple characters, even in your apology, you are lying. There are countless examples of people who created factions without #1 leaching off a current faction and #2 breaking half the rule book to accomplish it. At the end of the day, this is a game, and I have nothing against you, but if you played by the rules like everyone else, you would be able to create a faction and you wouldn't be banned right now. There is not a single doubt in my mind that you regret what you did, just the fact that you got caught. Staff have everything they needed to make the decision, and I think 4lights did a perfect job on all accounts. It was clear from day 1 that you intended to circumvent the rules and the RP surrounding my faction to make yourself and your faction have an upper hand. Unfortunately, everyone you convinced to go with you has been PKed and banned because of what YOU wanted. I offered advice and guidance, and instead, you tried to maliciously hurt my faction. Again, I say you could have handled this situation a lot better; instead, you did the opposite and did what caused you to be banned and PKed. I don't think you should have a reduction of a ban, nor should any of your characters that are involved be unPKed. You need to learn true leadership and how to follow rules, not try and cheat the system so it benefits you. I hope you learned from this situation and maybe when you come back, you will use this as a learning experience.

+1 Giving melees a purpose could give more RP to using them. Knocking out a new hire in a dark alley when he fucks up. Cutting someone's finger off to the point where they bleed, and they actually have to RP it out instead of just getting stabbed. This is a good idea, besides the scripts part of this I don't think it would hinder RP in any way.

+1 Gamemasters are very important to the server at the right level. Having gamemaster experience in other servers and in the MafiaRP gamemode itself, having an inactive gamemaster team is not very fun. There is only so much RP that can be done on the server, and having more GMs would bring more RP to the server's life.

This is correct. He was hired to do some security work for my property with the full right to engage in anyone who hurts the property and its people. A group of the bikers came over causing issues with toy-guns and causing issues around the property, and a melee-brawl took place. If the correlation to his RDM being that he was just some random person and not someone somewhat involved in the situation, then this needs to be looked at as in RP he had the go ahead to do security for my business. Maybe he could have not used a weapon and used melee, but he is outside of the conflict and simply doing his job and encouraging RP. If it is still deemed RDM, then maybe a reduction should be considered as he was just simply doing his job and encouraging RP on the server. We should be punishing the minges that do it on purpose, not the ones who do it through RP means.

I have said this from day one: Remove the governor's mansion. I understand it's a cool idea, but it benefits no one. The idea that factions would rent it out was a good idea, but I guess I don't know this for sure. I'm sure that aspect was rarely used. Instead, I think an open park like the one on the New York map would be a good fit. I don't know if townhouses would work, but there are few reasons for people to come to the north besides my faction properties and De Leons. I'm not sure how everyone would feel about adding something of important in the north. There should be something interesting in each section of the map. I don't hate the World Corp idea as much but In my eyes would be another useless property no one goes to besides to PK their characters. Now, going forward my suggestions are just things that I think in the future more factions leaders would like and even current factions. Remove gun store #2 serves no purpose whatsoever. If it's a property whose only purpose is to buy ammo from it, make it non-ownable, or here's an idea make someone with a gun racket buy it. I understand this is not favorable, especially to the factions that have gun rackets but if no one buys it (Besides Brown and Sons who sold it soon after and no one else has tried to buy it) then it should be replaced by a building that can serve better RP. Change the Laundromat into the liquor store from Union City the one that has an upstairs. It's no secret that these types of properties like the 7/12 and the Restaurant by hardware are prime buildings to want to have. I think there would be more attention to want this type of property than the current laundromat. I think maybe taking a look at the cafe from Union City. Whenever the union city had a server I'm sure this was one of the best buildings to own as far as RP goes. It brings something unique into the server. I know we already have a "Coffee Shop" but, this one feels more grand and could bring some nice RP to whichever faction owns it. as far as anything dotted around the city like trees, newspaper dispensers and things like that looks fine I guess you would have to be the judge of that cause I honestly cant think of an area that would need more or less of this. I know everyone reading this and most likely Pendred as well. These are suggestions that I feel as a faction leader can bring RP to the server. As a new faction leader, It's hard to want to spend tons of money for a property that will not only not benefit you financially but will most likely not give you any RP benefits. There are no properties right now that I want to go for because either #1 I would spend double or even triple the amount of money I already spend and #2 It would not increase my faction's RP ability. I do all of this in a townhouse just fine. With that being said I know this is most likely not something you will take into mind as I'm sure you just want to make little changes here and there but I still want to voice my opinion on the things that could be improved thus far. -1, I dont hate the idea for the faction but the name and your backstory are lacking. I think the potential for this to work is alright but I just don't think that you could lead it to where it needs to go.

Hello, PKing admin here so you were PKed for starting a confrontation with the police near the ghetto area. It looks like you killed someone to get them out of an arrest and as a result were shot and killed by the police. The reason you were PKed "Offline" was that you had left the server 15-20 minutes after the situation (which is fine) and we were still figuring things out and making sure we made the right decision. As you may know, starting a violent confirmation with the police can lead to a PK if you are killed which is what happened here.
