Hello, I was the admin who PKed you. You and another guy were doing a deal and he gave you money in exchange for drugs. You then walked over to an ATM either putting the money in or taking something out. Then you walked back over to your car and you wanted him to get into your car. When he said he preferred you do it in his car you got in your car and attempted to leave the area. This is considered a scam and led to the loss of more than $7,500 and since you died right after the scam this would result in a PK. Per this section of the PK guidelines - "Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+7,500$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone."

Hello, I was the one who PK you and your associate. So I will say my side of the situation and then give why I decided to PK you. You made a ticket about a potential metagame which I took. I then looked into this claim and got the person who was involved in the situation and got the clips needed. I found there to be no metagame whatsoever in any clips I had gotten nor did you provide any clips. I then looked at the situation again seeing that there may be cause for further investigation. This is the situation and can be confirmed by clips and evidence. You and your group as well as a white shirt walked past the scrapyard which was under supervision by the property owners and their allies. While they were on the roof you said some things that caused them to become cautious of the situation. They saw you go down to the boathouse and over their radio someone said along the lines of "There is a gaggle of Jews at the boathouse". This would lead them to go down and start an interaction with you guys. They had no weapons out on safety or anything just wanting to go inside of the property. No one owns that property and can't be owned by anyone till it's sold by the government. They wanted to go inside but your guys would not let them. This resulted in your guys pointing weapons at them which they would leave the boathouse area but stay on the docks/docks parking. They radioed for more people to come over to help and more came. Once they came back one of the guys managed to get inside with his weapon on safety. Your guys started the altercation by taking his gun off the safety and pointing at him resulting in him retaliating. You then come out of the ladder room saying "Kill that guy, Kill that guy". This means you and your guys started the altercation. Seeing as they did not shoot till their life was threatened by an active threat. Now why did you get PKed? Simply because you were holding someone under FearRP and there is solid evidence showing that you intended to have him under FearRP same with your associate in the room with you. I see no "vigilante justice" in this situation they had no intention of trying to free this guy and the reason they did not kill him was because he caused no threat. The only people who were killed in this situation were the ones with weapons out off safety. If I remember correctly there was even one of your guys who left without dying because he did not have a weapon out and did not attack. Nowhere in any clips do I hear anything about saving this guy, They saw a group of you guys with a white shirt going to the boathouse which is unowned and they wanted to investigate. The way I see it you and your associate had someone under FearRP not 10 seconds later you both died. I understand this is not an ordinary situation but myself and other staff agree. YOU had him under fearRP, YOUR guy started the altercation. Also, you were in an unowned building meaning anyone can just stumble upon you guys. This is everything I took into consideration when I decided to PK you and your associate. In my opinion, I feel there was enough there to make a final decision to PK you.

The commission is a real thing in the real world wacko. It's called La Cosa Nostra look it up. You are just made this is not GangRP. You must be a great person to RP with, and someone who follows the rules. Figure it out and stop complaining about dumb shit.

+1 This guy is a really good RPer. He knows the rules pretty well and has been on the server for some time now. I don't see anything wrong with this application and I feel like he can be a dedicated and trustworthy staff member.

I think you need to edit your backstory a little bit. Kind of an eye sore. Shrink your text and add some format to it. This is not an English class but I think a better back story really shows and only benefits you. Spice up the application itself to make it look nicer.

Taxation is not fun as an independent faction I hope you will be able to come up with millions because that's how much you will be taxed. To prevent this there would have to be new rules in place. I don't know what rock you have been living under but your faction would never be able to survive without some sort of protection from either the commission or Olympus. Hence why there is not a single faction in the server not under one of them. Protection of your faction is one of the most important things in the server. It makes the difference of surviving for a few weeks to a few months. Saying that mugging chars is against the rules yet making a suggestion that gears towards the people who mug is kind of funny. Clearly, you understand that not everything will be seen by staff, and trying to figure out mugging chars is a pain in the ass. The amount of work to make this a reality is so far from beneficial. If you want to create gangs/factions make a discord and make a faction application. Otherwise, go to DarkRP and make a gang there.

Hello, I was the admin who PKed you. So first you claim you did not mean to run them over. However, in my opinion, there is no doubt in my mind that you did not mean to hit them. You saw a group of 3 cops and decided I will run them over and nothing would happen. Speeding off and not stopping. In my eyes that gives cops a reason to justify killing you considering it was on purpose. You had ample time to change course to not hit them and I honestly believe that you tried to hit all of them but failed. You only attempted to turn your car about 10 feet after hitting one of the officers. I also got a second opinion on this PK to make sure it was the right call and the other staff member agreed with me. I think the argument you made after was "Why did you not warn me" and "I just come on here to OOC drive around" Not any real reason was stated besides the controls are finicky. No claiming you lagged or any other performance issue. Good luck with this appeal.

I do be hyping for this map for real. I can't wait to cause so much havoc in this new city. So many new spots to do PKs it's going to be good to see how each faction decides to RP on the new map seeing as everyone has there areas now.

+1 I think the server can benefit if we decide to add another civilian faction.

This application is far below the standard that is needed. Playtime is very low to run a faction. Also, your attitude towards others seems to me that you don't understand the gravity of your application. Unless you pull a miracle out of your ass and somehow make this application look 10x better, and convince us that you are capable of running a faction. Then you might have a shot with UA but I find that very unlikely. -1 I wish you the best of luck hopefully you can do better the next cycle if you don't get accepted

I really like this idea and I do hope it gets looked at and considered again. Right now everything is free rain when it comes to guns. If you allow other factions to have attachments for a racket, it would create another avenue for money to go through. As for the license, I don't see why we would have to change anything. There are very little amount of guns that have automatic features. You already have to pay extra for attachments when you pay for a license. Just regulate it more and make sure that the attachments are not being sold illegally. Have two factions be in charge of attachments and if they are inactive or whatnot remove them. I don't know the reason they were removed before. I am sure there was a good reason, but If we can bring them back then I think it would make owning a weapon a bit more complicated which is good in my opinion.

What I mean by this is It could add more RP. But you would be taxed out the ass by either group of factions. Even new factions need to be under something either commission or Olympus. I think it would be a good idea but like Canadian said he does have plans for all these types of things but the point is to be a part of something to be in the structure. That would either be in a faction or in the PD. There is a reason why those base jobs like taxi and delivery driver are not a good way to make money. They are not supposed to be the main goal for people who join the server. You also have to understand that if we start giving Citizens a way to get into rumour the amount of mugging abuse that would happen would be out of this world. Targeting as well would be very easy. I think the suggestion is good but there are flaws that would come into play punishing the players who want to main factions.

I mean I think that it would be more of a hassle than a fix. I think we need to put time and effort into other things that could work on the server.

Being Independent on the server is really hard. There is really not that much power that comes with being independent.

Nah there isn't gonna be a coup for a bit if ever.

+1 Know this guy from Military RP and around the server. He is a good guy and will be a good addition to the staff team.

-1 Get some more time on the server it takes a lot of in-game knowledge that's not fully in the rules to understand lots of situations so its important that you have a good amount of time and experience on the server.

I want to like this faction application but there it is just so much wrong. The backstory could be better in my opinion. I think you did try, but you can make it look better. No appeal makes me say "I think this could be a good faction in the server" I think if you touch this application up a bit give more than just "Group rides and bar hopping" Then I think you have a shot. Where it stands I don't think the effort you put into this application will give you any favors. Neutral

+1 Great guy he knows what he is doing. I think he has the mind and dedication to be staff. He will do great as staff and I cant wait to start working with him.

I like the idea but it just does not make sense for the server. As an admin if I get a PK wrong I don't want to have to worry about trying to give someone their shit back. There is a lot of what-ifs and a bunch of stuff can happen so it's just not worth the trouble.

hmm bashing staff and UA and making a ridiculous suggestion I think we have found the peak diverge player right here. Anyways no dumb Idea economy is fine police are doing fine everything is fine. We have been in the 80s for the past 3 years and have thrived here since. If it's not broken don't fix it. -1

+1 I had a conversation with these guys when they wanted to create a faction. They really want to bring RP to the server and I think they have what it takes to run a faction. They know what they are doing. I would for sure suggest just using the GVL Crime Syndicate as the name otherwise it is way too much.

I think it was the same situation with the snow on the server. It just made the server too lagy. I think the idea is really good if we could figure out a way to make it not drop FPS all the time could be a good addition to the server.

+1 I think that you have the potential to be a good staff member. I think that if you do become a staff member I think you need to wise up and act more mature on the server. Being staff means being a minge on the server is over. No minge chars no acting out of RP when you want. The staff team are not nazis but you would represent the whole staff team, so it's important you act appropriately.
