Last couple times this got shot down, the vehicles were a very different beast. It’s time to implement this since we went this route with vehicles adding cost to character and vibing “realism”.

Looking back, absolutely your actual age shouldn’t affect this concept but it should be a blank slate that stacks up to maybe 150-200 years resulting in a PK. Maybe you can hard mode by setting “prison years” as a character creation dynamic.

You don't believe an elder would or should think two or three times before doing the same crime as a younger person? This increases immersion and makes the age a viable and meaningful mechanic. The whole point of consequences of crimes is to deter people from committing them or inspiring them to commit them smarter. And if age isn't going to be useful for anything, then we should just be able to change it on the fly or reset it at the hospital, which many of us have asked for. Either age matters IC or it don't matter.

Yeah the repair shop should come with some sick options or even transfer some NPC shop options so that they must be attained at IC garages to up RP and gatekeep upgrades behind having to actually have positive interactions with others.

This idea makes too much sense and means that people playing in bad faith have to actually face consequences for their behavior. Very troubling suggestion. +1

Removing the human interaction element of item selling takes trading into MMO slop direction. Can’t get on board unless you’re shipping actual letters and gifts for RP.

If other drugs were stealth items that weren’t obvious, like maybe the 2-3 lowest drugs look innocuous, the M looking like Oil would be fine. But M and LSD just for no reason can be stealth dropped openly and pass as oil while everyone else is cooked if they drop their drug openly. Not sure how that’s supposed to balance out.

To elaborate on my answer, not that anyone cares. I have not seen a single person come with a correct proposition for a time/era/place appropriate concept for a Black Gang since Supreme Team. But Supreme Team has failed to keep up with the expectation and doesn’t meet what people have in mind for “black gangs” anyway as it’s 1st/2nd Generation Carribean/Jamaican immigrants and some African Americans historically. In the server it’s an odd mixed batch and just doesn’t hold up to snuff Sadly, a proper black gang like Junior Black Mafia or Decepticons thateventually become New York UBN Bloods in the 1990s would be great but nobody here cares to research or understand what it really means to be a black gang in NYC during this era. Everything has been just cringe modern day nigga RP. Wigger magnet, basically. Please fucking stop.

Very sure taking items one at a time is intentional for balance on timing and inventory management. If I am wrong, I support this because there’s no reason not to at least have it as an option. Any limitation issues or other problems, I’d be interested to know. Soft +1

+1 As long as it’s like Graal or RuneScape or whatever and a character limit is imposed on what pops up overhead, with the rest of the text showing in the box. Short enough text will appear overhead but long text gets cut off with ellipsis and the whole message goes to the chat box like normal. /me will show up as just regular text and anything typed and said regularly shows up with quotations. Could be nice, but could get cluttered along with descriptions and everything else. At least consider it and see a proof of concept? I know other RP servers do this and it apparently works well on Gmod.

Not AI. Not copypasta. Seems young and young people can make leaps and bounds when it comes to personal change in short periods of time. So can grown adults, but with kids it can really shock you out of nowhere. He seems genuinely sincere so if he never did anything too sicko mode or egregious, I’d say he definitely deserves another shot. +1 free this boy

+1 I use the media player for Television in character and it makes it such a headache with the media player issues to stay immersed. I wanna just throw something on and know I/others can watch it. Current player being fixed is half decent but the experience could be way better. I wanna watch Unsolved Mysteries without the headache.
