Length of ban: Perma Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): apology Why should you be unbanned? . I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. I know that what staff may see when they see my play time and my past POs may think that I am not worthy of being the the community but I owe up to what I did. It was a first for me, I have never item transferred before. I have tried to do any type of item transferring, but for some reason on this day I thought it would be a good Idea, I am not sure why and now I deeply regret it. I want to be able to come back and play with the people that I have played with for years from other servers and with people I have met in this server. I think I am ready to come back and that staff should take this appeal into consideration. I think that this 1 strike policy will allow me to be able to play and prove my self to the staff that I am worthy. Take you for your attention to this Matter! This would be a nice feature for those who call you over and over to troll. You shouldn't have to turn off your phone to stop operations in rumours cause of one or two people.

Hey man, the admin who oversaw your PK here. You were killed for "pointing guns at cops, unsolicited violence, and being a general nuisance to the company." Upon accepting an invitation to a criminal organisation, you acknowledge the risks that come with it. And while your bosses could have said they were loving your work, they don't always have to be telling the truth. How do you handle this?: I would wait a little bit to see if someone takes the ticket if one is made, if not i would take it myself and have a chat with the player in question and seek sufficient evidence, following this i would communicate with both parties and evaluate the evidence and the players history to find a suitable outcome for the situation You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would reach out to someone higher up and have a chat in regards to the activity i have noticed and seek guidance on the situation itself and try to figure out what is going on and the best way to resolve this A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Ideally i wouldn't take this ticket as it may be seen as a conflict of interest but if the ticket remains open and hasn't been resolved i would take this ticket. I would proceed with the sit as i would any other and remain objective as possible and seek the correct resolution for the situation as server guidelines would suggest. As this is a sit for someone in my own faction i would also make my higher ups aware that i took this sit and also clip it for evidence if any allegations were made in regards to conflict of interest to show i treated the situation fairly and acted accordingly. ---------------------------------------------------------

There needs to be some sort of kick up for it taking so long, people waiting this long for it seems a bit dumb. Surely it isn't hard to look at a name and say thats not retarded or offensive pass through. People waiting weeks for it when it takes what 5 minutes to check? Seems like a bit of a pisstake.

Make name changes an NPC like the firearm license NPC, these inactive judges don’t even look at tickets. Several people have waited weeks for it.

I'm not sure how you don't see your ban as justified so I will break it down- - You stole 8 barrels of oil from another player which is about $25,200 in profit. right after stealing the oil you switched chars. You are not giving the affected player the chance to react accordingly. That is char abuse and failure to RP. - You where pulled into a sit and the affected player decided he wanted to continue the RP and have his chance to PK your char for stealing from him. Yummeko stepped in for the PK and we watched over the interaction. During that time you took damage. Called 911 and then switched chars once again after already being told this is a bannable offense. - You switched Chars a few times and even on the other hovered around the interaction after calling the cops on the original char. - This all leads to my ban of Not Intending to roleplay given the multiple char switching, Char abuse since switching is how you avoided getting PKed, and Leaving to avoid role play when you knowingly where put back for an interaction that you purposefully avoided by switching chars.

Alright so Gun selling flags? no But what we can do is put certain charplaytime requirements for certain shipments. While it won't be faction specific it can be item / weapon class specific. Would also encourage better RP to facilitate roleplay instead of making a new character and being instantly hired with access to everything. Drugs -> 1 hour Pistols -> 2 hours Shotguns -> 5 hours SMGs -> 10 hours Rifles -> 15 hours Class 4s in general -> 100 hours Some shit like that basically. Actually guarantees that the character is being played and roleplay is being had. Real risk to breaking those faction rules afterwards.

Hi I was the admin that approved of your Pk! The reason why you were PKed was because you left the faction and you knew too much! You also hadn't asked for permission to leave the faction which was the main cause of why they PKed you. I checked logs and while yes you might've just been a doctor and talked about medicine you had done something illegal for them. (Which led to the acceptance of your PK.)

Before this application gains any more attention and comments pertaining to my current playtime, I am a long time player of Garry's Mod Mafia RP. I first started on Mobsters Paradise back in late 2018. I played on the relatively unsuccessful relaunch of MP, and eventually moved to Diverge in 2021 when it launched. I have lead factions in all three servers. If you look at the date I joined the forums, it is 1 Mar 2021. My playtime is not exactly 100% accurate lmfao.
