Hello, Once upon a time we removed the ability for properties to have food registers, in place of that we set up Shipment NPCs where people could order in food items (in bulk obviously), and then transport them to the property, and store them for selling to people. At the time, this was somewhat unpopular due to a few issues. Such as: - Storage entities were frequently being wiped, which would mean people would spend many hours organizing stock and arranging deliveries, just for it to be wasted. This is no longer an issue as storages permanently persist. - Having to have millions of storage lockers to store them in, making it difficult to effectively organize. - Lazyness. But this is a task that should be delegated to lower ranking members. - The old shipment system had dogshit configuration, so you couldn't order multiple at once. - Whatever else, it was years ago I don't remember. So we eventually reintroduced property vendors, but with a limit of 15 items. Today, I was reminded that we once had this system. Thinking about it, I realize that its reintroduction would come with many benefits, such as. - Not having to rely on me or Canadian to get on and change vendors when you want something changed. Which is a lengthy process, getting approval from FL, making the UA ticket then waiting for us to change it. - Being able to sell a wide range of food and drink items, instead of being limited to 15 pre-selected options. - Boost of available roleplay - new hires can be assigned as delivery boys, restaurants will have to organize their stock and have dedicated people managing it, ensuring supplies stay available, and much much more. We would make the following changes with this: - We would create a new type of storage item, that has a much larger inventory space, but in return it would only be able to store food items. Thus resolving the issue of having to have 100 storage items. - We would update the Shipment NPC UI to have organized categories so it isn't all cluttered together (like it is now). There would be tabs, nice and organized. - Shipment timing for food would also NOT be the same as drugs/guns. They would spawn immediately for collection. So I wanted to see what you all think - would this be something you'd like to see? I cannot see any real downsides to this, other than lazyness / not wanting to RP. But maybe there are some - so by all means let me know if there are. Or perhaps there are other things that would need to be done alongside what I have proposed. Either way, please let me know your thoughts.15 points

In-Game Name(s): Shaniqua Buffalino/Terry Lawrence Steam Name: shauningt Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/id/shauningt/ Steam ID: Steam_0:0:59300760 Discord Username: Shauningt Age: 24 When did you first join the server: January 2025 Total playtime on our Servers (Do !time in-game): 2 Months 5 Days 19 Hours 46 Minutes. Time Zone: UK GMT/BST How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: 2/3 hours during the week, 4/5 hours on Saturday/Sunday Have you read the rules?: Yes Do you have a working microphone?: Yes Do you acknowledge that you must meet the weekly minimum ticket quota of 20 tickets? (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: No Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Being very honest my main motivation is to one day become a game master running small and medium sized scriptless events for players but to get there I understand what is expected, even when a gamemaster that being staff comes first. Outside of the long term goal, I would like to become a staff member to help with the community, often being on during low populated hours for the early morning UK folks to about midday where there isn't many staff members on. Along with this I would obviously also help in peak hours too. Having a staff member on during low populated hours though is useful for those who might experience issues that stop them coming back to the server. Overall my motivation stems from wanting to protect peoples experience, and improve their quality of experience while on the server. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * Although I'm not experienced with SAM and/or Nutscript commands, I am willing to learn, and able to admit when I need help with something, rather than going rogue and trying to do my own thing. I also understand that there is a learning curve within these roles and won't get frustrated when decisions might be overturned by senior staff members too. I understand server rules and the importance of and how to expand player experiences alive. I would also listen when needed, but also push back and question why something may be happening if it seems wrong at the right time and place. When doing work I am resilient and also like to work to a high standard as I know my work represents me as a person as well, I'd rather be out there known to be doing high quality pieces of work even if that means that I'm taking my time when doing it and getting fully up to speed with what is needed to be a staff member. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have previously been an event manager of the Stasis Starwars RP for a year from 2017-2018. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I do have a couple of notes, for incidents being genuine mistakes that I have since learned from. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I'd say that I am known in my circles, I would like to think that people see me as approachable and open to converse. When out and about in the city I try to show to respect to everyone, not starting beefs for no reason and even when presented with conflict I'd prefer to settle it with a talk rather than drawing guns. I'm gonna be honest too, theres a circle of people who I know don't like me, like to call me trans, etc., frankly I don't care about these comments and wouldn't let this get in the way of an unbiased view when staffing. When playing, my perspective is there being a split between my char and my actual self, so anything Shaniqua/Terry experiences is then separate from staff shauningt. As a staff member I'd rather have a reputation of being fair and unbiased, but also being a genuine help to anyone who opens a ticket no matter what faction they're in. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Since starting in January I've had plenty of laughs but also plenty of serious RP moments, one of which a small event that I coordinated within people of my faction. We organised for a high profiles member car to be taken (a character I was playing stole the car). We gathered all the active associates to then chase the car down without using guns and keeping the cops attention away from what was going on, the event ended with a hostage situation that was deescalated. It was a small event that didn't impact the wider server but it was fun for everyone who has involved, it was great getting associates involved with something that wasn't the usual grinding and put emphasis to RPing. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Callink, Falcon ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: *Edit. Didnt answer my bad. Any issue that involves myself should be handled by another member of the team, meaning that the issue is looked out without bias, and removes the question of any vendettas, or abuse of power coming from a spur of the moment incident. I'd follow the usual process that any other player would do, making a ticket, presenting evidence and having a sit. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: The first step to this situation would be: First I'd start by reaching out for an informal chat either in game or on discord, just to check in that they know what theyre doing is wrong sorta thing, if what theyre doing is nothing too noticeable it might be that they thought what they were doing was okay, or they didn't realise it was having an impact on RP. If it were to continue I'd send them a message so the issue can be dated and can be in writing where we both acknowledge the situation in a paper trail, and if they continue there is evidence of them being told what they're doing is wrong. Continuing after this I'd prevent the evidence (clips, messages, etc.) to the chain of command to ensure that the right person is able to deal with the situation correctly, rather than publicly airing out any disputes this would be done privately between the accused, myself and the chain of command. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There are two routes in this situation to take: Way 1 (less severe incidents): Deal with the ticket like any other ticket for this sort of infraction, if its minging, this would be dealt with on basis of the severity of minging, if they're just being annoying, doing the usual sit giving them a warning/note. For things such as RDM, again following the usual protocol of investigating the incident with clips, logs, etc and applying the correct punishment to the infraction they've committed. Way 2 (more severe incidents): If I know that I am going to have an extreme bias or trouble assessing the situation from the perspective of all parties I would either call in another moderator/senior staff for support and explain how my bias may be influencing a final outcome and ask for their opinion before committing to it. This means there is a less chance of an appeal if a third party has also been involved within the situation, although as a staff member myself I should be this third party myself, as previously stating, taking my character out of decisions and following the rules of the server equally for everyone as a staff member. ---------------------------------------------------------9 points

(Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: No Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Having been a member of the community for a while, I've often thought about joining the staff team. Now that my time has freed up as I am no longer staff on any other servers, I'm eager to dedicate my time and effort to Diverge. I have always enjoyed my time on this server and want to contribute the community. I believe that I can help bring a positive and welcoming feel to the server for new players by stopping rulebreakers and hopefully preventing future ones. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have previous work as a staff member on many servers in the past and I know the ins and outs of general staffing. My time spent on the server along with having to read over the rules quite a few times due to my recent misunderstandings have led to a good knowledge of the server rules. On top of this, I am an active player; meaning that I will be able to dedicate a good amount of time to staffing and the server as a whole. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): CivilNetworks - I was staff here for around a year and got to Senior Moderator, Icefuse - I was also staff here for around a year and also got to senior moderator; which is about the same as an admin in most servers , Multiple DarkRP servers that I can't recall - Multiple servers but I think the highest I got was assistant community manager or something along those lines. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been banned a few years back for item transfer however I learned from my lesson and haven't gone near it ever since. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would like to say Andrew Spencer is well known in the community as he has been a cop for about 4 years now. Depending on who you ask my reputation may be good or bad, mostly because of people's individual thoughts on my characters. I hope that the majority of the people I talk to think that I am an alright person and I know that the majority of them think i'm tolerable at least. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: That would likely be meeting cool people and making new friends, the best part about this server is being able to have fun whilst being able to bump into people and have a laugh whilst grinding away. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I was the one who got RDMed I would make a ticket as per usual; however if it was somebody else and I witnessed them get RDMed, I would tell them to make a ticket and explain to them how if they don't already know. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Clip each occasion and report it to somebody who is of higher rank than myself. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would not take the ticket as it could possibly come across as bias, I would instead inform other staff members that I can't take it and explain why.4 points

i think it should be looked at in a different way, not as a "practice" server but more as a fun little side server where u can have some down time, maybe even make it donator only to help w the costs! pvp has ALWAYS been seen in a very negative light in the rp space and for good reason but when it comes to it, its fun! i can PROMISE you, if it gets added NO ONE is going on there for 7 hours to "practice their gmod pvp", we already have 1942 rp for that lol, there are also 100x more effective ways to "practice" if your that dedicated to mafia pvp. it will most likely be used for friendly 1v1s or 2v2s ect ect! and at the end of the day, if u dont like the pvp dont join the pvp server! (if it gets added) ps, if it does become a thing, i would imagine it would be like the old pvp system with 3rd person and no recoil as that is what that majority of pvp enjoyers would prefer so you wouldnt even be "training" functional skills that you could bring over to the live rp server4 points

These registers are gay. I want my guys to RP going out, ordering food, and picking it up. It used to be fun. New hires get something to do while they wait their new founded hour to order drugs existing players get extra RP in having to work to supply their restaurants Restaurant RP could be great again.4 points

As simple as the title reads, how many times is there a situation where your tied up and hafta make a ticket to break loose. I just think like say Im tied up either theres a timer that says I can attempt to break out in 5 minutes, or it simply takes 5 minutes. This gives the perps plenty of time to rob the guy make sure they do whatever else they gotta do and get out without the victim breaking out on them.3 points

i understand the perspective and that everyone has their own preferences for gameplay- and im sure most of us have done something once or twice that wasn’t the most rp-inclined thing at an off hour. your example is a great one for why we shouldn’t get comfortable doing that on the server. i count multiple fresh to the city folk who have no idea what they’re doing and this probably isn’t the best precedent to set for them. as aforementioned i can only see it being used as a crutch for the people coming onto this server strictly to try and hone their skills, check weapon stats, etc- but additionally it would shell a chunk of the exchange that takes place between people and weapon stores. what’s the point of asking around for what weapons and attachments are good if you just get told ‘bro….. just go on the ffa server and find out’. optimistically an outlet would still be nice. as much as i personally don’t like the idea, the build server could realistically be able to host a more sandbox setting where people can switch between pvp/build modes. in prevention of people trying to min/max the shit out of an IC weapon build; every single weapon would likely need to be modified in movement, damage, RoF, recoil, draw, etc- until its marketably unrecognizable compared to the main server weapons. (i love your optimism, but there are definitely people trying that hard. we have some real urchins around here if you look for them) it seems like it may be more hassle than it’s worth when we could just get GMs to break up the monotony for people looking for a breather from the RP with more occasional events. it really depends though, because i could also see a big enough chunk of people wanting something like this to make it happen3 points

Hey, banning staff here. Your meditation roleplay could have easily been continued elsewhere in the building and instead was carried out as close as you could get to their building, at full volume, during an event. After a PM saying move it and turn it down, I deleted your first hifi playing yoko ono earrape. This was after the sit which I explained the other side's perspective and why you were being inconsiderate; you were adamant that you didn't care and that your meditation roleplay (sitting afk while music blares at an event next door) was more important. You also insisted I should "Keep deleting the hifis for content" after deleting the first. You place another hifi blaring music and I banned you for no intent to roleplay. You ruined the experience for others via your hifi and the rule that you're violating is "Be mature and responsible with it, if you are found abusing it, it will be removed" after I fairly removed your hifi, you placed another and hurt the roleplay of those around you, showing your lack of interest for roleplay and highlighted your need for attention. I do not feel my ban was unjust, hope this clears it up. Good luck on your appeal3 points

To the Don has an additional 1 month 2 week. Do you acknowledge and agree to all faction rules as detailed on the server rules page? (Yes/No): Yes. Do you acknowledge that your faction discord will be owned by us? (Yes/No): Yes Provide an example of the unique Roleplay your faction will bring to the server/what type of roleplay we can expect from your faction (Images/Videos Preferred): https://docs.google.com/document/d/17ERUGKLb3udpWeT4jnk_XGnndUrPlhoKA2vJrvxRFRc/edit?usp=sharing Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): In the Kinahan we plan to open a good ol’ Irish Pub called “The Rusty Shamrock”, at least that was the name of the Pub we had back In Dublin. This allows us to not only have a good experience for the citizens of New York as they come through and get a drink, but lets us operate behind the scenes, doing deals, having sit-downs, and having that Irish private experience behind closed doors. Running the day-to-day of the Pub will be nice and time consuming for our Hangaround and lower members. In addition to the Pub and its dealings, The Kinahan also prides Itself on Its Independence, being made up of surviving members of the IRA and families who were victimized by the Orange Order. As such, we don’t tolerate being controlled or bottle-necked by other factions. Compared to your usual “Italian” group, we don’t just sit behind closed doors and complain, we get out there, we get our hands dirty, and most of all we’re not going to be quiet about it. The Kinahans are a group that won’t take shit, and aren’t afraid to receive it. We’ll frequently get our boys together to trash stores owned by people who’ve disrespected us, key their cars, and do everything we can to drive them mad until they’re ready for an ol’ Irish Shootout (aka we’re firebombing ya and lighting you up with AK’s, up the RA). As for event Ideas there are plenty of things we can do for our boys to keep them engaged. Being an Irish faction we can "Receive shipments of weapons” from the IRA, or even hold mini Racket Events (Context: NOT that racket change event you guys had recently) where they encourage members to bring in the most money they can to support our efforts with the IRA. Another type of event we can hold is a good ol’ drinking contest. We can work this into a variety of ways, maybe things like “Fastest while Drunk, Longest police chase while drunk” Etc. At the end of the day, the Kinahan Clan Is a brotherhood that prides Itself on Independence and not taking shit from any group or party, and we’ll do everything to remind our remembers that so long as we have one another, the Kinahan Clan won’t be suppressed or put-out by anyone. Tiocfaidh ár lá - "Our Time Will Come" Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): By the mid-1980s, Dublin was on edge. You could feel it in the air—the city was changing, the streets harder, more desperate. Christy Kinahan wasn’t a stranger to those streets. Raised in the rougher parts of Dublin, Christy wasn’t born into anything but struggle. He’d seen the kind of life most people couldn’t imagine. But it was a life that shaped him. A life where the only way out was to get your hands dirty and never look back. At first, it was small. Christy wasn’t from some big crime family—he was just a man with an eye for an opportunity. When the drugs started hitting Dublin in the '80s, he wasn’t one to shy away from the chance. Hashish, cocaine—it wasn’t glamorous, but it paid. And by ‘86, Christy was already working his way through the supply lines, moving product quietly but steadily. He didn’t need the spotlight. In fact, he avoided it. Christy knew how to keep his head down while other guys were out there making noise. He worked with the old-timers in the city—dock workers, shady business owners, the kinds of people who knew how to get things done under the radar. But by 1989, Christy wasn’t just sticking to Dublin anymore. He’d started making connections outside the city, talking to people who could help him spread his reach. He wasn’t just about the street trade anymore. The Kinahans were starting to grow, quietly, strategically. Money started moving through other businesses—construction firms, bars, shipping docks. It wasn’t the kind of work anyone would ever boast about, but it was the kind that kept the empire alive, building piece by piece. The real shift came when Christy took it international. The early ‘89s were when the game changed. Christy made his move with European and South American cartels, controlling the cocaine flow into Europe.2 points

We really want to emphasize on the stereotypical pimp lifestyle, nice suits, big coats, lowriders, gambling, drugs and who could forget jewelry? Not only would our Faction sling drugs and hold big guns, but fashion is what makes a pimp! Spending our hard earned dough on whatever jewelry and nice suits we can get our hands on. Holding an event coined "The Velvet Stroll" in which contestants get voted on for their outfits, and the winner wins a prize of clothing or stone cold cash. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The year is 1967, an Afro-Mexican American man named Silky Ray Gonzalez and a couple of buddies were at their local jazz bar, a restitute for men of he and his brother's color. He never found himself selling dope with his buddies, making some money on the side whenever their jobs didn't pay them enough. Soon, they opened a business selling their roster out of a motel room, they were making more money than they ever had, selling drugs and selling time was more profitable than they could ever imagine, they quit their jobs and went crooked for good. Things were going relatively well for the men, they began spreading their wings with the newfound income, spending money on suits that would draw attention from anyone, from dark purples to light pinks, leopard print to zebra print. They were rolling in it, and new members were appearing every week. They ran several underground gambling and escort rings, out of the very Jazz bars that they took refuge in. By 1973, whenever Cocaine and Heroin made its way to New York. business was better than ever. They began buying out nightclubs and record labels, anything to get them more money. Greed got to Silky Ray, all of his lavish living style caught up to him, he got caught for Money Laundering in 1976, and later died in prison in 1978, murdered by another inmate. That marked the end of Pimp's Paradise, jackets left behind, most of their businesses being sold off, the remaining members leaving with what money they could get out of it. Now, Silky Ray's illegitimate son with one of the escorts, wants to recreate his father's empire, after years of his own experience.2 points

Id +1 this under certain circumstances. For example you can perhaps buy a "ziptie cutters" from barge and when used it takes like 15 seconds to self cut restraints. With audio cues and/or a "/me starts breaking out" (gives a physical item to use to rp it out). Would follow fearRP rules if you're doing that under gunpoint and die = PK. It would be gay and would miss the point of 'RP iMmERsIoN' if it was "just press e to escape" and voila, you escaped.2 points

Why should you be unbanned? I want to begin this section of my ban appeal application by saying that I am sincerely sorry for my actions and apologies if I negatively impacted the experience of my fellow players as this was never my intentions. The incident that led to me receiving my ban should have never took place and I am sorry it did the individual that I blicked was punch midging and I felt it necessary to stop him however this was wrong and I should have contacted an admin. While attempting to blick the midge I also hit two nypd officers on patrol merking one I will note that all three people were hit with a single burst three round burst from a Beretta 93R produced from 1979-1993 manufactured in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy firing each bullet at 1,200 ft/s with two of the people hit being 400ft away and out of my view from me with the the bullets from my Beretta 93R reaching them in 0.33 seconds I believe it was this combined with the prefectly placed head shots that lead the admins and my fellow players to believe I was "aimboting" when brought to the admin sit I demonstrated my top tier aim again merking two people however this was done in an effort to demonstrate that I was not hacking but simply top tier but after my demonstration I felt as if I had possibly embarrassed my fellow players by completely out pointing them and so I made a decision that would result in my ban I lied and admitted to hacking in order to preserve the gameplay experience of my fellow players this was wrong and I am sorry if allowed back I will commit my self to restricting my ability to launch projectiles propelled by pressures generated from the combustion of virtual gun powder caused to combust by the hammer of the Beretta 93R striking the firing pin causing the primer on the 147 grain of the 9mm cartridge to ignite at my fellow players in order to preserve the gameplay experience of the server. I’ve ordered a lot of pks, and Ive gotten a lot of orders to pk people. 99% of the time it’s because of bringing unwanted attention/heat and breaking the faction rules. If it’s a new player to the server, it’s either they don’t take anything seriously or they’re just getting used to how things work and too many mistakes will lead to their death. Which is retarded. Previously, if you put dons orders on someone and it was a mistake, then you as a faction leader will suffer- your people won’t trust your judgment as well, and you may have lost a valuable member. They shouldn’t just get to come or even worse- have a fresh start somewhere else on the same character loaded with money, drugs, custom clothing/cars that you otherwise wouldn’t have. Fuck em who gives a shit- if they were that important then they wouldn’t get pkd So the person stands there for 30 minutes, gets 10K, a custom car, (in some cases a weapon and customer clothing)… so he gets fired and does it to every other business… ends up with like 100K and 7 custom cars lmfao… yeah no. Kill the bastard. Nigga what? No one is running around being pk hungry wanting to kill their own new hires. The faction would never grow.2 points

Not to mention they already have the whitelist vehicle(s) from said faction, why be able to walk away from a crime family with their signature vehicle? Simply unwhitelisting the retards doesn’t get rid of loose ends, if anything it makes them more untouchable. If we wanted to kill them before they touched drugs why would we voluntarily give them more “IC knowledge” of our family’s connection to the underground world?2 points

Yeah no one is getting comped for failing a gun fight, or RP escalation, I have literally never seen a ticket that suggests someone's tried to either This suggestion also doesn't consider actual RDM or VDM at all It's not whether you should 'consider the weight of drawing your weapon' when you get ran over from behind at mach speed by a random white shirt You're locked in on the specific instance of RDM baiting, that's not enough grounds to remove a system that is 99% of the time used for completely different scenarios -1 Terrible suggestion2 points

Uh i just want it to where I could just hit stopsound once and not have to repeatedly hit it idk why you took this personally somehow?1 point

I always thought it would be nice to have a server that is sort of like the build server accept, its sole purpose would be for players to test out the different weapons on the server and generally practice pvp. This could also be good for reducing random gunfights happening when people get bored (iykyk). could also be good for events.1 point

Make staff tickets for abuse of hi fi, or for abandoned hi fi's For general hi fi being played, surely you'd be the biggest advocate of roleplaying it out??1 point

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.1 point

Im skeptical to this, as the other day I spoke to the Takahashi don about this concept. At no point did he mention it's already a thing. He also laughed and agreed how blood is leftover for days after and agreed it would be a good idea. Also never ever seen this put in practice in the city from any faction.1 point

on cool old server we had two features that helped combat this: - when you switched to a gun in your weapon wheel it would start on safety and depending on the type of gun (big rifles had longer timer), it had a short delay on how quickly you could unsafety it, to mimic the time it would take to actually grab it and raise it - progress bar on equipping/unequipping weapons in inventory (a few seconds) if you guys put aside your own subjective opinions, features like these despite seemingly small would absolutely go a long way in increasing RP quality. It would force people into enhancing interactions, instead of resorting to taking someones head off if they look at you funny. Always been an advocate for this, and so should you all.1 point

1. Crazy is rdm baiting IF its true that he was approaching you multiple times intentionally insulting you. 2. You cannot escalate to gun fight purely off of disrespect. You're both in the wrong, IMO crazy has more experience on the server and should've been punished too. On your end, you just got off a ban and should also know better, but a reduced ban from 2 weeks. I'm not staff nor am I trying to undermine anyone, but like I said, both are in the wrong here especially Crazy if he was insulting you over multiple occasions.1 point

logs only go so far back until a higher rank needs to search the deep storage. im not apart of this ban nor have an opinion, but if it is true, evidence other than both of the accounts will help you a lot more. you said you use the same computer but have multiple videos of both of you playing, just take a picture of the computers beside eachother and dm it to a higher staff.1 point

1. Roleplay Skill vs. Community Behavior Much of the support in this thread revolves around the idea that “Whispers” was an exceptionally creative and immersive character. Supporters describe the voice acting, the unique presence, and the sense of atmosphere the character brought into roleplay. While nobody is denying that drm009 has the ability to create an interesting persona, this point is ultimately irrelevant when weighed against the repeated issues that led to his removal from the community. Roleplay skill is not the same as being a good community member. A player can be talented in creating voices, writing stories, or acting out scenarios, and yet still be harmful overall. What matters most is whether someone contributes to the health of the server and respects both the players and the staff who keep it running. The unfortunate reality is that drm009 consistently demonstrated the opposite: a pattern of hostility, an inability to respect boundaries, and behavior that escalated tensions rather than defused them. 2. History of Hostility and Aggression Looking at past conduct, it is clear that this is not an isolated incident. The ban did not occur because of a single mistake or a minor misunderstanding — it came after a long buildup of concerning behavior. There are repeated accounts of drm009 becoming confrontational in OOC chats, making comments that crossed the line from heated debate into outright insults, and lashing out when criticized. This kind of pattern is not something that can be overlooked simply because a character was memorable. Every time staff attempted to address issues, the responses were defensive or hostile rather than reflective. It is telling that even now, the focus of the appeal and the supporting comments is primarily on the supposed greatness of the character, rather than genuine acknowledgment of the harm caused. That lack of accountability is the clearest sign that nothing has really changed. 3. The Nature of the Supporting Comments Another red flag in this appeal thread is the style of the supporting comments themselves. Many of them read as over-the-top, excessively flowery, and suspiciously AI-like in tone — long passages of dramatic praise, calling the character “irreplaceable” or framing his absence as a deep cultural loss to the community. This sort of exaggeration feels performative rather than genuine. In reality, no single player is ever irreplaceable. The community has continued without Whispers. New characters have arisen, new stories have been told, and the server has thrived in spite of this absence. To suggest otherwise diminishes the contributions of every other player who has put in the effort to build experiences here. It also feels manipulative, as if the goal is to pressure staff into reversing a justified decision by burying them under walls of inflated praise. 4. Risk of Reintroducing Drama If this ban were to be lifted, it is highly likely that the same issues would resurface. Nothing in the appeal or its replies demonstrates that drm009 has genuinely reflected on their past actions, taken accountability, or made efforts to improve how they interact with others. Without that foundation, there is no reason to believe that the outcome would be any different the second time around. The last thing the server needs is a return of old drama. Every time one disruptive player is reintroduced, it risks reopening old wounds, reigniting arguments, and creating unnecessary division. Communities thrive on trust and consistency, and nothing erodes that faster than the perception that toxic behavior is tolerated simply because someone is entertaining in character. 5. The Ban as a Necessary Safeguard Bans are not handed out lightly. When a permanent ban is issued, it is done so with the understanding that staff have weighed the evidence, seen the recurring behavior, and determined that the risks outweigh the benefits. To overturn that decision would require overwhelming proof that the player has changed, acknowledged their wrongdoing, and demonstrated sustained improvement outside the server. None of that is present here. What we do see is an appeal that leans on the character’s popularity rather than accountability. We see supporters who write long essays filled with flowery language but little substance. And we see no clear plan or assurance that the problems that led to the ban would not repeat themselves. 6. Protecting the Health of the Community Ultimately, the question staff must answer is simple: does unbanning this player make the community stronger, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone? Based on everything here, the answer is clearly no. The risks are too high, the past behavior too damaging, and the lack of genuine accountability too obvious. The health of the community must come before nostalgia for a single character. Countless players contribute every day without causing disruption, without disrespecting staff, and without driving wedges between members. Those are the people who deserve to be prioritized and supported — not someone who repeatedly undermined the community’s stability and is now attempting to return without real change. Conclusion: While drm009 may be skilled at creating characters, roleplay ability is not a substitute for respect, accountability, and maturity. The ban was justified, and nothing in this appeal demonstrates that it should be lifted. Allowing this player back would risk undoing the stability that has been built since their removal and would send the wrong message about what behavior is acceptable. For these reasons, I strongly urge staff to deny this appeal and uphold the permanent ban.1 point

a lot of the head models don't have glasses or hat bones, this is a custom bone position for hats and glasses to merge into, therefore we need to tie it to the head bone. problem with head bone is that not every head has the same shape or size, not even remotely the same height from headbone to top of the head sadly. ONTOP of that, not all hats or glasses use the hat bone or glasses bone. it would be a lot of work to convert these hats and glasses to use different bones. also, generally a lot of hats and glasses are made to fit male 09, since its the most popular male head model.1 point
