  1. Events are an important feature in any Garry's Mod Roleplaying server. Whether that's DarkRP, MilitaryRP or MafiaRP, they play a key role in maintaining player engagement and overall boost the entertainment of the server. Currently, gamemasters do exist in Diverge, but the position is extremely limited to staff members. While I do understand the safety precaution behind this, possibly altering a few permissions, requirements, and releasing it to the general public could fix the lack of events in the server. I hold previous experience being a player, a staff member, and a gamemaster in Diverge, aswell as other servers. When it came to having a preference between them, I found that I liked being a gamemaster more. Doing things like planning events, coordinating attacks, and creating chaos while not worrying about ticket count felt rewarding and relaxed. There are also a lot of players that share the same values of creating better roleplay, but don't want the same responsibilities of the average staff member. However, these kind of permissions can't be given to any average person. Gamemasters should understand server dynamics, the roleplay style UA looks for, and how the server works. I'd recommend listing specific requirements such as outstanding playtime, good/realistic ideas for events, clips of good roleplay scenarios they were in, etc. It can be just like the moderator application, but more in-depth (The gamemaster application staff uses would be a good base). I always found gamemaster requirements to be a lot more difficult than moderator, as a gamemaster could MAKE OR BREAK the experience of a player. Example(s) of this include: > Making playtime requirements upwards of three weeks to a month minimum. To add on from what I've said before, I felt as I got the best grasp of server dynamics when I was close to a month playtime. I also believe making it a longer playtime requirement could restrict applications to more trustworthy/committed players applying. > More long answer questions. People applying for gamemaster should be more than capable of typing a few paragraphs with clear ideas and good grammar. > Critical thinking/problem solving. Listing situations on where events could go wrong, and seeing an applicant's thought process on how to roleplay a "fix" could prove itself useful. There can also be alternatives for overall permissions given to gamemasters. They obviously shouldn't be able to punish anyone by any means outside of basic kicks (in case of minges that involve themselves too much in an event). The admin spawn menu can also be very limited, unless a certain ranked staff member+ does a togglable ingame command to allow more free use of it, which can prevent any abuse/exploiting.

(Yes/No): Yes Do you acknowledge that your faction discord will be owned by us? (Yes/No): Yes Provide an example of the unique Roleplay your faction will bring to the server/what type of roleplay we can expect from your faction (Images/Videos Preferred): Business and Future Goals for the LLC Although we started off as a humble food truck operation, handing out food and drinks to the city workers or anyone for that matter (and will still continue using a food truck to bring in roleplay), we will develop a LLC for security which will be a private security organization that brings a one of a kind mechanic to diverge. We will specialize in helping businesses transport their product in large amounts, assist in protecting high-profile men, and even help with the legal issues of people who get caught up in the law where the lines between legal and illegal activities often blur. Novgorod Attire New interns that have not fully been initiated into the Bratva will wear often wear more casual street clothing such as tracksuits, hoodies, or any sort of casual wear. This reflects their position within the Bratva as outsiders who are still fairly new and are proving their loyalty and worthiness for the next step in the hierarchy. Although they are not on the same level authority as the Made Men of the family, associates are very important to building up our family as a whole by managing lower level tasks, managing day to day business, and executing orders from higher-ups, to reach that point where they can be made. Mid-High Command of the Bratva are the core and heart of the organization and fully earned the trust and respect of the boss. As a symbol of their authority and status within our faction, our higher command will wear more formal attire such as: suits, rings (custom rings), and dress clothes. The importance of the formal attire is these members will be responsible for making smart decisions when it comes to high-stake meetings, legitimate business dealings, and upholding the faction's interest within the criminal underworld. Family Outings and Deals The Novgorod Bratva values our own family and strength above all else, we will make it a priority to maintain our cultural roots through regular family outings/gatherings. Whether it is a traditional Russian feast, a day out enjoying the city of New York, or a more private gathering at one of our properties, these outings help strengthen our bond with one another and reinforce the loyalty that keeps us united as one. Our main language is Russian if you couldn't tell, we will ensure our ties to our heritage remain strong and that the language of our ancestors is preserved. In these meetings we will host often, it can range from enjoying delicious meals to sharing stories of the old country and singing classic Russian songs, to even making important decisions where alliances are formed and business is conducted. A big source of income within the Bratva would be through crew deals with other allies - a large scale trade agreement in product for a profit on both ends. These trades would be handled with the utmost discretion (following back to the security organization), and we do understand the high risk involved in moving large amounts of illicit goods. Our reputation for honor within deals and our ability to control big amounts of product makes us an invaluable partner for anybody to make a profit. Every single dollar made is an opportunity to strengthen alliances and keep our plates full while being able to maintain the respect and loyalty with those who do business with us. Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): As previously mentioned above, our members will participate in large-scale meetings with other factions, this could involve intense roleplay moments where members have to use their awareness skills, or even deal with betrayals and sabotage. Why does this work you may ask? It involves a numerous amount of people, gets everyone involved in decision making and keeps tension high which creates a nice buzz within the community. However, not all people are into that whole criminal underworld business. This is why we will host feasts or celebrations for the Bratva which will be Russian themed, these events will be used for lighthearted roleplay and strengthen the family-oriented nature of our faction which offers a break from the usual high tension activities and lets people develop their characters overall. Novgorod Bratva will host initiation ceremonies for new recruits or potential Made Men, marking their full faith to the Bratva with a symbolic ceremony. This involves making them take an oath, participate in a test of loyalty, or a task that makes them prove their faith to the Bratva (Bones, Fingers, Skulls, Etc...) Steam Name: Sage Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199138283513/ Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:589008892 Discord Username: xxsage Age: 17 When did you first join the server: 2023 but didn't start playing until August 2024 Total playtime on our Servers (Do !time in-game): 3w 1d 3h 26m Time Zone: PST How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: 10+ hours Have you read the rules?: Yes Do you have a working microphone?: Yes Do you acknowledge that you must meet the weekly minimum ticket quota of 20 tickets? (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: Familiar with SAM, I would like to learn Nutscript Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have around 3.2k hours on GMod, As I was accepted in the past I just didn't feel ready and I rushed it as soon as I started playing and didn't wait. I left on my own terms in November. Now that it has been a couple months I would like to learn and take the time on how to staff on Diverge since I know its different from DarkRP staffing. I would like to start helping out and learn Nutscript I feel like I could be useful in some ways. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I feel like everyone should have as much as a chance as I do, But I feel as I'm pretty reliable on most things and I'm always wanting to help. As I mentioned above I have a lot of staff experience, most people that create an application go in blind. The server I used to play they used to have every week "The top ticket takers" I was on that list 7x in a row. I'm extremely active and usually always on when I'm not busy (with school and work) I feel like I could put my skills to use and become a decent staff member. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was an Administrator for Atomic network for about 6 months which is pretty high on DarkRP especially since it was a really popular server, I was really well known and highly respected. I got promoted pretty fast for the good work I did. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why? I have been banned for MVDMx2 10+ | LTAP | Low Quality Player. As I said I was a minge when I first started and have since then changed, I haven't done anything else besides that and have learned from past choices. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say I'm too known. but some people know me for custom clothing or just being in Little Italy. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Sadly I was clearing out my clips folder and my medal clips won't load. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Bullets, Jmoorsey, Coco ------------------------------------------------- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Try to get another staff member that is not busy or just make a ticket, but it also depends if it was clearly intentional or if it was clearly on purpose. Most of the time I will leave it alone and move on with my day. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Make a report with the proof I have, you shouldn't be abusing your perms to make a unenjoyable time for other players or staff members. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket as I should and treat the person I know like any other person that's making a ticket, My job as a staff member is too not be bias and do tickets correctly. If the player knows I know the person who made the ticket I would simply ask another staff member to take over so no conflict happens.

  4. I think times are changing and since there alot of homosexuals in the italian factions, why not make it lbgt friendly? i mean they enjoyed my pridewalk props and im sure not only they but JMZ himself will stand behind this. also in the 1980s-1990s the gay community started to exploded and stand strong. so its lore friendly. Especially in little italy!

  8. Your Character or Steam Name: Indexcicive Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): (STEAM_0:0:117683863) Your Discord ID#: Indexcicive Reason for ban: RDM x2 Length of ban: 3 Weeks Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): This situation has to be explained with context, so I will simplify it as much as possible. This encounter had started originally when my faction member informed me on radio that he was kidnapped in Ghetto Room 3 by "a biker gang member." Of course, I rushed into action to get my member out. OOCly I took note of the name of the person who owned the room 3 at the time, something with a "Jean Dr.Pierre" when I recall correctly. Police showed up and asked for a Dr. Pierre (whoever owned the door.) Within the vicinity, I heard that statement and heard Pierre say that he owned the door. Looking at his character, he wore the SOS jacket that carried the patches. Throughout this entire encounter, I was under the strong assumption that this was an affiliate with SOS, our allies, who was causing issues for our members such as kidnapping our guys. In my defense, I utilized the proper escalation; reasoning that someone wearing SOS colors and biker jacket, should be stopped because of that disturbance. As we fast forward, a Takahashi member whom I've had the name of, and of course vice versa, informed me that this Pierre also had one of his interns. In both of our interests, we chased down Pierre and demanded him to stop his vehicle for ten minutes straight. I shot his tires out and confronted Pierre at the Car Dealer, as we demanded Pierre to stop, Yokai (The Takahashi member I recognized), was ragdolled and picked up by the same person who fled with Pierre before they died. Yokai sent the shots off first, and I proceeded; mind you we aimed at their tires. The intention wasn't to kill and was to pop tires, it still killed Pierre who begun to flee and the person who picked up Yokai's ragdoll. (This is what the RDM x2 comes from.) In the sit, Byte pulled Yokai and I into the situation and asked why we were chasing Pierre down, to then we explained Pierre, someone wearing SOS colors and Biker Jacket, was causing issues with us that we had to stop. We explained we followed escalation appropriately. At first, without any questioning, Byte noted Yokai for RDM. Then he asked Yokai and I if we had each other's names, to which we did and displayed we recognized each other by saying each other's names. Byte then removed Yokai's RDM note, and kept me in the situation. Byte let go of Yokai, who was in the same situation as me. Instead, Byte tells me that I did all of this because Pierre is Patch (whom I had no idea it was Patch up until Byte informed me it was Patch.) Byte explained that Patch's voice was easily recognizable. I'm sorry but I've learned my mistake from Metagaming and intend not to do that again. Furthermore, I simply don't recognize Patch's voice or use bias to specifically targets people because they are in a different faction. It's odd however, when you take the ticket of your own faction, let go of someone who did the same actions as me (which we argue wasn't RDM), but give me the burden because you know I'm Pearce (for whatever reason.) None of that should have mattered in the first place, I simply tried to correct someone who we assumed was SOS because he was wearing SOS uniform, and my faction member informed me it was the biker gang who kidnapped him and had him locked in Ghetto Room 3. At the sit, I asked them to send me a clip of the RDM, and all they provided was a clip of me and Yokai chasing Pierre and the ragdoller person and shooting the tire out, but not killing them. Byte simply said "Well it shows in the logs Pearce so you're gonna take a vacation." And that was it. To me this isn't fair when I don't receive clear evidence as to why I'm being banned when I asked them directly for it, and all I was provided was "Here is a clip that doesn't show a death." And "The logs show it so you're banned." To me, this really isn't fair.

  10. This view is slightly dumb. I could make something that would be serious about the issues of this server as someone who’s played it since it first came out to almost 5 years since the release. server is practically night and day.. and a lot of it comes down to the people, and not the actual developers and UA.

  12. Seems like I struck a nerve with you. Probably because you're one of the geeks I was calling out. Maybe if you spent less time gatekeeping and more time reading what I actually wrote you'd realize half your rant was just repeating my points. And don't worry about where I came from or my past communities—I mentioned them to give context, not to flex on little keyboard warriors like yourself. Honestly, judging by your triggered response, I'd say you take this hobby way too seriously. Try stepping outside for once. You think I'm delusional? Sure, bud. Meanwhile, you're sitting here writing butthurt paragraphs trying to protect the server from any criticism. Your e-stroking will likely get you staff here so keep at it. Cute TLDR, but you completely missed my point. My issue isn't just "wah cops should raid at any gunshot," it's about actually giving cops and detectives something meaningful to do instead of clowning around chasing traffic violations. But hey, reading comprehension is tough—I get it. LOL

  13. Name of Character: Alisio Ramano and Lucien Dupont SteamID: 76561198257129936 Your Discord ID#: ALG#0914 Date of PK: March 31st, 2025 Reason for PK: Both characters were PK’d following a mugging scenario involving Lucien Dupont and my friend’s character, Andre Dupont. Certain server rules regarding raiding, item transfer between characters, and the creation of mugging characters were unintentionally broken. Why should you be unPK’d? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: After speaking with staff and reflecting on the situation, I now understand the mistakes I made. At the time, I thought I had a good grasp on the server’s mugging and PK rules — I’d been asking people around me questions because I genuinely wanted to learn and stay within bounds. However, I now realize several key things I misunderstood: • I gave my friend (Andre Dupont) a shipment of guns from my main character, Alisio Ramano, just to help him out. I wasn’t thinking about using any myself at the time, but later, when I made Lucien Dupont, I ended up using one from that shipment. I now realize that still breaks the rules on character separation and item sharing, even if it wasn’t intentional. • I didn’t realize that creating a character solely for mugging (Lucien) is considered Fail RP, since it avoids consequences that a main character would face. • I was also unaware that the raid timer applies to groups, not individuals. When we lockpicked two motel doors, I mistakenly believed it was fine because we were doing it separately. • Lastly, my friend (Andre Dupont) never shot anyone during the situation. He was simply following me around because I had told him I knew what I was doing. He trusted that I understood the rules, and I now see that I unintentionally led us both into breaking them. While we talked in VC about the idea of trying out mugging before creating the characters, there was no metagaming during the RP itself. I fully accept responsibility and now understand how these actions negatively impacted the roleplay and broke server rules. That said, I’m not asking for the characters to be revived out of entitlement — I accept the PKs and the outcome. I’m writing this to show I’ve learned from the situation and that I’m serious about being a respectful, rule-abiding player in the community. I enjoy this server a lot, and I want to continue growing with it in the right way. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I don’t have video or photo evidence, but I’m happy to cooperate if logs or additional information are needed. Thank you for your time and for giving me the opportunity to improve from this experience.

  21. A soft +1 PRO - Diverse - Experienced enough player who would possibly do good in the position - I like the idea of making your low faction members wear clothing you have picked, some factions do this decent enough, but if it's done well I think it's a good RP navigator. CON - The red and black in the google doc is an eyesore. - The backstory is lack luster and super generic. You go into more detail about the members of your faction than you do about the actual faction itself. I want to read more about how the faction got started, the means of it's survival and how it's going to move forward. - Your RP ideas are also extremely generic, there is nothing different than any other faction. - Security companies don't work. I.e why would the Lucchese hire a security faction when they have 1000 throwaway associates? Something to consider: - As Kurt pointed out, RPing as Russian, or any other nationality for that matter can be difficult and you run the risk of your faction becoming generic if you don't encourage people to use an accent etc. I'd highly recommend writing an RP guide and if you get accepted, really drilling it into people and even go as far as maybe not hiring people who refuse to participate in the Eastern Europe RP.

  24. Alright so you didn't watch the video, this is going to be a book. I gave you a chance for me to be really lenient in this appeal reply and you threw it out the window. So, let's start at the very beginning. You say this all began when Pierre kidnapped your fellow faction member. You only know it is Pierre from what you admitted was OOC information of the name on the door. We aren't going to get into how you began this conflict with OOC information, we will just focus on what came after. You first, opened a ticket wanting to PK the Pierre character for kidnapping your friend. Someone who was never put under fearRP, was locked in a room, that he had full access to a phone for. He did eventually call the cops to come and doorkick him out. When these officers arrive, you use the information you gained from the door to then try and snitch on the Pierre character. When told no, you could not PK them, and the cop told you to leave and stop interrupting his investigation, you proceeded to follow them for almost twenty minutes around the city. At one point, they do pick you up after you get ran over by someone, and they take you into the casino. Once there, you and Yokai have a shootout. You kill them, and you admit, that was the end of that conflict / RP. You also, have a clip of this gun fight. This clip, you very interestingly, changed the name of after you needed to use it for evidence. Want to know what the original name of the clip was? "GambinoK." Posted below is the clip and it's title now, and a screenshot showing the original title in Discord where you shared it, before changing the name. Clip Screenshot Now, I can easily answer to you why I knew it was you, Pearce. I am staff. On my staff character, I can see your steam name. Now, tell me, how did you know that you killed a Gambino, Patch, on an alternative character? Especially as, apparently I told you it was Patch, but that clip was made before you ever spoke to me and before I ever told you it was Patch. You changed the name of the clip to share it with me in the sit room. This, brings us up to where a new conflict began. You and Yokai wanted to keep messing with Patch on his alt character. You may argue it is not targeting, but I will call you on your bullshit. You have a history of revenge RDM, metagame, and now blatantly lying about knowing who it is. So yes, you were targeting. You went up to a group of three SOS members, in front of the old Barzini Cigar lounge vacant shop. You and Yokai ask these three very clear actual SOS members, if the French guy running around in their jacket is one of theirs. They all three tell you that he is not, they do not know who he is, and to do what you want. You and Yokai say "bet", get back in your car, and leave. So, now I must ask, where do you get off telling me you were going after an allied faction who had a lower member messing with you after said faction told you he was not apart of them? Also another interesting question, when did SOS join the Underground Association? Pretty sure they aren't your allies so care to explain that to me or have your HC and theirs explain that to Canadian on how you guys magically have a larger than five member alliance? Also, Yokai isn't in your alliance either; weird, right? Screenshot of alliances if anyone needs more information on this question. This brings us up to where this infamous car chase began on completely false premises outside of you wanting to fuck with someone on an alternative character who has made your life a living hell on the server and just so conveniently that day your Don also happened to die. You are chasing them in a white Subaru for almost 20 minutes. There happens to be another white Subaru driving around that has Yokai's intern. You two proceed to continue to chase and ram both of these white Subarus. At one point, Yokai's intern asks you, while alone in a different car, why you guys are doing this. Yokai tells you that is the wrong car and they are not in that car. So at this point, you know his intern is not with Patch and the other citizen. Explain to me, how you chasing that car now is assisting your "ally" in any way at all? This car chase continues and you eventually arrive at the turn behind the hospital and beside the PD. They (the white Subaru containing Patch and a citizen) crash into a fire hydrant. Your car crashed into a light pole beside them. You then get out of of your car and shoot an entire magazine into the back window. This takes me back to my original question. Did you watch the video on escalation and active threats? Not once did their vehicle ram you, run over you, or did they ever try to hit you or shoot you. After this you get back in your car and you find them at the car dealership. They respawn their car still actively ignoring you. You try to steal their car, run over your own "ally", the citizen then moves his ragdoll out from behind the car after you hit him, and puts him down, doesn't slam him, doesn't run away with him, turns around and puts him on the ground next to your car. You then get out of the car, they both get in and go to drive away, before Yokai shoots once, and stops, and you begin shooting fully automatic into the back window, again. Now, you want to lie and say I showed you clips that only shows you chasing them, and then them dying. Well, I have the clips, genius. The first clip shows plenty of time before the shooting, 54 seconds before the shooting and the seconds right after the shooting. The second clip shows that you ran over your "ally", that you tried to mag dump the car again, and that you are the one that wanted to kill them. First clip showing the complete lack of any knowledge of escalation when shooting that began. Second clip of you continuing a conflict that was never started and RDMing them. After this happened, they made a ticket for RDM after you had been trying to VDM them for almost 20 minutes. When this ticket came up, there was three staff members online. Myself, Bullets, and Nubs. Here in logs you can see I tried to get either of them to take it. Nubs was afk and I even char kicked Bullets twice just for him to ignore it. So yes, I took the ticket as the only active staff member. While taking your ticket, I was relaying all information to the only other active on Discord UA member for their input as I knew you would try and cry bias. I was transparent and I told you this in the sit but you clearly want to leave out key pieces of information. The other UA member had already also determined it to be RDM. When I brought the two of you, Yokai had little to no history of RDM at all. (Yokai's notes) That is why he was simply going to be noted and returned. Both you and Patch had asked for him to not be noted. So his note was removed and him returned. Now for you to try and turn that on me as targeting you must be some kind of joke. You were not noted and returned because you have a college textbook of POs for VDM, RDM, revenge RDM and metagame.(Your POs, POs, and bans. See how his is a single screenshot and yours has to be three?) Once Yokai was returned, you and Patch were making the sit completely inefficient with just trying to annoy each other. So Patch was comped and returned. Then it was just the two of us for almost thirty minutes where I tried to reason with you. Tell me, how does it take thirty minutes for me to say, Because that is not all that was said. In this sit, you yourself admitted that you started shooting at the end of the first clip. That you killed them in the second clip. That the conflict had ended at the casino almost an hour earlier. In the time that it was just the two of us in that sit room, i explained to you why I couldn't just note you and return you. You refuse to learn, you refuse to stop breaking the rules. I asked you to do one thing before you put up this appeal so that I could have a reason to be nice to you in this appeal. Instead, you choose to not do that, lie about the information you had on the situation, lie about why you were doing it, and no lie and try to slander my name in your appeal. If any other person had the history of notes and bans that you have, they would have been permanently banned. I worked with another member of UA and tried to be extra nice to you.

I’ve only been here a month or two on and off but have really enjoyed this server. I’ve met a lot of great people and tried to follow rules as well as try to always be asking questions so I know what I should and shouldn’t be doing. This server definitely stands out compared to most and that’s why I make an effort on it. I agree that I shouldn’t just come right back after what happened but I would like to ask for a lesser time of a ban. I start a new job next Monday and was exited to have this week to come play and grind stuff out before I have my mornings cut off from the server. Why should you be unbanned? At the time of the incident, I genuinely thought I had a good understanding of the rules after actively asking others in the community and the people I’ve been hanging around questions to avoid breaking the rules and had no intention of abusing the system. But i didn’t always get a clear answer. Unfortunately, looking from an outside perspective and talking with admins in more clarification of the rules, I now realize that I made several key mistakes: • I gave my friend (Andre Dupont) a shipment of guns from my main character, Alisio Ramano, just to help him out. I wasn’t planning on using them myself, but later, when I made Lucien Dupont, I ended up using one of those guns. I now understand this breaks the rule about character separation and item sharing. • I wasn’t thinking when I creating a character just for mugging purposes (Lucien) was considered Fail RP, since it avoids consequences tied to a main character, but now understand. • I misunderstood the raid cooldown — I thought it applied to individuals, not groups. So when we lockpicked two motel doors, I thought we were within the rules. • Lastly, my friend Andre never shot anyone. He was following my lead because I told him that I thought I knew what I was doing, which clearly wasn’t the case and I want to take full responsibility. There was no metagaming during the actual RP scenario, I was defended when I should not have been in the VC at all. I’ve taken time to fully reflect on what happened, and I’m truly sorry for my actions. I really do enjoy this server a lot and want to continue playing in a way that respects the community and the rules. I hope that you can give me a second chance. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): No video or photo evidence available, but I’m happy to cooperate with logs or provide clarification if needed. Thank you for your time and consideration.

  27. When recruiting people, you might have someone train for you because you're a lazy sack of shit. Sometimes these trainings might not be done properly, yadada, and thats purely the fault of who told you to train right? But what happens in the case of people who don't get invited to the faction discord for example. Crucial step right there, because now you have an un-tracked faction member that can do whatever the fuck they want. Im yapping, heres my proposal. A faction "lock-down" option to whitelisting. Factions may choose to enable or disable this, basically it will not allow anyone to be whitelisted to your faction (staff cannot whitelist TO faction) UNLESS you have C menu recruitment permissions. This will stop the leak of random low level associates/interns from being able to just go "@ whitelist this guy" and causing problems, under the faction whitelist. Maybe I'm just a horrible faction leader idk, but I've caught a bunch of people just blatantly racket abusing recently in my faction (Brown and Sons Co.), yet I cannot do anything about it, other than just unwhitelist them and get staff to note/ban/punish etc.

  28. You have 4 days of playtime, why would you think you have the whole grasp of the servers rules and RP? Wars are hard to get into because it’s basically HvH the whole time, and you commented on the detectives not doing stuff when they literally go undercover in factions all the time.

  32. I know we're way closer to the 90s than we are the 80s, but video arcades were still fairly predominant up until consoles really took off in the early 2000s. We could add to the 80s theme by adding a video arcade whether it'd be public or a private racket / business. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1528767279 https://www.gmodstore.com/market/view/arcade-machines-2-realistic-arcade-gaming Most of this stuff is public, will obviously need a lot of development to make it work with all the current systems, but if it's a private business license you can apply for, maybe there can be an unused building made for this kind of thing like an arcade. Either: A) It's public, and people can play and the way it'd work is after so much score, like let's say their final score is around 1000, this would give them a "100 ticket" item (could use the casino number plates if you wanted to, or create a custom ticket model, either or really) in their inventory. 10,000 score, "1000 tickets" etc, etc. They would then go to the vendor / npc in the building and sell them for real money like oil companies do with their barrels of oil. B) If it's a private business, it'd be the same thing but the family / business would be the only ones with access to the NPC and can sell tickets and give the person a large cut of however many tickets they gave them. (up to the business and / or the law however they want to make it work). EDIT: Instead of a ticket system you could also just utilize the coin exchange machine. Let the business set the price for coins and they can collect the cash the vendor generates. In the end, this could be very legit. People can do their VR chat RP in the arcade, shoot the shit while playing Galaga or some other game, while others who are more serious and want to continue conducting their illegal business and running their shipments don't have to hear "skibidi rizz" and "gmod" / other ooc terms every corner they take. This could isolate a lot of those people to the video arcade if done well and free up a lot of OOC traffic on the streets, while providing another potential legal way for businesses to make money. (I don't know if this is the correct addon I've linked above, but this is what I would guess the games would look like as the addon as well as this video was uploaded a long time ago).

  33. Name of Character: Romeo Galante SteamID: STEAM_0:0:631845094 Your Discord ID#:crackofthe9 Date of PK: 3/29/2025 Reason for PK: "snitching"? Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I never really did anything I was told that was fine to be able to retire nothing much besides that and if they were claiming that I was snitching since that’s why I heard that’s why they PK me for they never collected any icy evidence no proof that I was the one who did it nor did I ever talk to a cop at all. All I was doing was running around the city, and I was chilling, and they were meta-gaming thought discord to collect the “ic evidence on me” by calling out where I was even tho I didn't do anything, and i also changed my face, which they didn't know about all in ic They never even had proof i did anything All this happened to Discord OOC and not to mention i did leave the faction, but i'm pretty sure i left 2 weeks ago, which states i can't be pk at that point by the faction If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

  35. I was getting shipments and selling oil just trying to make money, mugging was a way for me to make money as well it wasn’t NITRP. I was roleplaying the entire time I was on. There were 2 muggings and one was not planned it was only due to escalation, falcon even took the ticket I made for the pk and agreed with me. I was even with another player which WHOM did not get banned even though we were together during the entire time we played and did the exact same things. If this were also true that I had NITRP why wasn't I banned earlier when I was on? I don't see what I did wrong here there were no muggings sprees everything was roleplayed that I was doing the whole night so I don't get why I was banned for following the rules and doing RP. I also just got unbanned so I was being more careful as well so it wouldn't really make sense for me to go and break rules that I already know.

  36. Hi. I was the admin that approved your PK, your were killed for disrupting buisness/relations between your family and another allied family, does to your time on the server and your age in the faction I determined that you understood the weight of your actions when it came to faction relations. Your don thought the same and therefore asked for your death.

  37. So on this server you make a business/enterprise and register "taxation industires" which are gonna be the categories of things you will be selling. ^here you can see the current industries and what specifies each one. So for example if you want a restaurant you choose the "food & beverage" industry. Price varies from category to category. For more info just read this https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NZ3gX0DmyHdHvCNHGN_zV53Ar28Qr6Aw41kBeM7ebgk/edit?tab=t.0 Normally now adays they get to do an auction for properties that are up for sale, and they usually range in the mils For more info i would recommend just going in the NY gov discord and asking in the questions channel, or you could make a ticket with either the DOP (property ppl, or the DOC (business ppl)

  39. Also its important to note that Ayden has a VAC ban on record from almost 6 years ago and has since continued to use hacks despite getting VAC banned. This clearly highlights his commitment to continue cheating regardless of what he may claim.

  40. -1 Cheating in any game is pathetic, but cheating in a roleplay setting is ridiculous. The events, the standoffs, times when you're set PK active all could be ruined by a cheater on any side.

  42. +1 wow this could be cool. Let me add to this to entertain this idea that ideally idea'd: Faction leaders can get access to a command, idk /factionmenu then open a little cool menu where it has some cool features: Click a button to lockdown the faction. Click a button to add/remove users to have permission to whitelist people to the faction. Also, displaying what CharIDs have access to whitelist people to the faction. Similar to the Ban User from Casino, where it displays all CharIDs that are banned. a cool little stat page of the faction? I always like to keep track of my faction's population and one of the key factors to know how healthy my faction is doing is how many people get on daily so having a stat page showing, total whitelists, activity, other pieces of info, etc would be cool to have access to! How about additional features to add to this /factionmenu to help faction leaders do some managing without staff intervention.
