+1 I have a soft spot for cartels due to my first faction in Diverge being DVN. When Cartels work they work really well. I think this app is definitely one of the better ones, and wish you all the best. PRO - I really enjoyed the backstory, was very well written, loved the formatting/font usage etc. - The video was a nice move, great to see. The interview one was a bit lengthy though. I'd of made it a bit snappier, maybe added some distortion/CRT effects over the top, either way awesome to see something out of the box. - Good play time. - Enjoyed the accents in the video, I hope you'll encourage more members to adopt it. - I enjoy the diverse nationality. Neutral - I'm not a big fan of the 'hidden' approach. I always see applications time and time again about 'moving in the shadows', 'professional businessmen' etc. I for once would love to see a faction application that is straight up 'we intend to dress like cartel members and just be violent for violence sake.' CON - Very light con. Whilst I enjoyed your food truck idea, I definitely think you could've given us at least another RP idea that is specifically cartel related. As well as your cigar lounge, I can see this very quickly becoming 'standing around security RP'. You could've written something up about having new hires move prop bricks from a boat back to HQ or something like that.

Hello, PKing Administrator here! In my opinion, your faction had valid grounds for ordering your death. They were concerned about how quickly you were released from prison, as well as the fact that you were asking some rather unusual questions that could reasonably be associated with an undercover officer or CI attempting to gather information. Of course, as far as I’m aware, you were not a CI or UC. However, their suspicion was reasonable enough to justify their actions based on the circumstances. There isn’t much else to add here. Just be mindful of what you say and do moving forward. If needed, have your faction’s lawyer represent you, remain transparent with the faction, and act accordingly. Best of luck in your appeal!

Hello, while it is unfortunate that they may have been mistaken, that alone is not enough to overturn this PK. If your actions/what happened to them gave them a sense of idea to cause them to believe you were working as an undercover officer or confidential informant against their faction, they are within their rights to PK your character if they choose to do so. They do not need to reach out and attempt to speak with you and clear things up. Ultimately, that is how the mafia operates in these situations, with decisions often being made based on suspicion rather than certainty.

+1 Dude doesn't have a great track record but he's very young, recently started playing pretty legit, and I don't think it's quite fair how far back some of these "P.O.s" stack up on players. It seems like extortion to milk an unban pay, at this point. Not to mention the actual offense was legitimately just a regular speeding and hitting a jaywalker, not an intentional VDM, I think it's in pretty bad faith that this was done. Free this kid. Yeah, "grinded" our racket's drug and oil so he can buy guns for himself and his friends to mug people. Refused to follow any rules or participate in any RP because he'd already been PK'd about 5 different ways and been banned from our pager. Completely schizo because he knew he wasn't there to participate and knew he'd earn a death. Luckily, he earned his flight simultaneously. What person taking their character seriously refuses to follow rules, refuses to listen to instructions during meetings, and insults Capos because he doesn't like them OOC? Even used an alt Discord to get into our pager again and made sure someone who didn't recognize him hired him. Mass mugging racket abusers deserve the ban. Maybe a half a year to a year off and a rack or two to Pendretti could redeem this guy and make an impact. Otherwise, he's not here to contribute to RP whatsoever. He's admitted it himself.
