Whilst I have to admit; as Head Enforcer I was more than a willing participant of the family of Altoviti, I was their lapdog. I did everything they asked me for without questioning the Don. I know the PK Rules clearly says, when you're no longer an use for the faction you can still be permanently killed, however i feel like i am punished mulitple times over the same occasion that did happen. I've had some of these 'schizophrenic' episodes like no shit, you're trying to protect the family from a threat, however I feel like I was killed over something that was already solved before hand. 'Constant schizo episodes causing Command to question reliability and decision making' Knowing I was a "schizo enforcer" in a positive way for literally the whole faction but, before I was Head Enforcer, giving me the trust to kill Silvio, never mentioned anything i've done to anyone to something that sounds very close to vethar and fabrizio oocly trying to coup the faction and I was the one who went schizo in the dms of camilla and austin about the fact that zq and vizions looked like they were couping austin, there was a whole OOC Discord conversation about it this how Austin had a plan for the faction; I immediately apologised, we never really had a IC sitdown about this cause technically this whole situation got voided afterwards by UA (See most below pic, i was told to apologise to ZQ for being schizo for example this situation; i know where it also is OOC i still apologised) Embarrasement of the Family name was a genuine mistake from my side where I took the Altoviti last name, and was taxed $750.000 for the last name, 'absurd amount of money' tax on an associate, I genuinely thought I was approved to have it when they found out, i had to change it back to Velardi and was pushed immediately into a sitdown for a tax of $750.000 Again, I get why I got a hefty fine; I was never given a deadline; I was just told to hurry up, I worked my ass off to get the $750.000 pronto and to pay this back Struggle to properly communicate with capo and maintain professionalism with crew command; Due to my languague barrier and my clear poor skills of communicating I personally asked for a sitdown with Camilla; so we would work on proper communication since I've been told OOCLY! She was irritated about some things I didnt communicate about in a proper manner. We had a whole IC Sitdown, JJ and even Boomroasted were spectating the scenario, joking I'm getting my ass kicked by a female. Anyways; we worked everything out, the next way of approaching the future and taxtation of associates and how she for example disagreed previously how I taxed an Associate for an 'absurd amount of money' where I even admitted it was hard to adapt to the constant change of command within altoviti and how shit what ran constantly shifted directions, i said examples of before how certain people like head enforcer were allowed to call out who could be marked, but again, respecting the decision of change and that that fact was the past. I honestly enjoy helping people and giving advice to new players, i also reached a point where i dont have to constantly grind money anymore so i want to try something different and experience a non faction role. I have been roleplaying on the server for almost 2 years and i really enjoy being part of this community. Over time i became interested in how things work behind the scenes and how staff deal with different situations. That interest is one of the reasons why i want to become a part of the staff team • Why should you be considered over other candidates?: There are three different things that set me apart from the other applicants. First i have a lot of free time that i can dedicate to this role. Second, because of the time zone difference the hours when the server needs staff the most are normal hours for me so i can help cover those dead hours. Lastly i used to be someone who broke a lot of rules and didn't really care but once i realized how much being part of this community meant to me i made an effort to learn them. At this point i'd say ive memorized almost all of the rules. I learned from my past mistakes and because of that experience i believe i know the rules better than most players • Do you have any previous staffing experience?: I've been playing Garry's Mod since around 2016-2017. During that time ive been a staff member on several Turkish servers mostly DarkRP but also servers like HogwartsRP and StarWarsRP. However compared to Diverge ive never held a staff role on a big server or any platform worth mentioning before • Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I've been banned and received notes multiple times before. Like I mentioned when explaining my motivation reason, i used to be a player who didnt care much about the rules. However over time i learned them and i truly believe ive changed. Its been almost 3 months since my last Staff Application and during that time ive spent around 1,100 hours on the server. Throughout those 1,100 hours i havent committed a single rule violation that required staff intervention or resulted in any punishment • Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * At this point i believe i am a well known person in the community. If you asked me this question in the past i would have had to admit that my reputation was terrible. However after i started caring more about the server, respecting the rules and changing the way i treated people, i believe many people started seeing me in a better way. I dont think there are many people left who have a negative opinion of me • What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: When i think about my best moments the first thing that comes to mind is participating in Racket War '89 with Le Mob French as part of the core group. We were only 6 people but we managed to finish 7th on the server. Other than that joining Racket War '90 with the Bruno Scarfo family, moving to Supreme Team, being allowed to create my own crew, having 15 people flag up on the first day and eventually becoming HC (Underboss) are some of the moments I value the most.These are easily some of my happiest and best memories on Diverge • Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: It depends on the situation. If there are no staff members online and the player is clearly going into MRDM or seriously ruining other peoples RP i would switch to my staff character and step in. but only if there are no other active staff available and the player is actively disrupting the server. Otherwise i don't think its right to handle an RDM case that im involved in or witnessed myself. In those situations i would either create a ticket or let another staff member deal with it if possible • You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: It kinda depends on the severity of the situation. If its something minor and i dont think they did it intentionally i would simply warn them about it and tell them to be more careful. Howeve, if the situation is serious i would make a Staff Report like any other player, provide the evidence and information i have and let the UA handle the situation • A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If a situation like this happens and there is evidence i wouldnt care at all if the person was my friend. I would do my duty and take the necessary actions. However if a complaint was made and i knew this player was capable of doing something like that but there was no evidence, i would seriously warn them and make it clear that if i ever witnessed something like that our friendship would not stop me from giving them the punishment they deserve. I think the most important thing for a staff member is not letting personal feelings affect their decisions. Whether it's a friend or someone you don't like shouldn't matter. I would look at the situation, treat every player fairly and make sure the correct action is taken no matter who it is

Hello, I'm one of the administrators that handled your PK. I took over for @SexaphoneGod as his power went out after initially setting you PK active. As for the reason for your PK, there seems to have been a few reasons you were marked for death. These include ghosting the family, disrespecting made guys, bringing heat to the business and refusing to pay kickups. These can all be problematic for organizations and their proper function, and so you were marked for death. Here is a reminder of the warning you were given when whitelisted to the faction.

5.5 being the medium 7 being max height 4 being minimum 5.5 foot medium: 1.0 scale walk speed, jump height, health 4 foot: 0.8 health scale, 0.9 walk speed, 0.9 jump height 7 foot; 1.15 health scale, 1.05 walk speed, 1.05 jump height strength will remain the same, we don't need to give minges any more buffs The reason a suggestion like this would help, is to discourage absurdly tiny playermodels for the sake of PVP advantage, encouraging more average or taller player heights and reducing the sweat

I think you're overestimating how calculated mafia hits were historically. It wasn't all planned and theatrical like taking someone to a random pier and giving him a whole speech while dipping his legs into concrete. Middle of the street at the dead of night was the most common M.O and it makes sense, low effort, fast cleanup and easy to plan for. I mean you had hits being done in restaurants, during the day, with all the witnesses you could imagine. Paul Castellano, the boss of bosses, got assassinated outside a steakhouse at 5PM. Albert Anastasia, co-founder of Murder Inc. got assassinated in a barbershop at around 10AM. Carmine Galante, the boss of the Bonanno Crime Family, got assassinated outside a restaurant at 3PM Joe Gallo, Caporegime of the Colombo Crime Family, got assassinated in a restaurant, celebrating his birthday, at around 4:30AM. While I agree that more RP options would be cool, I am afraid you sir have gotten lost in the sauce. I get it you would like to be a cool detective guy getting evidence and solving your cases and stuff but the suggestion about storing the ballistics of a PK round as evidence sounds cool but is too much work for the "cold murder cases" that nobody really cares about and the suggestion about failling to pick up the casings just sounds annoying and gimmicky, the time it takes to pick the casings up is already pretty unrealistic, why would an RNG element be introduced that would make it even more unrealistic? Overall, RP ideas = Good, nerfs just for the sake of nerfs disguised as gimmicks = Bad. -1

Hey Grizzly! As someone involved in the PK and a significant contributor (as you said, an "ass-kicker"), I wanted to offer some further insight and clear a few things up. Firstly, the decision to have you as Head Enforcer was a large topic of debate from the very beginning for a variety of reasons, most notably how you retired the second the Enforcer role was temporarily no longer being used by the Family. That is not a display of unwavering loyalty and dedication to the Family, which is something that is essential for those within the Family, especially a Head Enforcer. You also heavily implied that a coup was forming against Austin during one of the Family's most turbulent periods while we were sorting through HC members and leadership changes. This only added to the immense distrust within the Family and contributed to the continued loss of activity and trust between members. Secondly, the family name situation was egregious. This is something that would cost a lot of people their lives, and I truthfully believe that a $750,000 fine was more than reasonable for something of that severity. Thirdly, our communication as Capo and Enforcer. Communication has never been your strong point, and I do believe that is partially due to the language barrier. While that is not necessarily something with a quick fix, it has hindered the relationship between yourself and others in the faction and has had a direct effect on my crew. There have been multiple occasions where you mistakenly pulled people (including myself) into "meetings" with Company Security as a scare tactic over things that were simply not accurate. Whether or not you received a list of people who supposedly had not paid kickups, it was your responsibility to verify that information. A high-ranking Enforcer should do their due diligence before confronting people, especially when the information was readily available to you. I would never make a lasting impact on someone or take action against them without first weighing the consequences and confirming that a violation had actually occurred. You almost drove both myself and Anna (at the time, the two highest contributors and, frankly, two of the four people keeping the faction running) away, which would have had dire consequences had Austin not stepped in and resolved the situation promptly. Lastly, I noticed you were using screenshots of our discussion about moving people to Enforcer as evidence that you were still useful to the Family and to support overturning the PK. Frankly, you were not calling those shots. Those were two people who had already been hand-selected by myself and other members of command. You asked me who you could move, and I gave you an answer because you had little information or experience with them on the server. I have been working to improve the enforcer role within our Family, and have established with other command members expectations for that role. We now have a successful security team because of these efforts, and you did not play a part in that. As Head Enforcer, this is something that you should have been doing. You ultimately made your own position redundant, and because of that, the decision was made to PK you. With your tenure, your position, and your previous "schizophrenic" episodes that caused command to question your reliability and judgment, it was simply too much of a risk to demote or retire you. You held one of the highest positions within the Family, had knowledge that could heavily implicate us, and once command determined that you were no longer an asset to the organization, the decision was made to PK you. Despite all of this, I appreciated my time in the faction with you and consider you a close friend. I genuinely wish it hadn't ended this way, but at the end of the day, this is just a function of the game, and ultimately, it's Mafia Roleplay. You went out honorably, and I think you should reflect on your time here with gratitude for the experiences you had and the friends you made along the way. Best of luck moving forward.
