After multiple times of him doing that and making a few people mad I finally turned around after he had placed a bet on where I was gambling and jokingly while laughing started shooting at him and killed him. Later on I learned that the person I killed did not even want me punished but due to my multiple POs I was banned. Why should you be unbanned? I do like to think I was jokingly killing him and that the person that made the ticket had a little NITRP (Standing on my head and reaching around me just to play my hand) But at the same time I do understand that I have many POs and I do apologize for my actions. I also hate to inform you that I was the person who “promoted you within the organization.” This is the Mafia; people can lie to lure you into certain places, which is exactly what I orchestrated here. There were orders written against you for selling firearms without permission or the appropriate licensing, approaching allied organizations, and bringing heat onto the faction by doing so on allied property in broad daylight. You also approached a woman and asked her to sell you “attachments.” When she refused and explained that their attachment store was closed, you asked whether she knew anyone who would “take the risk” of selling you attachments illegally. This woman had access to your F3, knew who you were, and reported the incident to us. A clip of the incident is attached. Although it was not included in the initial orders, you told me while we were walking back to The Garrison that you had a court case in progress, which only made the situation worse. You were also in a Discord call during your PK, as shown by the overlay and confirmed by your own words. I’m sorry, but the Kai is not where you belong.

While the situation that led to this RDM may have been irritating, there was no escalation to the shooting outside of you laughing with your friends about how if you RDM'd him no one would care. Had you started escalating this confrontation properly with your gun instead of turning around and shooting him, this would not be an issue. Your POs are the majority of the reason I did not feel comfortable ending this in a note, many of your previous notes are for RDM, all 6 notes and bans that were counted were from the past 12 months. While I do not feel this ban was unjust, good luck on your appeal.

You can't just look at that rule in a vacuum and interpret what you like from it, that's retarded. Looking at that rule and drawing that conclusion even though rule 16 right before it clearly defines the conditions for engaging police while rule 17 simply defines the parameters of what is a group member. I will merge 16 and 17, but that obviously isn't a valid argument here for unban.

Can you explain who this other person is then? Clearly you know each other if it's not an alt because you both share bank accounts and you've traded this "other person" very large amounts of money across multiple of your characters. Regardless of whether you intented to alt you have very clearly been using this account to transfer items and money between characters. Your ban is well deserved.

Switching chars is LTARP. You're leaving the char to avoid the RP. Dont do that.

Hello, I was the staff member involved with your ban. I was presented a clip of you interacting with a police officer, where after he had asked you several times for your ID due to the gun on your back, you ran away from him. After he tried to tase you, you switched characters. LTARP, or Leaving to Avoid Role Play includes not only leaving the server, but leaving your character to avoid roleplay, which in this case was getting arrested. Upon taking a look at your ban & note history, I saw several bans and notes from this past year, with the last ban issued in June being for 2 weeks. It was clear to me that your behavior has evolved from simply ignorant rule breaking to intentionally manipulating game mechanics to avoid roleplay, so I issued a ban that I saw fit considering your history and the situation at hand. Hello, I am the banning moderator. From the information I was provided including clips and testimony from other individuals, you were attempting to glitch into the Police Department by sitting in the window and trying to jump through. Both that and the clip of you spawning inside of the Police Department, being chased by a cop with a taser, and then as soon as you see him you leave to go to another character was the primary reason for your ban. Coupled with both of those pieces of information, I checked your note history and you have a history of LTARP being warned by calink on the 25th of June. Best of luck on your appeal.

Hi! Original banning staff member here (I extended it from 10d -> 30d) I was alerted by a player after they had died that you had picked them up and slammed them on the ground. This was confirmed by multiple eye witnesses and a clip of the car that hit him on accident driving way. I brought you to a sit and you say you didn't do anything wrong, so I put you back and ask eye witnesses. After getting conformation I pulled into another sit and I talked to you about how slamming someone on the ground is RDM, you proceeded to pull a gun and say "like this" and RDM the other person in the sit, right Infront of me. Then when I'm trying to speak to you about your ban, you attempt to RDM me, alas, as an admin I am in god mode. There is your original ban for: RDM|RDM in sit|ARDM in sit It was extended to 30 days after reviewing your history (5x POs of RDM and 5x POs of VDM total of 10 random killings), this and the rest of your history was presented to upper admins, there they made the final decision to extend to perma. All of the ban was not just my decision, as an admin I do not have the power to extend past 30d, anything past is reviewed by upper administration. Now on to your appeal: 1, I brought you to a sit in the beginning to see if you'd admit to slamming him without me having to pull eye witnesses (this would've been a shorter ban, as you would've shown accountability) instead of confirming it, you deny that you did anything, so I had to pull others in the situation. 2, Proper escalation is not "he is shit talking, I'm going to slam his head into the ground" it would be talk -> punch -> fight 3, In your appeal, you state not once but twice that you are not sorry and would do it again, that is not a good look. I agree. We could bring great roleplay to the server again after so many years since the incident. It was the other guys that manufactured and ran the dupes. They just gave us the money. To be fair, I also offered to help patch the glitch after finding out what it was too. To just automatically and immediately deny the appeals from two people that brought quality RP to the server for so long is crazy after so much time has passed. You guys have overturned many perm bans for crazier things in the past.

Cop apparently has a clip of him trying to tase me before I switch characters. I did not see any of this because I was in character select screen. I'm not sure how he missed me while I was standing still and blind but I didn't see the clip so who knows. After I switch back, I explain that I'm stuck in PD and someone lets me out. Later, I get pulled into a sit and told that someone accused me of LTARP and that I will be banned for three days. I asked him how I was avoiding RP when I switched right back to the same character and was let out. Admin replied I could appeal the ban if I felt it was unjust. I didn't intentionally LTARP, so I am sorry and will not do it again.
